Tjrs offer one Tesla charger and two regular ev chargers but they’re not free. Actually, they’re more expensive that charging at home. It would be nice to have them included in the hotel rate like other hotels do.

Nice modern and clean hotel, well situated, free parking and close to shops. Free buffet breakfast a plus. To bad that the pool was not open, explanation was that the liner was damaged and that repairs were underway, but not possible to foresee when it would be reopened! Understandable. Hotel is quite busy. Many sports teams choose it for it’s convenience as it’s very close to arenas and a major sports center.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to a mall and other amenities. Downtown Ottawa is a short car ride away, which makes the location very convenient. The free on-site parking is a huge bonus. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. The breakfast offers various options, although it would be great to have non-dairy milk for coffee. It was great to use the coin laundry, although we had to pay twice to dry our clothes properly. I was disappointed with the gym, though. Both treadmills and one of the ellipticals were broken, which made it difficult for me to do my runs at night. The floor under the treadmill and the baseboards need to be cleaned.

Mise à part la compagnie qui a décidé de nettoyer le stationnement voisin à minuit 30 le soir avec des souffleurs à feuilles au gaz ( très très bruyant) notre séjour a été parfait. La préposée à l’accueil est d’ailleurs allée avertir les cabochons qui ont cessé leur opération nettoyage. Le gym de l’hôtel était aussi parfait et complet! Bravo! Nous reviendrons!

Excellent hotel, staff at front desk are very friendly, the rooms very clean and has everything makes me happy “ great and very nice shower, plenty of towels, Aunt, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. The heat is perfect and everything. It was great and there is another thing the breakfast which is including. this is another story. It is a great breakfast. There is more and more you expected eventually, I would like to say thank you so much for this great experience.

The room was spacious and clean. The room darkening blind was getting very thin therefore more light was visible in the room. The rooms are nicely set up with a bench and hooks on the wall which are great to hang clothes on. Bathroom has a nice large vanity. Beds are very comfortable.

We didn’t end up staying there. We were given 4 different rooms and each of them had hair in the sheets, and had stains. One had blood stains, after the fourth room and wasting 45 mins checking the rooms we left and found a doffeeent hotel.

When we checked in we found toilet paper in our toilet, no bedding for the pull out bed (even though we had confirmed our booking for four people, meaning we would not all be sharing the one queen bed), and bugs on the floor in the bathroom. For the price paid we expected much better.

Breakfast good but lacked variety,laundry appliances dirty and dryer inefficient, had to hang clothes to dry in room, notified staff and front desk of room safe not functioning properly,one person managed to make it work for a day,but never functioned afterwards, notified staff and front desk x3, nothing done.Staff rarely mopped floors in room when asked as dust and hair on floors remained. Notified front desk of other issues such as broken chain of day shade, hole in caulking in shower with presence of mold when checked with Q-tip.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was ok. However the room was not clean. The bed sheet was dirty. Dirty towels were left in the shower upon arrival and the floors hadn't looked like it had been swept.

I love IHG and try to stay at their locations every where I travel. I recommend them but this location was a big disappointment. Fingernails and little pieces of what looked like kleenex everywhere. When room service did the room, they just pulled the sheets, didnt bother making the bed! They did not sweep the room at all! The nails, kleenex, etc stayed there. We asked for new towels and got back dirty towels with what seemed like earwax on them. The venting system was super loud, like sleeping beside a running mac truck. Very disappointed. I always give this chain great reviews, this hotel is old, rndown and needs some TLC and staff training.

Wish the suites had a door option to separate the rooms. This is a huge value add for families with young children. Our room was massive but the open concept defeats the purpose of a “suite”. Now that I know, why pay extra when it’s one open space and not a bedroom vs. 2 queen beds in one space and I can save money. Breakfast was fantastic!!!

The room was good, bed was very comfortable. The issue we had with being on the main floor. The greyhound bus was parked by our window with its engine running. It woke us up in the morning. It also didn’t help with the heater making a humming loud noise in the room.

We did a late check-in after a 10-hour drive. The process was quick, but as soon as we got to the room we realized the AC wasn’t working. The receptionist came to check and then asked her colleague for help. It was pretty clear they had no idea what the issue was, but they stayed in the room trying for about 10 minutes. When they couldn’t fix it, they told me the hotel was fully booked and might have a fan for us—a fan, after a long drive in summer heat! I told her that was not an option. She then said she would need to call maintenance, but wasn’t sure how long it would take for someone to come and fix it. They also mentioned they had “no partnership” with other hotels, so transferring the booking wasn’t possible. Meanwhile, the other receptionist was trying to switch rooms, but suddenly “the system wasn’t working.” After about 40 minutes of waiting, a third staff member was able to make the switch. The new room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of tasty options. Overall, the property itself is nice, but the customer service has a lot of room for improvement. I could tell the receptionists were trying to do their job, but they didn’t seem to have much experience handling common situations like this. A bittersweet experience.

staff had no idea how to deal with the guests.. room service just showed up once during all days of my stay, couldnt even get room slippers, one of the elevator was out of service for all the days , created long line ups to go to different floors, front end staff was was not interested in interacting with guests.. over all it was a poor poor experience, very disappinting

We stayed at the hotel and the check in was terrible . We were given a room at 3rd floor . We entered the room and saw that beds were not made . There was a used cup of coffee and hairs in washroom . Basically it was a used room given to us , then we came down and complained about our check in . The receptionist was also confused about the room , but she was helpful and gave other room to us which was clean and beds were made . Secondly the pool was good but not enjoyed stay that much .

Great team and associates the rooms were cleaned daily very nice surprise. The breakfast was awesome. The only problem is this hotel is embedded in Gatineau and not easy to travel to Ottawa or the museums like claims on Hotel.com. Be prepared to be in traffic for at least 30min to get anywhere. Next time we will stay closer or in Ottawa. Even the associates had a chuckle at the claims of everything was 10-20 min away. They said that's at night with no traffic or construction. Be aware

Staying in Gatineau was slightly cheaper than staying in Ottawa and seemed a little safer. The hotel was decent, there was some mess on the hallway floor as we headed to our room at check-in but someone was cleaning within 5 minutes. Hotel was clean, staff was good, and the included breakfast was decent. There is a small pool that we made use of one afternoon. There is a large shopping mall nearby. Attractions in Ottawa are about a 15-20 minute drive away.

The check in was easy, great service at the hotel reception and the room was clean. The biggest opportunity for improvement is the breakfast. It was ok if you just stay for one night. The eggs in particular tasted artificials, not sure it was real eggs. Also they could try to bring some variety from one day to the other (for example, they always offer beans and sausages). No fruits or cheese. Breakfast juices are also very artificials and made from high sugar concentrates.

The room was clean. Loved that there was no carpet in the room. The pool was clean and refreshing, and had nice showers. The breakfast was phenomenal with pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, pastries, bagels, fruits, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
