Our feet were black from walking around in our room. Couldn't get to the fridge bc the cabinet door was stuck. Pool is tiny and had maintenance men working in the ceiling.

I booked a room for the weekend. I had a King Suite. Upon Entry into my room there was major wall damage which appeared to be water remediated related. There were two large spots like that. Overall the hotel was outdated and poorly maintained. Pool was cold. 5th floor elevator opening has damage that needs attention. For the price the facilities side of this property is not the move. Staff were all amazing tho!

There are not enough restrooms in the convention area and the elevators are slow (and there aren't enough of them). While the hotel is older, they are making updates at this time. The staff is wonderful...helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty! I would stay here again.

Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and highway. Large facility with good gym and pool. Friendly staff. But they need to update the beds with mattress pads. And they need to tear down the damaged building in the front.

Really nicely remodeled Holiday Inn. Beds were very comfortable, Pool area was nice. Didn't get to use a hot tub as it was non-existant and being remodeled, but no big deal. Lots of Resteraunts nearby and a decent breakfast buffet for $10

Our experience was disappointing due to several factors. The room we were assigned had an ant infestation, was not properly cleaned, and had a noticeable gas smell. Additionally, there was ongoing construction that affected our stay. While the staff did offer to move us to a nearby room, we felt it was necessary to decline due to the ongoing issue with the ants. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up from management to check on our situation, and overall, we found customer service to be lacking. This experience fell short of our expectations.

There was black mold in the hotel halls. The hotel room was humid and muggy. The bath tub didn’t drain properly and we had to shut off the shower multiple times to complete our shower. We were scheduled to be there 2 nights but left after 1. Sad for a Holiday Inn.

My experience was terrible. At check in my key didn’t work, I returned it and they fixed it. I went back upstairs to check into my room and it was someone else’s room!! After the third time, I finally was able to get into the right room. It smelled funny and wasn’t the cleanest!! To top Everything off the cable wasn’t working for the two days of my stay. I would not stay at this Holiday Inn again.

The rundown abandoned hotel was a little disconcerting upon arrival but the overall hotel itself was very nice. The walls are very thin. We could hear other guests at all hours.

The window in my room faces the lobby. Towels were horrible. Breakfast was not good. My a/c was not working and I woke up to it being 76 degrees in my room. Staff was short and seemed annoyed. The only staff member that greeted me was the very nice lady changing the trash by the elevators. Not worth it. I will not back.

I paid a deposit on condition of room in cash for $60. I tried to get back and they said I did not pay for security deposit. I called several times and they refused to resolve issue. This is an untrustworthy place because they don't seem to exude honesty in their business relationships. I don't trust this particular facility.

Whoever was working the front desk Thursday evening she was completely rude and outta pocket for no reason. Asked if they had handicap rooms and she said she wouldn’t change it which was no problem until she started with her little rude comments. WILL NEVER stay again may look nice but staff makes the hotel feel hostel!

The general manager, Warren Morris, was extremely nice and helpful. Brittany at the front desk is super friendly! The breakfast is really good and fruit is fresh. Beds are medium to firm, which I prefer. The pillows are not. Very small, soft and squishy. Elevators are fast. We are on our 3rd night and are staying several more instead of moving closer to the reason we're here.

I arrived after a 5 hour drive, with my family, to be told I didn't have a reservation. The young man tkld me they had overbooked by 3 rooms. The hotel attempted to charge my credit card on file 3 times prior to my arrival. I had to drive 45 minutes to Indiana just to have a place to sleep despite having a reservation.

I called 2 weeks prior to going and asked about a discount that they were giving to my car club to get a discount since we were booking so many rooms I get to the place and was told they couldn’t do anything for me. Ok no problem it is what it is. Then I go and get a hair cut came back to room to find all the towels were gone and none were replaced had to call down to lobby and ask for some waitress an hour and a half and nothing so I had to use a damn floor mat towel to dry myself as well as my wife did I brought it up to the ladies at the counter and they looked at me as if they didn’t care so much for customer service. Was there 4 nights made bed one time throughout trash once never came back with extra towels or clean ones. Just a joke of service most disappointing stay I’ve ever had and paid damn near a thousand dollars for this horrible service.

We were graded with a pleasant welcome from Brittney at the front desk. She knew the answer to each and every question we had we had a little problem, nothing major and we called down to the front desk and she took care of it right away. There are some people that work Customerservice these days That act like it’s a chore to do their job but once you meet Brittney at Holiday Inn you’ll see that she takes her job very seriously and she does it very well. If I were in management, she would definitely be one of my assistance or a supervisor with her at the front desk. I would know my business is going to Be Run the right way and our guest will be very happy thank you Brittney for welcoming us to the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Louisville East was perfect for the group of ~75 students that we had. The front desk was incredibly accommodating (special shout out to Warren). The rooms were good and the spaces at the hotel in the lobby/atrium area were perfect.

The hotel was okay. It was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. But there is an old section of the hotel that needs to be torn down. It’s all boarded up and looks uninhabitable. From our room window overlooking the area it’s disgusting, water standing, old furniture outside, it’s just unsanitary and unsightly.

Rooms were not the cleanest but not horrible for the price. They wouldn’t let us into breakfast without a ticket and when we went to the front desk to ask for one, they said it would cost an additional $7 per person even though it was listed as breakfast included in the stay (not only on Expedia but also on their website). Staff member argued that it’s never free and she didn’t know why it said that and made me show her proof before she would allow us to go to breakfast.
