2nd floor hallway smelled like cigarettes smoke. 3 of 4 ev chargers were blocked by ICE vehicles. Room was nice staff was friendly.

Great price for a big room with all that you need. Everything was great. The only thing that I would foresee in a future stay would be there may not be an ice machine. The rooms have an ice maker, but if you are only staying a night there's a possibility of ice not being ready. Great laundry area.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed. The air conditioning went out on a 95 degree day , the elevator was super loud and it jumped a couple inches when the doors opened. I’m not sure what was worse, the smell of weed in the hallways or the smell of burnt beans someone was cooking.

Good for extended stays. I've been here 2x, not an issue. If you are only staying 1 night, there will probably be no ice. Each freezer makes it's own and it takes a few.

We were supposed to be able to check in by 3PM. We arrived a little after 4PM and was told no rooms were clean. When I asked how much longer they thought it would be, he shrugged and said "I really don\'t know". We left to grab something to eat and called an hour later to check on it and it still wasn\'t ready. Finally was able to check in after 6, and the elevator was broken plus there was still an employee in the room cleaning and when she left we did not have a shower curtain and had to go to the front desk for one. The hallways smelled bad, and was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there were other guests smoking outside their rooms. At one point our key cards stopped working and when I went to the front desk, the employees were behind the wall divider talking very loudly and cursing. I am very disappointed with my stay and will not use this facility in the future.

When I arrived, the person at the front desk was out smoking so it smelled like smoke as I was checking in. The lobby, elevator, hallways could definitely use some renovation. The room itself was updated, other than the bathroom, which could use some work and new towels. The counter tops were dusty, but not dirty. The bed was comfy. There was dried food on the wall above the desk. When I checked out, Ms. Dell was very friendly and kind. It did not feel like the safest of hotels, which is a concern when traveling alone. I would not have wanted to arrive after dark.

Hotel was clean enough and comfortable. The elevator was broken. Confirmed a late check in 4 hours before we arrived at 11:25 pm. Room that was assigned to us not ready. Had to flag down a housekeeper and have it made up so got into our room just before midnight. No late checkout available.

I chose this hotel because they had the destination charging 2 J1772 and two Tesla chargers. There was only one parking spot that was not ICE'd, so I was able to charge, but the other three were blocked. I was lucky. The front desk staff was really nice and very helpful when I needed the sofa bedding. The room was dated, and the heating/cooling was not working correctly with the thermostat. The room was roomy and was nice, just dated. It appears that they have some long term guests and I assume those were the ones always hanging out at the entrances smoking, which was not very appealing.

The elevator was out of order. Luckily my room was on the first floor. The atmosphere was okay but not what it should have been especially where the location of the hotel is. The room was nice and big. Little more cleanliness for the price.

My husband and I selected this hotel without much research. We received news of a family member passing suddenly so we were just trying to secure a room in a safe area. The check in process was fine. The receptionist didn’t tell us the Wi-Fi password was on the envelope of the room key cards. The hotel itself smelled of old food. The elevator was very sketchy — did not run smoothly and I was always concerned it would breakdown each time we needed to use it because of all the clanking in the machinery. The room was okay. Minimal extended-stay kitchen utensils. No dishwasher fluid. There was a desk with two chairs, which afforded my husband and I to bother WFH in the hotel room. The bathroom tub was stained and had several tiles near it that were lifting up from water damaged and needed to be replaced before mold developed from the mildew already present. Once again, minimal toiletries for a two-person reservation. I walked downstairs to get coffee and breakfast at 6AM to discover the coffee was cold and from the day before, and there was no breakfast whatsoever in the “breakfast room.” Check out was to be expected at this point. The receptionist didn’t really know what she was doing, openly admitted it, and had to call for her manager. The sign for the front desk that said “we’ll be back shortly, we’re helping other guests at the moment” was frequently used for the employees to have their smoke break. Very disappointed. Will do more research next time.

Check in was fairly easy, but as a non smoking facility, there was a very strong smell of smoke in the lobby area. The smoking area was right out side the lobby area, so had to walk through that area to check in and out . The room was large with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and counter top two burner range. The room and kitchenette were clean enough but the ice maker bucket was absolutely disgusting. I took it to the desk clerk and even she was appalled. She had it cleaned immediately, but we weren't going back to room until later. We picked it up when we came back and it was sparkling. When we checked in, there was no soap, shampoo, or dish soap. We asked the clerk and she said most people brought their own because it is an extended stay, but I would expect at least a "started pack" no matter how long anyone would stay. They gave us soap and shampoo, and we did not need dish soap as we didn't use any of the dishware or cooking utensils. The Bathroom looked clean, but on further inspection, there was quite a bit of hair on the floor around the toilet and shower. That tells me the floor had not been cleaned. After a trip to nearby store to buy disinfecting wipes, I literally wiped everything down, even bathroom floor. I always check for bed bugs and there was no sign of any type of infestation and beds looked and smelled clean It wasn't a bad stay, but walls very thin and could hear conversations and TV from both rooms. We stayed 2 nights.

