We didn't have hot water for the first 24 hours we were at the hotel. When you would talk to staff they gave one word replies. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't say thank you for picking us, how was the visit, or hope you come again. I handed them the room keys and they said all settled. We will probably never stay with that hotel again.

After the 6hr drive we arrived after 3 pm the hotels time to only be informed nonchalantly that our room wasn't ready to go have dinner then come back. Once we arrived back no one was at the front desk, 35-45 minutes later we were able to get into the room which was half clean. The next night the power went out in the hotel and we were told once again nonchalantly that someone will be out to fix it. I had reserved a double queen bed suit and it was actually one queen and on full. I did not complain or request a change in room to keep from further making this stay a disaster. I will not stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Front Desk person at check in was not very friendly. However, he seemed to be a hard worker and was doing a lot of work around the property. Room was clean. The balcony was nice. I would stay here again. The location was good, because it had easy access to the National Park.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When we arrived, the lobby was dirty. I paid an additional fee for early check-in, which I had no problem with, but the condition of the room we received was shocking. The first room smelled terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there appeared to be a blood stain on the toilet, one of the beds had a visible soiled mark, and the furniture was covered in fingerprints and smudges as though it had never been wiped down. I immediately complained at the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. There were brownish-yellow stains and residue dripping down the walls, the sink was dirty, and there was tissue or debris around the drain/overflow area. Similar yellowishbrown residue was present on the bathroom walls and around the bases of the beds. I still have no idea what the substance was. The room also smelled bad, and once again, the furniture was covered in fingerprints. At that point, I wanted to leave and find another hotel. Unfortunately, because Jeep Invasion 2026 was taking place, hotels in the area were essentially sold out and my family and I were stuck.I actually went to a nearby Walgreens and purchased spray bleach and disinfecting wipes so I could clean the hotel room myself. I wiped down the walls, bathroom, furniture, and bases of the beds. I also sprayed the sheets, pillowcases, and pillows with Lysol! GROSS! I’ll only come back if I’m homeless
