This was a great hotel for our family. We needed a few things to accommodate our two young kids. -The breakfast in the morning was great! Lots of options and Ms Rachelle and staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. -parking was super easy to navigate. - the bar and patio was such a nice touch. Realized in the future we would like a bar in our search. My only issue was the pool area was concerning. The floor was very very slippery. I was so afraid someone or myself would slip. Also, the chair are meant to get wet but they were soaking wet due to them being fabric and how close they were to the pool. Our room was very nice but I had to call for some hand soap? And when I did call for hand soap to be sent up it was almost like the lady on the other end thought I was silly to ask for some?? Overall great hotel and experience. We would come again for sure

We were in town for a Fever game. This is the best location for anything at Gainbridge. Room was good, could have been cleaner. Corners were visibly dirty but nothing we couldn’t handle. Elevators are extremely slow and stairs are only available during an emergency so after events it took a while. Would stay there again if going to a game.

The hotel itself wasn't bad, but the noise at night (loud music, cars, people) made it impossible to sleep well into the early morning hours. Valet parking also wasnt worth it - long waits times (20-30 mins) and the app wasn't working to retrieve my rental when I needed to leave for the airport at 5AM. I had to keep going and back and fourth with the attendant to go find the car. It was a little frustrating for the cost. I'd suggest self parking.

Came to Indy for a Fever Game and this hotel is the only place I would stay if I came again. It is directly across the street. Room is clean and comfortable- the staff was very nice and the valet parking was convenient.

Our suite was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. The entire staff was friendly and attentive! We enjoyed the Pivot bar and restaurant. The bartenders were personable and wanted the guests to relax and enjoy. The food was delicious, and the outside terrace was a great spot. The continental breakfast was the best we've ever experienced! Lots of options and fresh food. Amazing! The staff attending to the breakfast was amazing as well! They went above and beyond and took pride in their work! Great hotel and great stay!

Very night hotel, clean, the dining options were nice. It was a very busy weekend and it took a long time the elevators to come. The pool was nice, but the chlorine smell was super strong and burned then eyes.

The service desk employees were very efficient and professional at check in despite the large crowd that was checking in. They kept the line moving and mainyained their smiles and kindness with everyone. The room was very clean and inviting. The bar food was good and bartender was amazing. She stayed on everyone that was around preferences and kept our drinks refreshed. The pricing was pleasing as well. The locationis supreme and will definitely stay here if ever needed to come back to downtown Indianapolis. Very happy with this stay.

We stayed at this hotel because it was across the street from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse where we attended an event. The hotel common areas were very well kept and the staff and service were excellent. The breakfast was above average. The actual room was not so great. There was hair all over the bathroom and overall unclean. The est of the room was dusty and just ok clean.

We stayed for one night and was very pleased! We didn’t realize that not all rooms had a bathtub until after we were given a room- talked to staff and they switched the rooms for us with no problems. Both rooms we saw were surprisingly large. Everything was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty with decent options. We used valet parking, which cost $45. While pricy, that seemed to be close to average for other similar hotels in the same area. For being right across from the basketball arena on a game night, the room was extremely quiet. We had several food options and the mall within 2 blocks walking. I would definitely stay here again!

Our view was the brick wall of another building. They charged me $50 for a late check out and an extra $52 for parking. I definitely will not stay in this facility again. We were there for the Big Ten Conference Championship games. Our granddaughter plays for Ohio State Buckeyes. Disappointed Howard McMahon

It was a cool room set up and perfect location! Staff was sooo friendly, but this may have been the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You could head ever door open/close in the next room and every single voice outside. Even so, next time I’d probably stay there again and bring a noise machine, though it would be nice if they were already in the room.

Staff was so nice, it was clean, we didnt eat breakfast but was told by people in our group it was pretty good for hotel breakfast goes. My only negative remarks would be the water in the shower wasn't consistent temperature. Not like extreme hot to cold but like hot to warm, but good water pressure.

The staff here was absolutely fantastic. Jacob at the bar was amazing and the woman who helped at breakfast and the valet guys. I just can't say enough about the amazing service and welcoming feel. We had a great visit to Indy with our kiddos.

I had 3 uncomfortable encounters with the front desk staff. My room wasn’t ready at check-in and I had to wait 30+ min to get in. I was told I would get a text message when the room was ready. That didn’t happen. I had to revisit the desk and I had to recheck in. My room was never cleaned. When I requested cleaning I was told housekeeping left for the day but they would check. No one followed up. I made a 2nd request and was told they would get to it but they are busy. Again my room was never cleaned. The front desk staff didn’t seem interested in solving any my issues, they weren’t warm or friendly, actually very stoic and matter of fact. This was my first time experiencing this type of behavior from this hotel brand.

The Front Desk Agent with the Red hair Briana is HORRIBLE. This is a property I stay at every time I have a Business event to attend in Indy and never had a bad experience up until this time. Briana is very UNPROFESSIONAL, she has no Communication skills, and she has no knowledge of handling guest who are booked through third parties VIP members. The day of my check in experience made my remaining day on the edge. She needs more customer service training. Also her coworker with the style edges that was working with her could use better communication skills and customer service training. I know the turn around in keeping good staff is hard after COVID but these two the Hyatt need to do more better with handling their regular customers and any customers. I wish video camera and audio footage can me pulled from my stay so higher management can take action and use in training new staff. But this was horrible check in service.

There are many bars and clubs next to the hotel. Which is good if you like an active nightlife however, if sleep is your jam, this hotel is not a good place. motorcycles regularly go up and down the street outside and crowds are boisterous and loud Until the very late hours of the morning.

Area around the hotel was like a dragstrip. Very noisy with cars revving engines and noise reverberating in the hotel. This happened well into the night until 3am both nights we were there. (Friday/Saturday). Hotel has called 811 before and as soon as police leave, cars reappear, and the noise continued. Will NOT stay there again.

Best location and access to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The restaurant is right in the lobby, nearly decided to go elsewhere for dinner but glad we stayed. The food was excellent. Nice and complete breakfast also, numerous selections of hot and cold choices.

Great location. Close to everything. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was not good the first morning there. The waffles were stale and the plates were not clean and the orange juice tasted watered down. But the next morning food was much better and the plates were clean so not sure if it was just a staffing issue the first morning.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved being across the street from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Going to a Pacers game on a rainy night was easy! The only issue we had was that the hot breakfast completely ran out one morning and the staff on-hand couldn’t keep up with the demands of the meal.
