Fairly confortable and clean rooms. There was parking lot. But if there was breakfast included that would be amazing.

Affordable and convenient for a quick sleep-only stay. Ample on-site parking near rooms.

Be aware that they are charging $1.99 per day for b"everage service" which is coffee in the lobby until 7pm and one bottle of Costco Kirkland Signature water you have to pick up at the front desk.

It was a great place to stay after a long trip. You have to pay small fee for WiFi.

Aging facility that is still a good deal given its environs. I have stayed here annually for over a decade. I was not happy this time about being given a room underneath a staircase, but the room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast, once a feature of the facility, now does not exist, and, somewhat bizarrely, you are asked to pay a daily $2 charge for coffee and a bottle of (purified) water (why not just add $2 to the room charge and offer free coffee and water?). Still, a Target and two groceries are across the highway and the Suites is an affordable facility near.Princeton. I will likely be back.

The recipients asked for my CC eventhough i booked through expedia and after he got he was like i will need to cahrge you $2 for wifi and water i was like no thank you he was like it’s mandatory after alot of arguing he didn’t charge me because i refused that was nice and shouldn’t try to rip peoples money like that

The room and bathroom was extremely clean my son said it eas cleaning than ours at home lol great stay

The first room i got, both beds had hairs in the sheets. YES CURLY BLACK HAIRS, SHORT & LONG!! Even the bath tub had hairs. The toilet leaked water when you flushed around the base. When I asked for another room the next day by the way because apparently night of complaining night clerk advise no rooms available all sold out. The next morning they had plenty of rooms apparently. But either way the next room the bed sheets also had hairs!!. I tried calling Expedia but they could not help and I was force to stay in this aweful hotel. I had to bed the female clerk to please clean my room at least just the 1 bed i would use while I would be out and about. When i came back, the sheets did appear to be clean. But my stay was horrible would never come back!!

The room was clean and basic. We only stayed one night in our way to oue destination but it was clean and quiet.

A value oriented choice that's short on amenities. Property condition is worn down but acceptable. Clean enough but could have been cleaner - floor felt like they didn't vacuum regularly; had to remove hair in tub drain.

Run was not properly cleaned found Q tips on floor, bedside drawer on cleaned not sure wgat it was, found item in drawer from previous guedt? Toliet paper holder was jng however, it was replaced next day while we were out. Room had musty odor as well

Room was a bit musty smelling and carpeting not that clean. Sheet had cigarette burn on them and some other stains. Was supposed to be smoke free room. Also, asked for 2 doubles and got a king. Said it was taken already. Very mediocre stay and place.

The rooms are not sound proof to a bear minimum. Its literally you are sleeping on the road with the hotel located just off the highway. I saw lot of hair on the towels, looks like they did not replace the towels used by previous guest. The AC they have is like a generator with lots of noice. There is a gap between the AC unit and the wall where we can see the outside. The coffee they provide is terrible. Worst experience

The room was OK, but clearly in need of updating. Hard to believe in this day and age there are no USB charging ports in a hotel room. The desk chair was coming apart and you had to drive to get food. If your goal is to have a place to sleep, this works OK. But do not expect luxury.

The property is close to a lot of attractions. But the walls are paper thin. You can hear full conversations through the walls, highway noise is atrocious.

Our room had a large comfortable bed, a large refrigerator (4 cu ft), and microwave, but no coffee maker. Fortunately we brought a travel keurig coffee maker. The room also had a couch, large armoire and desk and chair.

The room was average, however I had to check out due television not working. No channel 2 to watch football game? Only excuse was cable was not working.

I recently stayed at MHO Inn & Suites and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. First, the bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's rest. The mattress was too firm, and I woke up feeling sore each morning. Not exactly what you’d want from a hotel stay. Additionally, the air conditioner in my room was a major issue. It produced loud noises all night long, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. It wasn’t cooling the room properly either, which made the overall environment quite uncomfortable. Considering the price, I expected better quality and comfort. The location and staff were fine, but the issues with the bed and air conditioning made my stay less than enjoyable. I hope they address these issues for future guests. Would I recommend it? Not unless these problems are resolved.

Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and stocked with towels. The water pressure was horrible and the water was luke warm. The location was great and the room was quiet.

Room had a musty smell. Beds were lumpy. Towels were scratchy and very small. The cold water sink faucet did not stop so we had to be careful to not over turn it or it would turn on again. Shower head is low, so be careful if you're over 5 1/2 feet tall.

