This was a nice, easy stay so that we didn't have to make the 3 hour drive home from Six Flags. Nice little hotel, out of the way and quiet, but I am taking off one star for all of the passive-aggressive notes that we saw hanging all over the place. Some examples: $5 fee for lost key cards, 'do not dress bagel on counter' 'towels are for face/handwashing only' 'No backing into spots FEE will apply' 'All lights must be off when exiting a room' and a few others that I won't mention. Also, we had a room that was next to their overly bright LED sign, which, even with the window shades drawn lit the room brightly after dark. That being said, the vending machines were very affordable, the room and bedding was clean and quiet with one exception. The faucet in the shower would make this ungodly screeching sound after 5 minutes of hot water. We had to get up and leave to be on the road early and cut our showers short for fear of waking up the other guests with this otherworldly sound. It's a good place if you just want to sleep for a few hours.

We got there and the entire hotel looked good from the outside. Inside however was a little outdated and dusty. It had that weird old lady perfume smell to it. Our room was ok. You could tell the beds had simply been remade. The bathroom was kinda dirty and had downstairs hair in the shower and on the floor. I asked them to come clean it and they did.

The hotel did the job of a one night stay during a trip up north to help split it up. The bed sheets where dirty with maybe blood in multiple areas. And the shower was pretty dirty looking and had multiple bqlck spots. The front desk service did get us a new sheet but honestly, i couldnt sleep well because now everything seemed filthy. But it certsinly served thr purpose. Have no expectations ans youll be fine.

The linens had not been changed from the previous guest--bed made with sleepy-in linens. I've never experienced this before. I discovered this too late to have the bed made properly, so o slept in the half not used.

Large room, with king bed, nicely decorated with Couch and 4 chairs, table, fridge, microwave, closet. All furniture tops were cultured granite, instant hot water at sink and shower/tub. Simple breakfast was ample, coffee good. Our room, away from the front, overlooked a stream/river/pond and allowed the morning sun to stream into the room in the morning.

When we got to the room, there were tortilla chip crumbs on the beds and the floor. There was a dirty sock in the fold out bed on the couch and the sheets that they provided appeared to be dirty. The advertised breakfast consisted of toast and bagels, with butter and cream cheese, two kinds of stale Cheerios, coffee. The shower nozzle broke the second night there and while it was fixed the next day, the whole shower unit leaked terribly. The mattress on the fold out bed was so uncomfortable that it could not be slept on, and the beds were so hard that we had to purchase a bunch of pillows to be able to sleep on them. Otherwise the hotel seemed clean and smelled good. They were redoing the parking lot during our stay, which cause some inconvenience for two days. also, the handicapped accessible shower was a regular tub with lots of hand hold bars. It was still difficult to get into. Staff was polite, but not very friendly.

The staff was great! Very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel. Bagels and toast, and easy cereal with milk and coffee available. Just enough to get your day started without too much fuss. It was perfect for us as we were staying a couple nights to attend Formula Drift in Englishtown, which was an easy 20 minute drive from the hotel. We've stayed at closer motels with less than adequate amenities for the same amount of money. I highly recommend this hotel for a quick stay for the events at Englishtown. We will be back again next year for sure. The rooms were clean and the rest of the building was also clean. Great place to rest you head for the night while you attend other activities. My only issue is the sofa bed mattress was basically a thin box spring with no cushion at all. My son slept on the couch without pulling it out. Kind of wish there was an actual mattress he could've slept on with blankets. It was a bit of a let down, but we made the best of it.

I booked it for 2 nights and almost immediately decided to change it to one night. I sent an email and I was never contacted about changing it to one night and didn’t get a refund for the 2nd night that I didn’t use. The staff were also not friendly and not very cooperative when I raised the matter with them. I had even suggested to change the 2ns date to another date a few days later but they didn’t even entertain my request. It’s clearly my worst experience with a hotel in North America so far. Breakfast was also finished before time and wasn’t replenished so we left without eating. I surely won’t be using them a 2nd time because it was clear that they are more interested in the money I paid than the service they’re providing.

Older gentleman working the front counter was incredibly rude. The shower was dirty and there was blood on the walls next to the sink. I booked here last year and had no issues. Not sure if it is new owners but I would not recommend staying here.

Upset because front desk clerk took both my driver's license and credit card and "scanned or copied" them into a device under the counter. Do NOT TRUST what will happen to my personal info. Did that with out asking or informing me first. Very sleazy. Told me it was policy when I protested. Never stay at this chain again but the damage is done.

Prices at Red Carpet are noticeably lower than other chains nearby. Location is easy to find and ample parking. Unfortunately this hotel will charge you a fee for early check-in despite the room being ready. Mostly because they have a bare bones staff and don't want to be interrupted. Also our couch had a large stain on it. All-n-all, for a one night stay this place is okay.

I stayed here for one night in June 2024. The place was right off a main route but there is not much around it. You definitely need a car. There is enough parking for your car. When you walk into the lobby you might feel like you made a mistake but you didn’t. The people behind the desk were very nice. The room I stayed in was room 202. No complaknts. I slept well. Everything was clean. I would stay here again.

We just wanted an inexpensive hotel to stay overnight to attend an event close to the area. The Red Carpet Inn was awesome. The staff are super nice. The room had a nice microwave and refrigerator which is far more than some of the more expensive hotels. The room was quiet, clean, and parking was right in from of my window. The continental breakfast was a plus, gotta have my morning coffee. All and all, I would most definitely stay here again.

Passing through hotel only. Needs a thorough clean! Every room needs a good few hours spending on it! Get rid of the blankets and eiderdowns used by all guests. Not hygienic. Breakfast: only choice for cereal was curios; toast and bagels with butter only; only fruit choice was bananas. No hot food. Water in urn was tepid.
