The lady working the front desk in the evening was very friendly and helpful! The room as well laid out and clean. Breakfast had an awesome variety, but the attendant was not very helpful or kind. The property and room had several signs of wear and tear. The pool was disappointing, chlorine was so strong it hurt our eyes and the hot tub was cold, with the jets intermittently spraying out like they are broken. Overall not bad but not amazing.

They are on the middle of doing some much needed renovations, overall nice stay, quiet room and comfortable bed. Cons: Bathroom hasn't been updated yet. The Pool area was rather gross, furniture old rusting and peeling. Plastic lounge chairs in desperate need of cleaning, especially under the head, there was orange grossness there. I am sure they are working on their updates but serious cleaning was needed for the pool.

Check-in went well. Room was clean.Heat had to be set at 75 to keep the room semi-warm (our home is kept at 68). Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. Negative: The pool area was dirty and disgusting. Gross thick film layered around the entire edge of pool and hot tub. Dirt covering bottom of both. Neither the pre-teen nor the teen would swim or soak. Adult couldn't handle the smell. Disappointed since the reason tthe hotel was picked is the pool and hot tub for family.

I asked the front desk if there was a hot tub. I was told yes. They didnt tell me the hot tub did not work. There was a bug floating in the pool.

it was obvious the pool area and bathroom in the pool area had not been cleaned in an unacceptable amount of time. the door to the bathroom was filthy as if someone had fallen against it or kicked it numerous times. there was rust/dirt on all the window frames in a large enough amount it was clear they had not been cleaned or wiped down in a very long time. they tables in this area were wobbly and coming apart.

Not sure how this property has such high reviews. The rooms are dirty there was stains on inside window. The bed side table shade was covered in stains. The countertop in the bathroom is all best up. Beds were squeaky. Room furniture is tired and beat up but looks like they are in the process of replacing it as the dumpster outside the hotel was filled with furniture . 2 out of four ice machines are broken. Pool area is dirty. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming. There is rust chips everywhere on pool deck. The only thing that I can say is good is the staff and the free breakfast was good. I would not stay again at this hotel. For the price I would expect much better cleanliness and condition of the hotel.

Our room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. There is a large gap under the door so we could hear ever word the people next door were saying. Hard to sleep.

the AC did not work. The maintenance guy came up the first night and made it sound like we didn't know how to run it. Thankful it wasn't to hot outside. We left the curtains closed for the 2 days we were there.In actuallity it still didn't work when he left. The pillows were flat. It's an older place that they have tried to upgrade. It was OK.

Our room was a king suite. Very spacious plenty of room to relax. Convenient bathroom had doors from living room and bedroom. Only negative was house keeping knocked on our door at 930 in the morning. Check out is 11. Having said that our stay was very enjoyable. We would highly recommend

Had a nice stay. Our room 414 just didnt have an operationable air conditioner (all buttons clearly fell out), which was a bummer because we could have used cooler air flow. Breakfast was otherwise pleasant!

when I travel what matters is not whether a property is perfect, but how well the staff respond to any problem. When we arrived, I discovered our microwave was not working. they swapped it out with a different one less than five minutes and were very friendly and helpful about it. we also decided to add a night to our stay and they were very helpful about making those arrangements. Rhyce, Nichole, Brian and Bill were all great!!

The laziness of house keeping was insane. We requested our room to be done 2 times before having to complaining to front desk for a third time. We had no towels beds were never made garbage just piled up. Finally on the third time the front desk came up at 8:00 pm and cleaned our room themselves. We went and sat in the lobby and waited while this got done. Not something that should ever happen. Put a complaint it with the front desk and was told the manager would del with this. The manager must be like the housekeeping as i have never heard back from since. Hats off to the front desk staff for going above and beyond there work.

It was so incredibly noisy both nights we stayed. Also, Saturdays breakfast was AWFUL. We stay at a lot of hotels with continental breakfasts and Saturday was absolutely embarrassing. No yogurt or pancakes and 2/3 cereals were gone. 2/3 juices were empty. There was no gravy. The eggs were in 2” of water. The sausages were cold. Sunday was better, but still really sub par.
