We didin't eat breakfast. The room had so many physical issues (ceiling, bathtub tiling falling apart. They put us in a normally designated unoccupied room on the 3rd floor, but made no note about it so when we wanted to check out EARLY, the front desk didn't even know we were in the building. WHAT IF THERE HAD BEEN A FIRE???? AND THEN CHARGED US FOR ALL THREE NIGHTS. NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL WHILE IT IS BEING RENOVATED.

Room smell like food and the odor wasn't pleasant on the hallways either. Bed sheet has stains. Housekeeping trying to quick is out of the room way before time in a sarcastic way. Staff on the lobby were friendly and attentive. Parking good. That hotel seem like a shelter place very ghetto environment. We didn't feel comfortable and secure staying there

Service was unremarkable, housekeeping showed up on the day I was checking out (about 30 mins before I was leaving in the morning… presuming they probably thought I had already checked out….) Overall I’d go to a Courtyard.
