Hotel does not have a pool, even though they advertise having one. I would not have booked here if I’d known. The woman at the front desk blamed Expedia for this misinformation, but the hotel’s own website says they have one and has a picture of it. Otherwise, our stay was fine. Hotel floor was a mess because of the renovation. It wasn’t a problem for us, but probably would be for someone with mobility problems.

Check in was poor. We were one of three parties left waiting with no front desk person in sight...we sent out search parties and found her on an 'employee only' room chatting. Location is great. Pool is still 'under repair' and I suspect will remain that way indefinitely. We've stayed there many times, and it's always 'under repair'. Rooms are ok, but a/c is noisy, plumbing is noisy, and our pillows were lost causes.

Although the staff was friendly and cooperative, one of the staff's cat was allowed to run loose in the check-in area. I was told this was normal. In the room, the refrigerator door was hard to close. The shower sliding door did not stay closed as the catch could not hold it. It appeared that the room was in need of other miscellaneous maintenance. Overall, it was a reasonable place to stay. The pool was in good condition but there was no easy entrance/exit. Only standard metal ladders. There was a reasonable selection of snack foods in the lobby, but the restaurant was closed.

The hotel is under construction for a much needed renovation. The old part is outdated and nasty. I wish I knew before booking. No gym or pool available and restaurant was closed. From desk Service was not good accept for the mechanic who fixed my shower head as it was leaking badly.

Staff are amazing, and supportive to guests during the renovation. Attention to alternative fitness room (option provided to go to a local fitness club at no cost) and complementary breakfast are thoughtful during renovation. Renovated rooms are very nice, tho care of them needs attention(no trash cans in my room, need for soap for hand washing).

We did not care for the pool ladders. They are too hard for older people to get in and expecialoly out..The ladder I used was not secured to the pool well and I thought it would fall of in my hands and push me back into the pool unsafely . I recommend putting cinderella stairs at the lower end. Nothing fancy .

We were frustrated to learn that we cannot use the pool upon arrival. No earlier alert was sent . I specifically booked this hotel for the pool facility. Service is slow . We stayed fir two days. The expectation was to get a refreshed spruce up the second day with fresh towels, cooffee pods and filled dispensers in the bathroom. None of that happened. I had to call the receptionist twice in the morning fir some coffee pods. Coffee in the lounge needs to be stronger. Either you offer good hot coffee or remove that part but having weak watery cold coffee. In the lounge does not do anyone ant good.

Check in was seemingly simple and easy. However upon getting to my room, as I opened my room door multiple roaches began scattering around the entryway. Was so disgusted I didn’t even walk into the room and promptly went to the desk to address the issue, and due to the fact they were fully booked I could not be accommodated with another room, thankfully I was able to be fully reimbursed for my stay and found lodging elsewhere.

The pool area was covered in mold, pool was also freezing. The restaurant closed 1 hour and 20 minutes before the sign said both for dinner and for breakfast. Plus there were mice running all over the floor in the restaurant area. Room was clean, the staff was very kind.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The duvet cover and bathroom was not clean. It seemed as though it was not cleaned from the previous person. I called the front desk twice to clean the bathroom and they still missed some of the very obvious areas. They did change the duvet cover the next day though.

The bathroom sink was filthy when we checked in. It was late, so I cleaned it. At 6 AM, filthy toilet water started loudly gurgling up in our sink, when the guest next door was using the bathroom. Staff insisted that maintenance could fix it, even though the smell was terrible. Only when maintenance dumped the toilet water all over the bathroom floor did the give us another room. We had to wait another day to talk to a manager, who insisted he couldn’t give us a refund, instead offering Hilton points for a fre stay sometime in the future. A very bad exp, and very unhelpful staff.

The ground floor room I was assigned was musty, had an extremely strong odor, and had bugs (flies and spiders) in it. Terrible night's sleep and woke up feeling physically ill with a massive headache. After the first night, I requested a change of room first thing in the morning and was told by the time I returned, it would be taken care of. There was no communication from the property during the day, and came back to find out the request had not been logged and no rooms available to switch to. I was forced to stay a second night, since the staff could not cancel the second night and issue a refund without manager authorization. Expedia did their best to help us, but there was no manager to escalate to, so no possible resolution that night. This was actually the second bad experience we had with his hotel - we actually stayed here in 2022 and our room had a toilet seat that was peeling and yellowed! We will never book here again. Looks like others had a good experience recently, but I certainly did not.

The room was very clean , it had a funky smell when you walked in, don’t know why. The tv had very limited channels. And the bed was hard, usually I love the beds at your hotels. It was very quiet, considering how busy it was.

