Stayed 1 night

The posted check in time was 3pm. We arrived after playing a round of golf at 4:30 to be told our room wasn’t ready and would be another half hour or so. The reason was that the hotel was fully booked the night before which delayed the rooms getting cleaned on time. The staff member didn’t seem to really care about it at al We booked a standard king room and when we did get to our room around 5pm, noticed it was a queen room. The tub was extremely slippery to get into and the fireplace in the room was wasn’t working. There were light switches which didn’t appear to have a purpose so that was a little concerning if there was exposed wires behind walls. Overall the property was fairly clean with the exception of someone else’s hair on the bathroom linens The most concerning issue was privacy. When we checked in , the customer screen in front of us at the desk still showed the prior customer. We could see her name, address, phone number , assigned room number and the group the person was associated with. When we told the staff member he didn’t seem to think it was a big deal and for this reason alone , won’t go back to this hotel.

Room was nice, beds comfortable. Could use a chair other than the office chair in the room. Floors in bathroom needed a good sweep, scrub and mopping.
