I took the hotel for a good price, probably because of construction around. Its a nice hotel though few little things will make it better, like a "don't disturb" sign for the door, there no elevator but only 1 floor, and the réception is quite far. But these are détails.

Le stationnement est un peu difficile d'accès. Mais j'ai été agréablement surprise de la chambre: propreté, petit réfrigérateur, séchoir à cheveux. Eau très chaude et très froide sans attente. Bonne douche. Je n'ai pas remarqué s'il y avait plusieurs restaurants autour: j'allais visiter mes cousines et j'ai été reçue chez elles. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

Chambre propre. Lits confortables. Le déjeuner inclus a dépassé nos attentes. Café gratuit à tout moment de la journée. Accès gratuit à un énorme gym annexé à la bâtisse. Nous n'avons pas essayé la piscine extérieure.

It was a nice and clean property. Fairly quiet. Parts were under renovation so we could not use the pool which sucked but understandable. Some of the receptionists were very kind but others seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards people who were not from Quebec. Overall a decent stay very close to downtown Ottawa. Not a terrible price. The breakfast was mediocre. Nothing warm to eat offered. Just different bread you could get toasted but because their toaster is very slow and there are lots of people, you will wait FOREVER to get it done. Might be worth going to find breakfast somewhere else, even across the street at the mall or restaurants around.

I booked this hotel due to convenience and location but checked out early due to a bedbug infestation. The managers played down the situation which made me uncomfortably. The hotel was not able to deliver on a clean room or clean bathroom If you stay at this hotel please take precautions for bedbug infestation.

Being understanding that the property is under several reno projects at once, I can excuse the state of the building and grounds. However, the room was another thing altogether. The chairs were filthy and torn, the beds felt like they were bought from an old camp and were probably new in 1964, the floor in my room was dirty, not just a little dirty, It had not seen a mop in at least a month. The good part of staying was the night manager "Ola", he was friendly and helpful with every part of the stay. Unfortunately, that\'s not enough to recommend this property to even the most frugal traveler.

When we entered our room, we immediately smelt the stench of puke. The staff were very accommodating and gave us another room. The second room wasnt overly clean & certainly needed some love. The walls were paper thin and floors were sticky.

I have previously stayed at this location without any issues but my recent stay was one to remember, being falsely accused of smoking in the room and getting a 150$ charge on my credit card without warning, not refunding me even after I explained a clear ventilation problem in room #121 when we heard voices and smells coming from the bathroom fan. Horrible experience with the front desk staff and would not recommend this hotel anymore, it was unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

The room.was comfy and clean. No complain at all. Good drive to Ottawa Center. Friendly staff, especially in the Breakfast Room, incl the Chef. You could feel they strive to please their guests. Service with a smile. Will be back for sure. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Visiting our son for a few days in Ottawa. More convenient to stay across the river in Gat than Downtown Ottawa. From check in to check out, it was great. Lobby & our room was updated. Husband forgot to clean out a dresser drawer full of clothes, which I called about it the next day, when I discovered it. Housekeeping did have them, thankfully I was able to have them picked up. I was a tad disappointed that staff didn't didn't reach out to me when they were discovered the day before....

Very good place for staycation with family. Les Promenades Gatineau mall right opposite to this place. Many dining options around the area. I would most definitely return again with family. P.S. Breakfast options are good and self serve not pre-packed. Don't listen to negative reviews.

The location of this Quality Inn & Suites is very convenience and easy access to Highway. Gatineau Promenade Mall is just across the street. Not much of a night life area, restaurants and convenience store need to drive. Staffs & service at this hotel is great. Would be nice if there is hot water tab included from the coffee machine. And a better Microwave for Guests to use when needed in the designated area. Had a great stayed! Thank you. HK

Breakfast on the morning May 3 was a very bad experience. There was little to no warm food. There was no juice. The waffle maker was so messy that it was unusable. And the tables were a complete mess. Crumbs and other messes all over the place.

Overall it was good . I was abit disappointed that it did not have a hot breakfast such as bacon, sausage , potatoes and eggs . It only had waffles and most of the time it wasn’t kept clean. Probably because it was a hockey tournament but regardless . Oranges were old and one morning we didn’t have any milk for our cereal at 8:30 in the morning .

The rms and hotel in general were nice and clean. The bthrm had a magnifying mirror which was a super bonus to me. I have a hard time putting make up on without one. Most hotels don’t provide so👍for me. The rm layout was nice. Come in the door to a ‘foyer’ where bthrm and fridge etc were and then went thru a French door to rm. Nice for bthrm privacy. The free breakfast was a bonus and very nice. Right across from big mall to walk to with nice food court for a quick bite. About 15 min from the mint, museums, casino and such. Only downfall is no elevator. Only two storeys but it was a good haul up the stairs with suitcases etc and we aren’t as young as we used to be. Pool looked nice but didn’t use so can’t say. Book with the confidence that it is a clean, nice place. Older but our rm was updated. I would stay here again. The price is right and free breakfast and common area with coffee, tea etc available 24/7 was a bonus too.

The room was nice and clean, it’s renovated but the bathroom are small. The pool was not warm, when checked with front staff, he mentioned that the pool heater was turned off and there is no maintenance guy and he can’t do anything. The breakfast was ok, they don’t refill.
