Pretty disappointed in the stay. Room is dated lots of dead bugs, hairs, and in general was worn out. Swimming pool is done for, has a black tarp covering it in the middle of July, no longer get the decent cooked breakfast that everyone mentions in earlier reviews. Our choice of breakfast was day old waffles, some cereal, and frozen sausage patty biscuits that you can buy from Sam’s Club. Not worth what I was charged for the room.

Property is being renovated by new owners and they are doing a good job. The room I stayed in was clean and had vinyl flooring (no nasty carpets!). Very good water pressure in the shower. You can park outside your room and there is an outdoor pet area that is easy to reach from all the rooms. There is a restaurant and bar by reception and a Sonic and Dominos across the street. Conveniently located just off the interstate. Quiet, peaceful night. Good place to stay with your pet.

The bed sheets had horrible stains on them ans they were so bad we were not sure the sheets had been changed from previous guest. Then we found chicken wing bones and forks under one of the beds from previous guest. Well, new housekeeping is a must. We tried to book elsewhere but was unable to do so because everything around was booked up. I’ve tried adding photos but it keeps saying invalid. The restaurant looked nice and was busy but we didn’t have a chance to eat there

The breakfast was surprisingly good, better than advertised. All staff members were friendly. There were some maintenance issues with the room: stained carpet; accumulated dust on top of the headboard and closest shelf; spilled drink spots on the dresser top; broken drains to the tub and sink that had been removed; sagging shower curtain rod in need of repair; peeling paint in the bathroom; and, discoloration or mold between the base of the shower wall and tub because the opening was not adequately caulked.

For an inexpensive overnight stop, Casa Lemas was great. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and room clean. We were sad we missed the restaurant (it's closed on Tuesdays) and we left very early Wednesday morning. Great stay!

Fooled me twice! I’ve stayed at this property twice over several years. The first time I pledged, never again, but the second time was on me. I simply forgot. The rooms and the property are horrible. For example, the floors are filthy. They also feel like either the wood below the laminate tiles is rotted, or the tiles were laid over shag carpet. Very uneven and many soft/rotted? spots. Room is dirty. Towels are stained. Walls are dingy. Beds are very old and worn out/uneven/lumpy/ready for the trash. Lights are dim. TV is too small. There really isn’t time to list it all, because it all would be on the list! It’s like the exact opposite of everything you would expect in even a budget hotel. Whoever owns this place knows exactly what they are doing and simply does not care. This place is truly one board and one nail ahead of being condemned. Restaurant and motel alike.

Okay for a night, a good place to stop in and sleep. Food was good and so was the shower. Wi-Fi was basically non existent, couldn’t really use it for much of anything. It is an older place, which isn’t a huge problem for us, but could have been a bit cleaner. Several dead moths and such. But over all an okay stay.

Problem getting key card to work, had to get another (very helpful). Toilet paper on the dispenser in bathroom was wet (how?), found another roll to use. Only 4 tissues in dispenser. Homeless person in parking lot at night. Restaurant nice. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time I pass through.

The room met our needs & the restaurant was great. But no services were available before 7am, which is not early enough. We missed the free breakfast because we needed to leave early & we couldn’t get any ice because the lobby & ice machine were locked up. I called the after hours number that was posted & got a recording. No service before 7am doesn’t cut it.

We were charged more than the agreed upon price. We did't receive any service to the room because the motel didn't originally charge us for both days so the staff left the room unchanged. We got back after our first noghts stay to find the request for room service placard still oon the door handle where we'd left it. The front counter person said the room wasn't serviced becasue we only paid for one night and that it was there mistake, not ours. The back of the toilet leaked onto the floor so we had to use our towels. We didn't get new towels because we didn't get the room serviced. The restaurant is good and the wait staff is excellent. The included breakfast is very good and the choices are far better than continental breaksfasts at other places. The only critique I would have would be for the booking staff to be better trained and when a mistake is made it shouldn't be the fault of or be charged to the customer.

The room was fine. The people were friendly. We had a problem with the breakfast. Unlike many hotels, you order what you want. We waited 40 minutes, gave up and left. They serve breakfast to walk in customers as well as the hotel guests. My sense is that they serve the "paying" customers before the hotel guests. Clearly, they did not have enough staff in the kitchen to serve all the hotel guests in a timely manner.

This is an older motel that has been kept in good condition. It isn't fancy, but is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location right off I25 is very convenient.
