Stayed 1 night

We did not realize until we woke up in the morning that my husband slept on a pillow that was covered in blood!! Disgusting. The staff did not apologize they only offered to replace the pillow 1 hour before check out. They're attitude was non chalant and the front desk host would not even look up to speak with us. She was disinterested and refused to address our concerns. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. Our bodies were sore when we woke up. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone. The staff there have an attitude and are very defensive even though we showed them kindness and politeness. This was a horrible experience. The building looks brand new which we thought meant it would be nice however that is not the case at all. We will never stay here again!

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean… the only good thing about the staff was Asia… she was the best very nice and helpful. The assistant manager and the manager were rude and not helpful in any way.

The front desk people lack basic professionalism and didn't have much idea how to greet guests or help guests.

Stayed 2 nights

We stayed here September 4–6. The night-shift employee who checked us in was very friendly and assured us that our TV, which wasn’t working, would be fixed in the morning. Unfortunately, the two morning front-desk ladies were very unfriendly and unhelpful. When we came to check out, they were both on their phones and didn’t acknowledge us until we got their attention. My husband was also told the hot water wasn’t working, but our friend was told the same thing and decided to try it herself and was able to get hot water. When we asked about the TV, instead of trying to help, they made excuses and even spoke badly about the night-shift employee. We had three children with us, so having a working TV would have been helpful. We understand that things can go wrong, but the lack of effort, courtesy, and professionalism from the morning staff was very disappointing and really affected our stay.
