Had to kill 7 roaches. The management knock on door at a random time and said pest control is coming to spray and right after they sprayed all the roaches was coming out i was Very disgusted and disappointed also they have no ice machine and no daily housekeeping until you stay there aft 14 days so you have to go down stairs everyday to ask for towels and rags also you have to pay a extra fee to get new sheets and also pay for pots and pans which is crazy to me if we already paying to stay there with not a lot options

Due to tropical storm damage in Greenville,when I arrived there was not electricity. Have to wait two days for the service to return. The lobby was closed and couldn’t find to much help.

The room was clean and the kitvhen nook was amazing. The only thing is when you arrive after 10:00 P.M. you have to use the phone to try and access someone to sign you in. Luckily, the clerk showed up in person because she was dealing with another customer and their room issues. She was great signing me in and the morning clerk was great for checking me out.

Checked in & the front desk did not know what rooms were clean. Told me that they had two doubles. When I pressed the issue the front desk person did verify that there was a clean room. Elevator does not work. The cupboards above the stove were missing the doors.

Roaches everywhere, place is falling apart, people beside & above us where soooooo loud 24/7, microwave broken & exterior doors didn’t lock so anyone could enter whenever until food was delivered then nobody was at the desk to grant access. HORRIBLE rated ZERO

Um parking was a major issue people letting others in that didn't have a card key people hanging out after 12am loud fighting one morning the bed was hard not comfortable only 2 pillows no lamps just overhead lights heating and ac unit messed up still working but cover messed up no 24/7 front desk so could not call someone if something happens the freaking charge u extra for they say faster Internet nope just same speed as basic free wifi why pay 17 dollars for just 2mb of Internet speed silly

Staff were very friendly. We stayed in a no smoking room. But, there was a huge burn mark on the bathroom sink (the size of an apple). There were cigarette burn marks on tub and there were a few small gouges in the tub, near the drain, that I thought was dirt at first glance. No cabinet doors on the upper kitchen cabinets. The bed was comfortable and our 2 nights there were quiet. I would NOT stay here again.

The room felt neglected. The bed, between the plastic and the firmness we couldnt rest. The smell of smoke both cigarette and Marijuana was through the halls and into roome. We only stayed 2 hours and checked out. Will find different arrangements on the weekends we come down

Roaches everywhere smells like a weed dispensary. A Man was arguing with a prostitute about the TV remote at 3 in the morning. Someone tried opening our room door. When some one flushed the toilet you could feel the plumbing vibrate through the floor. Dog piss stayed in the floor hallway for the entirety of my stay.

This place was disgusting. There was a total of four roaches. One was the day that we checked in the other three was the day before we checked out. I checked out early because I did not feel safe from the field of the room or facility as a whole. Do not I Repeat do not stay here unless you want to deal with filth.

We had a nice woman check us in, very helpful. But the actual room was not at all what we expected. Dirty, smelled like smoke (non smoking room), roaches on the wall and floors. Noisy all night from people upstairs, got no sleep.

Friendly staff, but the other guests were so loud and obnoxious. The guy who I checked in with shook his head when a guy walked past us checking in blasting music at 10pm but didn’t say anything. The cleanliness is beyond poor. Thank goodness I only needed a place to sleep for the night.

This was a simple over night trip. We just needed a room to sleep. The towels were clean. Travel soap and shampoo was available. The curved shower was coming off the wall causing the curtain to slide into the middle. The floors were a laminate and sticky. The TV remote was broken - dig bite marks. It was never replaced. The sheets seemed clean. Over night it was quiet.

We've never had someone show us to our room to make sure we liked it!! Jamal went above and beyond!!! He was Amazing!!! It was a great stay.. had music and people talking about 3 am but over all it was a good stay!!!The beds are hard... But no bed bugs or anything like that.

Rooms are in terrible shape. Beds are made up on top of plastic liners like a kid being potty trained. No room coffee maker. They did sell 10.00 coffee makers for 25.00. There was a heavy weed smell throughout. People sitting outside at the entrances smoking cigarettes, weed, and drinking beer until after midnight each night. I didn’t feel safe at any time during my stay. I changed to a better hotel after the first full day. I guess you really get what you pay for. But this place isn’t worth the 74.95 a night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any decent person.

Our reservation has cancelled and we had to get another room at another hotel and have to spend hours to get refund and it is still going on. If you don’t have rooms available it should say you are sold out and no rooms available why are you advertising rooms and after get paid we have to fight to get our money back .

Being a homeless veteran and being walking distance to my employer, this place is perfect for me and feels more like my own each day that I'm here. I love the staff and other residents and guest like family. Them speaking to me each day makes me feel like family.

I didnt lime when we booked online a d then we had to pay more later ,whennwe got there it was ok ,but after that we had to.pay more .the staff was alright they worked something out with us but we still had to leave the next day .there to costly for thise rooms and you get nothing . Plus its noisey there at night .
