I love this Hotel because the Manager Maria is bright and Sweet. I never had a problem with any of the staff. It’s a clean, and Reasonable to stay. You will enjoy your stay. If you have a pet this is also the prefect stay. You want some peace go to Extended Stay Of America in South Brunswick.

It smelled like piss in the front spot near the laundry room the breakfast was just coffee which online said it was a full breakfast meal and they said they had pans and i was given a pot which i couldnt make pancakes cuz there was no breakfast

terrible living conditions. As soon as I entered the room and turned on the light, two cockroaches ran over the table, I thought, well, maybe there won't be any more. But when I took a shower, I saw two more on the ceiling and small ones on the floor. Then I checked my bed , but it was surprisingly clean, so I didn't change the number.

It was fine. The hallways smelled like curry and weed, which individually are fine, but the smell together was gross. Weed smell came into our room from the neighboring room.

The room was well clean. The refrigerator was empty and clean. The only problem that I had is when I went to plug up my cell phone charger there was a small roach inside the plug that morning when I woke up to check out there was a small roach running across the bathroom counter. This is not well. I don’t think I’ll be staying at that particular extended America again thank you.

The stay was mostly okay until the morning. We encountered one stink bug during the evening, but then in the morning as we were packing, we saw a roach crawling the wall. A hotel clerk knocked on the door during this time and we informed him. We then went down to the front desk and he was speaking to the manager, so she appeared already prepared for her defense. She adamantly stated “we don’t have roaches and I don’t know what you saw”. No apologies or any sort of offer to rectify the situation (despite me taking a picture of the roach and offering to show her). I then said I would call the local health department, to which she responded “don’t threaten us”. I’ve worked in customer service and Human Resources much of my life. Customer Service 101: When someone complains of a roach and has evidence of a roach present in their room, you APOLOGIZE and do whatever you can to appease the customer. I have no issue filing a complaint with a local health department.

An okay stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with an actual blanket (instead of a polyester coverlet that some budget hotels use now). Overall the hotel is pretty worn and rundown looking. The “breakfast” was coffee in the lobby and a basket with 3 individual Hostess looking cupcake/muffins and another basket with 5 Nutrigrains. Not really breakfast. It was fine though; no major complaints, just okay overall.

The room was large & the beds very comfortable. I loved that I had my own kitchen & they supplied me with lots, pans, utensils & plates. If I needed something else they were very good to provide it when I asked. It has a stove, full fridge, micro & coffee pot. The staff is always pleasant & helpful. I have stayed here several times.

Upon my arrival at Extended Stay America, I was informed that no rooms were available, and they claimed to have notified Expedia to pass on the message to me. However, neither Expedia nor Extended Stay America contacted me regarding this issue. Despite this, my credit card was charged for the booking. I reached out to Expedia, who redirected me to Extended Stay America, while ESA insisted I should contact Expedia. Both companies have displayed a lack of professionalism and seem indifferent to customer concerns. I have decided not to engage with either of them in the future. This experience has been a valuable lesson for me.

This is a good hotel if you need a kitchenette and the convenience of a suburban hotel/motel. What makes it set apart is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff— especially Antonio and Hamza. They made the place feel welcoming and like a home away from home.

My reservation was for one queen room. I checked in with my girlfriend. The front desk agent informed me that they were out of queen room but they have 2 full. I said no worries. He then looked at my girlfriend and asked if it’s the two of us I said yes. Then he had the audacity to ask me my I booked a room with one bed. I felt that it was very disrespectful and none of his business. If the hotel doesn’t approve of same sex couples then it need to state this on their website. I don’t spend my money where I am not welcomed.

Extremely disappointed. Terrible front desk service. I was called twice on my cell phone. There was one voicemail left stating room not clean. I called back and they said they were overbooked with no apologies. And then I was billed for the stay. I called the claims office and I have a claim pending. It was a terrible experience. I was forced to pay a higher cost at another hotel for short notice. This should be investigated by Better Business Association. Should I be refunded by Expedia or Hotel. I am caught in the middle.

I came after 11pm and there was no one at the front desk to even let me in the hotel. I didnt see the restriction on the website when i booked, but apparently you CAN NO CHECK IN AFTER 11PM.

1) Your sign out front of the hotel is too far off Route 1 and was covered by trees. I passed it once so I had to circle around. The second time I had to ride the shoulder so I could find the entrance. I would really consider doing something so it is more visible. 2) The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt lumpy, like an old spring mattress. 3) The “breakfast” you offer is very cheesy. A danish or bagel (or even fresh muffins) would have been nice instead of a little packaged one. I did think the coffee was delicious. I enjoyed having liquid creamer instead of the powder kind other hotels offer.

Great stay; near where my parents live, so it's convenient. Shopping and food services are nearby with Monmouth Junction Kitchen being the perfect spot for your dining needs. Rooms are clean and the continental breakfast is good.

The property is well kept. My only concern was the sign for the hotel could not be seen clearly as you are approaching the property. I was meeting a friend there they missed the entrance and had to drive a few miles away to turn back.This is on the Northbound of Rt1.

Good stay, near my parents dwelling, so it's convenient. Room was clean and everything went well. Storm came through and that gave me concern because I was on the top floor. Television goes in and out because it's cable, but always a pleasant stay.

Terrible smell, the included breakfast was coffee, hot chocolate, and muffins, oatmeal, and bars. Queen bed ended up being a Full size bed and the floor was very sticky. The worse was that we went out with all of ours belongs the day we were leaving at 7 am thinking in coming back to rest for a bit around 10 and the rooms was already cleaned for the next guest when check out is at 11 am. I would not recommend this place.

Overpriced. Type of hotel you expect to pay low 100 for. Yes rooms were clean. But the breakfast is a joke (only prepackaged muffins and granola bars). Building is in dire need of update and maintenance. Basically a glorified motel.