MHO Inn & Suites is a good, inexpensive option for visiting Princeton (about 5 miles away). It is right on Highway 1, though seemed relatively quiet. My room was large and had a table where I could work. The wifi was good.

Traveled about 7 hours for an event, and had another one about 2.5 hours away the next day, this was about halfway in the middle. Pretty easy to get to, staff were very friendly. Quick check in and check out (including checking out at 4:30 am!) I had to cut my planned stay a day short because our end of day plans changed, so I didn't use the second day I paid for. Bed, pillows, blanket comfortable. Good bathroom, fridge worked, tv worked. AC was nice and cold. Traveling as a solo female I'm always nervous staying places alone but locks and latches were very solid and secure! Tons of parking and was able to park within sight of my room. Would definitely use again if I was in the area!

MHO provided what I needed: a highly affordable, clean room for a night. Service was excellent, as I was originally given a room that had a broken AC, but the friendly host rapidly switched me to a different room. Would definitely stay again.

The best customer service ever: literally!

Upon checking in the attendant stood in the lobby and peered at me as if I did not belong. He finally went to check me in. After completing the paperwork he asked me who was going to be in the room and required me to sign the names of each person. I have frequented hotels in the area each weekend since June. This has never been a requirement. After about an hour, after we were changed and ready for bed (drove 14 hours) the phone rang inquiring about water leaking. I immediately replied there is not water anywhere from the toilet or otherwise. About another hour later there was a knock at the door with two unsavory men asking to come in to check for water. I assured them there was no water and we were retired for the evening. They called the police. We had to get out of bed so one of them could come in and check. Within seconds he left with the full assurance that there was no water anywhere even as I said. Coming to check for water was a pretext for checking to see who was in the room. Anybody with a grain of intelligence could see through their ploy. The hotel is a cheap hotel that does not show its full appearance on the internet. It is deemed a 3.7 out of 4 when it is really below 2 stars. Any hotel that you have to drive up to the door is usually awful and not worth its cost. If I had seen it to be so, I would not have booked the room. To think I opted for this mess when I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn instead makes me question my own intelligence. Run!!!

DO NOT check in early, they will charge you $15-$20 even if the room is ready, if you check in before 4 PM. In over 50 years of travel, that is a first. Bring a coffee cup, or something to microwave in. The morning coffee they offer is in a styrofoam cup. No coffee in room, no breakfast. Cracked sink, patched wall, dirty chair. We cut our stay short by a day, partially because of this place. It had been a Best Western, Hmmm wonder why it isn't any more? They even want to know everyones name who is in the room. Bed, kinda hard, very little padding. Sign of cheap. Nearest decent coffee, several miles down the road, and its a divided highway, so over 5 mile round trip just to get a decent coffee. I would not chose this place again, and I am reluctant to chose MHO, does not seem to have any standards at all.

Customer service was great. Rooms were clean. Property was clean very friendly worker.

They were very accommodating to my needs. I requested a first floor so that I have easy access to my car because my daughter is autistic and can get overwhelmed easily, they had no problem doing so and were extremely friendly and understanding. I would definitely go back

Had a nice peaceful stay here. The lady at the front desk was sweet and welcoming. I needed to get away just for the night and this place was what I needed. Room was nice and clean, quiet, bed was comfy. Will def. Be back.

Staff was not jn the slightest willing to go the extra mile to make things work for us. (I question if they even know the meaning of going the extra mile, or why it's important.

Inside of facilities was clean, well prepared, and looked attractive. However, there was a homeless man hanging around the parking lot each day, one of the room occupant was smoking marijuana so strong that not only could we smell it outside his room, but it went through our bathroom vents, and another occupant was yelling very loud throughout the night. Not the facilities fault, but other client and the homeless man made it feel unsafe.

Excellent value for the money. Place was what you expected, good price, nothing fancy. Place was clean with the exception of a single hair found on the bed. Bathroom was clean. The room was good, some cosmetic repairs needed (shower head was detached from the wall but completely functional, bathroom door had a hole and was patched up). Coffee in the morning was extremely basic, sugar and mini creamers, and powder creamer that finished day 1 and still empty day 2. But overall, very good for the money, and overall good enough to come back again next time I’m in the area as long as the price stays low.

I go to this hotel once a year to attend a local conference and it always meets the need. It's conveniently located near good shopping and the room is clean and quiet...and the person at the desk was friendly and efficient.