Room was nice. Clean everything worked and in good shape. Someone tried to break into my vehicle. They put a screw into one of my tires twice.

Room had 2 gallons of roach spray on counter, a pile of damp towels in closet, bottle of disinfectant on tub, hair in toilet, room smelled like old grease all weekend. Key card not keyed correctly, had to go back to desk for new keys. Requested 1st floor, got 3rd floor. Have to bring towels to desk to replace if wanted, hallway with hole under carpet on 3rd floor, and mgr using foul language after we left check in with another individual. Grounds with cig butts and as we walked in each night, smell of "drug" so strong!

It was nice to have a kitchen but the room had poor air circulation and was not clean.

Dirty and unkempt beyond belief. If it wasn't Christmas and everything was booked up I would have left. The bathtub overflow drain was hanging out with the screws just discarded to the floor with another random screw sticking up out of the drain. The bathtub also had weird stains on it. I don't know if someone had diarrhea or projectile vomiting because there was a weird brown stain across the curtains as well as a hard chunk of who knows what on the floor that I couldn't scrub with the wipes I brought. Pillows looked old and worn and there was dog poop everywhere outside because no one cleaned up after their dog.

The property was very clean indoors and outdoors. The rooms were pretty big with micro kitchens for cooking and food storage. There was some hair in the shower, which I assume was the ladies who had previously cleaned it. Would definitely stay again

There were bugs in the bathroom and cockroaches. The TV remote didn’t work so it was stuck on fox. Don’t expect the Wi-Fi to work because it doesn’t. Don’t expect anyone to help you because there’s almost never anyone at the desk. Avoid this place.

Hotel smelled like smoke. Very dated. Bathroom sink and tub were clogged somewhat so they backed up. Hotel staff went knocking on every door to try to find an air fryer that is supposed to be in the hotel. Walls were thin so we could hear the tvs next door. Towels and bedding seemed clean enough. Not too bad for the price but won't stay here again

Our room had a terrible smell that wouldn't go away. When we arrived, the smoke detector was completely taped over with masking tape, preventing it from working. The staff was rude. At every hotel entrance/exit, there are people smoking. It is impossible to enter or leave the building without getting smoke fumes. Very seedy place which is surprising for such a nice area in town. After I left, I was overcharged for the pet fee and am still disputing it with my credit card. I recommend you go elsewhere!

Check in was easy. Roberta and everyone at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. We had no issue finding the location and was able to park easily close to an entrance. I felt comfortable staying here with the comforts of a full-size fridge, microwave, small cooking station, and even a dishwasher. The only issue we had was the bed being pretty uncomfortable. Not sure if it was just the mattress that wasn't to our liking, but it felt a little "broke down" in the middle. You can tell the building is a little on the old side, but they're working well with what they have. On our next music festival trip, I will quickly be booking here and not looking anywhere else. You're not in the middle of busy downtown, but you are close to several popular fast food places as well as a Sam's Club with easy access to the interstate and other parts of the city.

Only complaint is the WiFi would not connect or work properly in our room close to the front desk. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

It was a bed to sleep on. The bed was super super firm. My personal preference is more plush so I didn’t sleep great. The bathroom was missing a door so luckily my wife and I are very comfortable with each other. Room is only serviced every 7 days according to the main desk so if you expect linens and bed to be replaced and made, you will be let down. It appears to be in a decent part of town, but I still got yelled at getting a drink at the gas station next door to “get me something mister”. There was no phone to call the front desk so you had to walk down. TV was nice. Had a full size fridge, stove top, and microwave.

I like that the room service is only after you leave unless requested. The first day it smelled a bit odd and the elevator always did, but it was a bit better after day one. The staff was super friendly and told me if there was no parking for the electric car charging and there were cars there not charging to let them know, but we never encountered this - there was always at least one spot for us to use. The bed was very loud, so any time you moved even a little it was a bit nuts. Also loud outside early Monday, morning, but overall good. I'd stay there again. The room was clean and there was a mini kitchen in case we'd wanted to eat there.

Looks like they're in the process of sprucing up the place. It's obviously been around a while, but it's still pretty nice as is. No breakfast, but maybe that will change in the future. You could actually live here since they have refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dishes, silverware, etc.

This was a nice room. Clean, newish, all features worked except two particularly important things, Wi-Fi & the TV. The TV had thirty-two channels, close to ten said "No signal available". It wasn't like they lost rights; two of the four ESPN channels were out. The Wi-Fi ran at 3.5 mgs which is fine if you're not gaming. But that was when it allowed connection. It lost connection every 5 to 15 minutes with a couple minutes to allow connecting again. It was useless.. Shame, it was a very nice room.