Location is convenient. Wifi was terrible and essentially non-working for 2 days despite multiple complaints. It would be up for about 10-20 minutes and then go down and would not connect. Had to use phone personal hotspot to use laptop. Hard to imagine such poor wifi in 2024.

Our first room had a busted door so we couldn’t even open the door to our room. We were told it “happens a lot”. A new room was given. Both nights the people in the room next door were up late and I was kept awake by them. You could hear them clearly through the walls.

Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately no internet in the rooms which made a very busy business trip difficult and stressful. Room window blind had a mind of its own. Rooms a bit grim and tatty towels. No shower pressure. This is not a proper Hilton Hotel.

We were in the area for summer camp, so we booked this location based on the Hilton name and location. The overall condition of the room was the reason for 3-stars. It was always damp (floors included) & there was drippings on the bathroom floor from the humidity and the door that would show up even after being wiped away. The room had nice amenities however. (Fridge, microwave & keurig coffee maker). The area overall had what we needed, & there was plenty of parking.

The hotel is tired looking. The carpets are old and look like they’ve had better days. The rooms are nice enough but again, tired looking. I had a good sized room but small bathroom. The hotel has something of a noise problem - room had a very noisy AC unit, the corridors were noisy with people talking and walking down them all night. The elevator is super slow. The biggest positive is that the staff were all very nice and welcoming.

This hotel is very conveniently located just off the highway and only 2min from the mall. The room was on the small side but the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Despite no continental breakfast, I’d definitely stay again in the future.

Hotel staff (Matthew) was extremely rude! I was told that breakfast started at 6 and now see on the website breakfast was not included. After we sat down and began eating we were brought a bill for $36 for 2 breakfast. The breakfast was awful! Very few choices and 8 people stood around 1 little toaster oven and couldn’t figure out how to get a stuck priece of bread out. The bathroom sink took forever to drain and there was very little water pressure in the shower.

My mother and I were staying at this location to be near the local hospital as my husband was undergoing surgery. Because of this, we did not sleep super well which we attributed mostly to nerves and only a little bit to how uncomfortable the beds were. The issue was that a member of their staff, unclear if it was housekeeping or their contracted maintenance workers, ENTERED THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING AT 7:30AM. As in they unlocked and opened the door and began to step in as my mom and I were both getting dressed. We did not intend on being up that early, but we were woken up by the same workers talking very loudly outside of our door at 7:00AM sharp, and then they began vacuuming the hallway and bumping the vaccuum up against our door at 7:15AM. At that point I was annoyed but not to the point of complaining; having a random man enter the room is a completely different story. Not only is it completely ridiculous and scary for two women to experience, but it also opened up a lot of questions for us- why were they coming into our room? Were we placed in that room by accident? If so, was it actually clean?? We wonder as upon check in, the staff directed us to the elevator, however the room was on the first floor. The woman that I spoke with that morning was very gracious and understood my concerns, and even refunded the room without any request or mention from me. I am disappointed as the manager was supposed to call me; it has been a week and I have not heard from anyone.

THE FRONT DESK WAS FANTASTIC: VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL. THERE WAS A SUBTLE DECOR THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL. IT WAS QUIET AND SEEMED TO BE WELL-RUN.

My stay was really good. The hotel was quiet and room was clean. The blackout shades are neat and look for the button to close them near the bathroom wall. Very convenient to Dunkin Donuts and the interstate. The Burlington mall is really nice and so is the overall area.

It is located very close to main highways but on a sort of a backroad, not something you would expect a hotel to be at, arriving late at night you may wonder where you will end up. Room was lovely as always. Front desk staff was nice, doesn’t go the extra mile when you a repeat guest. Cuts you off mid sentence, doesnt welcome you with a run down of hotel amenities. Breakfast was very good! Server didnt take the time to listen to my question, merely repeating herself. Weight room is very spacious with an array of machines. Scale and water dispenser both not working.

Property was easily accessible from I95. Clean, quiet and walking distance to a few stores. The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t a continental breakfast included in the room fee. There is a very limited restaurant on site and when we entered for what we thought was the included continental breakfast we found out it was $17 a person and didn’t have anything more than cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage and toast options as well as juice and coffee.

This was an overnight stay as my dad was having surgery at lahey clinic the following morning and had to be there very early. I asked for late checkout and was allowed to stay until 12:45 which gave me the opportunity to get some rest before having to go back to hospital. The breakfast buffet was delicious and warm (which is not always the case) as well. Overall excellent stay especially for the price.
