The room was beautiful with an unexpected kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable from the moment we stepped inside and checked in. The check in process was flawless, the room was lovely, the staff friendly, the breakfast had great options for everyone and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!!

This hotel is our go to place to stay when we visit Boston. The staff are always friendly, the amenities like the pool and hot tub are always clean and the rooms are super clean. The location is perfect, walkable and within distance of the mall with all of its fun stores and eateries.

Waited 2 day's for a return phone call reguarding check in. Tv in bedroom didnt work. I had to call them several times and they still didnt do what they said about checkin concerns. It also seemed like the premium room upgrade that i was promised then finally given was not as good as the cheaper room. It just seemed like something else to worry about. No tv in a $200 a night room?
