They had everything in the mini kitchen to minimize eating out. They had a refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave/ air fryer, and 2 burners to cook on. They provided dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans to cook in, and they came with the room. They also had washer, and dryers you could use for free. You had to use your room key to access it. Housekeeping just did'nt come to your room everyday. If you wanted service you had to request it because the Hyatt is an extended stay hotel. They also had a pull out sofa bed in addition to the 2 queen beds.

Phone recording said pet fee was 75 Actually it was 100 plus 17 dollar tax.. which i have never heard of. Plus 50 dollar security fee. Tried to book a second night in the same room and was told by the manager that i would have to repay the entire 117 dollar pet fee, despite the fact that i specifically asked the long term employee who checked me in and she said no, of course i would not have to repay amy of the peposits to syat one more night. The grill had ants all in it. And they dont serve breakfast. Just miffins and banananas.. 'grab and go'. No pool.. i do not recomend this hotel at all.

Room has full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher , modern shower, 2 very comfortable queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It is spacious, clean & located conveniently near interstate. The breakfast is basic: coffee, muffins or breakfast bars, and bananas, but ample. The staff was welcoming and professional. It was quiet and offered fire pits that ran on a timer. Price was reasonable. Location is convenient to a visit to Bellingratj gardens.

Excellent! Brand new facility, very clean, comfy beds, perfect for long stays. All the suites come with fully stocked kitchenette with full siz refrigerator. The outdoor patio has grills. Perfect for throwing steaks on! The fire pitts are nice for the kids to make s'mores. Yes, i totally recommend this place!

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to see that the public areas were not as clean as they were during my stay at the beginning of May. The laundry room floors and table were filthy. The floors and walls of the elevators did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. I was also disappointed to see the muffins were not there for breakfast on one of the days I was there. This was all a dramatic switch from my previous visit only a month earlier.

There was a wet spot on the bed that smelled like urine, at 5:30 pm check in. The dishwasher was running when I arrived. The rooms are generally just damp. (Stayed in two different ones on an out and back trip). They need dehumidifiers, or at least better ones if that AC unit is supposed to be one. The grab and go breakfast is the LEAST & cheapest they could possibly do. You can’t even get iced tap water. The only juice for purchase was Sunny D and it wasn’t cold, despite being in the cooler. Didn’t seem to be on or they didn’t plan well. Nothing probably would’ve been better.

Stay was fine actually and I would stay again. I just needed the floor swept a little and had an issue with ants near the sink and desk areas. Hotel staff was notified and said they would handle it. Nice quiet location, that was a plus!

The greeting was excellent. The check out was less so. The person at the front desk was not as friendly but ok. Only complaint is that it seemed damp in the room. The sheets; and there was water on the floor in the morning near the AC unit.

The property was brand new and beautiful. It was close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. You can see the I-10 expressway from hotel grounds. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping is very helpful. Fresh fruit and muffins are served and there was plenty of parking. If you are a light sleeper, then this might not work. You can hear the expressway all night. The walls and floors allow you to hear walking above you or people beside you in next room. You can avoid by asking for top floor corner room away from interstate. I give it a 4 out of 5 for those reasons.

The guests on the 4th floor kept us up all night time with the thin floors. The shower needs a little more shower power. The shampoo/conditioner/body-wash dispensers were not replaced. All in all it was a good stay and a affordable price.

Upon checking out, the GSR was asked for a late checkout because of our late AAU Basketball game. She checked my rewards profile, noticed we stay in HYATT every other weekend, and offer 1pm. We decided to take some things down anbout 11am and grab food. As we were pulling into the parking lot at 12:06pm, I received a phone call saying “Check out is at 11am, it’s after 12pm you should be out by now”… she was very rude. I explained that we asked for a later check out of 12pm and we were offered 1pm. Once I walked in the facility 2 minutes later (12:08pm) with food, I explained that we were offered 1pm; however the kids were headed down and the room would be vacant. We sat in the lobby and ate our food. She apologized to my fiance’, because in fact she was the GSR that offered to extend the late checkout to 1pm. But at 12:44pm, my card was attempted to be charged 5 times for another nights stay. The facility and rooms were nice, but the GSR needs to be able to communicate better and I am aware that checkout on Sundays can be hectic, but she was really rude.

Front staff switched my room from king bedcto 2cqueens without telling me. After going into room didnt touch anything, I went back downstairs because their phones dont connect to front desk. I said I booked a king. The front desk said because I booked through 3rd party I dont have a room guarentee even though my reservation stated King bed. Also the " BREAKFAST INCLUDED" is a breakfast grab-n-go of instant grits, old bananas, muffins, not a real breakfast,cold coffee or coffee in the room. Their description on the listing stated "Breakfast included". Front desk hostess was curt and never said 1 thing about switching the room. I knew nothing until we checked into room. Also phone in room doesnt connect to hotel front desk. It goes to a central Hyatt number. Front desk said if you dont book direct you have no choice of room even if you booked a king they can put you into any room available. I will never book here again. I own a hotel. Never would I change a room without contacting guest prior to check-in. Inspite of nice room their policies are not friendly or honest.

I liked the hardscape flooring...no carpets, which are disgusting in hotels. It was very new and clean. Other than that, it was difficult to wind around to, had nothing around and was very vanilla. The shower was hot. The breakfast was HORRID. Given the price, I don't care for hotel breakfasts, so that was not important to me. The price was good for the stay

The hotel was very nice, definitely clean and quiet. It is also located just off the Interstate for easy in easy out. We never heard any traffic noise from the room facing the highway. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with any request. I think the breakfast was my favorite. No hot meals like a typical 'hotel' but the grab and go station they set up was very efficient especially with the kids in a rush. Brand new hotel opened in Feb 2025. I will definitely consider other hyatt studio options in the future.

New, neat, clean, convenient accommodations. However, the complementary breakfast was a joke. The worst I have ever had. Besides oranges & bananas, everything was prepackaged, processed, unhealthy food. But to be fair, the clerk described it correctly when we checked in.

The only thing that we didn’t care for was the breakfast, or lack there of. The only beverage option was coffee or tea. If you wanted a water or juice, you needed to purchase it. I don’t drink either coffee or tea. Only muffins, granola bar or an orange or banana. For the money, there should be more options.
