Hostel Space Capsule

​​The space itself is clean and the capsule is quite comfortable. However, the experience was completely ruined by the terrible management and the staff's lack of preparation. ​By mistake, we left our keycard inside the capsule and got locked out. To make matters worse, our phones and important documents were inside the capsule, leaving us completely helpless and unable to do anything. ​The security guard on duty had no training or autonomy to solve the issue, and the hotel surprisingly does not have an emergency master card to open the doors. The guard tried to contact the hotel manager/management several times, but nobody answered the phone. ​As a result, we were left completely stranded all night. The only "solution" they offered was for us to stay awake until 7:00 AM, waiting for the cleaning staff to arrive and open the door for us. It is unacceptable for an accommodation not to have a contingency plan or a manager available to solve such a common and simple problem. I do not recommend it due to the terrible customer service.

There’s only three bathrooms for like up to 20 people. Also only 5 showers, 2 private ones and three communal ones. It was clean enough even though sometimes it wasn’t but that’s more because of the other guests than the people cleaning. Inside the capsule the charge didn’t work for our phones and neither did two of the four lights. Also the capsule was insanely hot inside even though there was a climatisation but it was barely working. I think this is more fit for solo travellers because the lockers were also very small and could only fit one backpack.

Stains on the sheets. Ac was broken so it was around 35C in the capsule and we had to sleep with the door open. Everything was wet including our towels. And there was a group of people that made noise the whole night. We didnt even get a duvet instead we got a blanket.

I booked this about 3-4 weeks in advance. When I turned up they said they were overbooked and sent me to a hostel about 25 minutes taxi ride away. So went from capsules to staying in a hostel dorm, with creaky beds, people snoring, and lots of incoming light. Had an awful nights sleep. They didn’t at any point try to contact me about the overbooking, so I suspect it’s just a deliberate business practice, which by the way is not legal. The hotel refused to give me a full refund, but Expedia refunded me the total value, which pretty much says everything. Very shady business, stay away.