TV not working. WiFi was poor. No USB charging ports.

Biggest issue was the bathroom door was missing! My husband and I dealt with it. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Helped me, my dog and disabled husband get to our room with all our stuff. Spoiled the dog with treats.

There was not a cover for the Heater/AC. The people above me were walking constantly like they had lead feet. Other than that the place was fine.

The general manager Steve P was extremely unaccommodating for checking. The parking lot was empty and he wouldn’t allow us to ck in 50 min early & wouldn’t hold our items so they didn’t get stolen at a festival we were attending. After a complaint to corporate he allowed us to ck in 15 min early. Thou the room was semi clean the property was grossly dirty & hallways were disgusting. No room service during our stay, we had to get our own clean towels & was asked to bring our dirty towels down to the main desk. Last I knew I wasn’t an employee there. No Coffee pot or toaster in our room. We had to go get our replenishment of coffee for day 2, 3 &4. Not once did they come in to empty our garbage. Overall this place should be shut down and Choice Hotels should really consider dropping them as a franchise.

The staff was so outgoing. They acknowledged you everytime you went in and out of the entrance. They were exceptionally friendly.

The only concern I had was at checkout no one was around to check me out. However, the housekeeper assisted in helping me find the front desk clerk. Who in my opinion should be fired if this keeps happening to customers, Seems as if she sends people around to see if we are checking out and then checks us out so they can disappear. She told me that I had gotten a receipt but I had never seen her before and didn’t get one. She didn’t know how to print it and got this nice man to help her retrieve it’s Plus my receipt did not match my payment.

We literally just sold our home and our new one was not ready yet so we had to stay here for almost three weeks, short notice the ladies at the front desk was very helpful and friendly anytime I needed something they was there to help me, but the cleaning lady did not do a good job at all so I just went behind her and cleaned everything.

Due to a huge f in mistake, on expedia mishandling never stayed there. The Staff was awesome tring to help our group find a hotell Expedia! You are a joke!!! Im dam mad.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Tried to do an early check in but Steve the d*ck head manager said it was impossible. The elevator did not work, nor the public bathroom. I booked a double room and he tried to give me a queen. No one cleaned the room in the 4 days we were there. Steve was not pleasant at all (manager) other staff was. Never will book here again.

Parking was great and close to front door

Great location! Nice to have a kitchenette and lots of counter space.

I would not recommend the facility for anyone wanting to feel comfortable in and out of their room. First the parking lot is in need of repair and people fixing their cars there left gave us a weird feeling. The way people were just hanging out almost made us not even want to go inside. The lobby is very tiny, not much bigger than a bathroom. Noone was at the counter other than two foreigner customers. Then I fifth drunk customer walks in carrying a bag from the convenience store next door which I can only imagine is alcohol. He walks past the two foreigners and trying to be funny makes a remark towards one of them but we all took his remark as a racist slur. Finally a lady comes to the counter to help but she is with a young child. I understand being a single parent but she was obviously more concerned with him than helping us. The two foreigners needed toiled paper so she let the boy run down the hall to get them their supplies watching him all the way paying us no attention. When it was our turn to get check in the process was interrupted whenever the boy needed something. Walking towards our room the hallways felt cramped dim and uninviting. Upon immediately entering the room we locked our door thinking we would just settle in for the night. With paper thin walls we could hear kids running around in the room above us all night and people next door and in the hall. Bathroom floor was terrible we walked on towels. The breakfast wasn’t that great and the bathroom floors were very dirty. Loud noises all day and night due to remodeling.

The facility was clean and well kept, but there is no breakfast for anyone. They breakfast area has no facilities for food.

Breakfast was advertised by Expedia as ‘free and included’ but on site, this property does not offer any breakfast anymore!

WARNINGS: 1. Although the booking website says there is breakfast and there are several photos of the breakfast area, they DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST. 2. Watch out where you walk - the grassy area in the parking lot is used by dog owners who do not always pick up after their pet does the nasty. I got some all over both my shoes - may have to throw them out! The first room we were assigned had a bad smell coming from the heater, second room was OK. The bathroom was recently updated and the bed was comfortable. The hallway carpets were not very clean and should probably be replaced.

Wow, first walking in the place was light bright and airy which I liked cleaned things I did not like was thin walls and I was told the Internet was out for the TV but not sure if I really believe that because I was fine using my tablet. The price was good and that is good because there was no breakfast

It was good enough for sleeping for the Derby. First floor hallway smelt like pot every day. Rooms are out dated. Pillows! Oh my...1/2 the size of a normal one. Expedia listed breakfast included...they haven't had it since covid. That stunk as we were counting on that. Staff was helpful but some liked the F word not nothing we were around. Not sure we will go back.
