It was a good spot to stop while traveling. Slow check in but the front desk was helpful and aware of the slow process. No bar open or restaurant as advertised so a bit less friendly than described. For the price, just fine, clean.

Staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Property was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was hot and provided many options. Also enjoyed drinks from the bar. Beds and pillows comfy. Rooms were updated. Really appreciated the late check-out and breakfast hours. Will be back!

The pool was completely dirty The room had some damages in the shower, I file a complaint about it and they didn’t take a note. I hope you won’t charge those damages to me They gave me a room next to the elevator and was absolutely noise

We stayed to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, and the service was very good. Our only complaint is that their shuttle service didn't start until after we had to be at the airport, so we had to take an Uber to the airport. That sort of defeated the purpose of staying there. Why call yourself an airport hotel if you can't get guests to the airport in time for their flights?

Stayed there one night for a business trip, my truck was robbed in the parking lot. Theives busted out the window in my truck along with another truck. Poor lighting no parking security. No effort from management. Do not recomend

ALL of the employees I came in contact with went above and beyond to ensure the stay was a good one. Seriously some of the best guest service I have had in a while. The carpet in our room was soaking wet however, and the bathroom water was brown. Aside from that, we were comfortable and well taken care of.

There were tons of black ants everywhere in our room. Bathroom was disgusting. Extremely dirty. We told the front desk, they wouldn’t put us in a different room. They were not helpful at all. Said there was nothing they could do. Will never stay there again

Room was very very clean and well kept. The breakfast was the biggest selection I ever seen at a complimentary breakfast. Delicious and healthy options. There for a family trip and felt safe. I would stay here again! Perfect for families on a budget.

The staff was friendly but we had nonstop issues with the rooms. One of our rooms had a cockroach infestation. So we were moved but had to downgrade to double beds. Then one of the new rooms did not have working AC. We called the desk and they maintenance come and reset the unit but that did not help. The room never got below the mid 70s despite the constant fan and curtains being pulled. We opened the door between our rooms to try and cool it a little that way to make it through our last night. Despite all this- zero compensation. Stay elsewhere!!

The carpet was dirty, leaving my feet dirty after walking around the room. The water temperature was hot on all settings in the shower. There was hair on the towels and blankets. The room was constantly humid. However the staff was super friendly. The overall hotel was clean.

Stay was great until I discovered 2 cockroaches on the desk at about midnight. I checked in at 9:30 p.m. and had to be back at 7 a.m. so it wasn't worth making a fuss over.

I had never stayed at a Best Western. It was a great experience for a hotel that is not considered luxury. It was immaculately clean. From the young woman at checkin throughout our stay, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, well prepared, beautifully presented and served by caring staff.

The hotel itself is very nice and my room was clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel sits near an on ramp to the expressway in an area that doesn’t seem great. Pool was not open. We had a dog and they put us in a floor right next to the elevator which we could hear ALL NIGHT LONG. This disturbed us and the dog so we got little to no sleep. The charge for a pet friendly hotel was $40.00 per night. When I complained via email, it took NUMEROUS emails and one stated we had cancelled our reservation and didn’t stay there so I attached the receipt. Came back with the same comment so I called customer service. 1st resolution was to enroll me for points. No thanks. Then I am supposedly getting a voucher for $40.00 for a future stay at a best western even though I had asked the dog fee to be waived.

Location was not great. Service was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with a modern, metro chic look. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Pillows felt old and overused. Bed was hard. We’re used to a bit more cushion. Bathroom was difficult to enter because of the size of the door to the small size of the bathroom. Pocket door would have worked better. Only one person can fit in the bathroom at a time. Water pressure was not great. Pool was not filthy and was warm. Breakfast was decent. Black out curtains were not long enough to black out the light. Thermostat was nice to control the temperature well.

Very nice staff, clean and quiet room. I wouldn’t not stay here in the future, I just wouldn’t look at it first next time. The room wasn’t what I would consider a suite. If you’re sitting on the commode lock the bathroom door. If someone opens it WILL hit your knees. It’s that small.

Our experience for our two-evening stay was a mix of good and not so great. I’ll start with the not so great: The water pressure in our shower was at best functional. You could technically take a shower with it but if you had long hair, you'd been in there a long time trying to rinse out any soap in your hair. Only reason we didn't ask for a new room was because didn't want to pack everything back up. And it did at least seem to have lots of hot water. The A/C was odd, we could only have heat or cool. If turned off, then the vent would constantly be blowing air from outside during wintertime. If had on heat the room would get overheated. It would have been nice to warm up the room, and then turn it off. In two nights, we also never had anyone come take our trash, change our sheets, or give us clean towels. And when we checked in the person up front wasn't exactly rude, but just didn't come off as being friendly or caring about their job. The pool was very nice, it was big and very clean. It would have been nice if was little warmer, but it was quite pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was quite good, one of the better breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel at this price range. The room overall was nice, very spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of nice places to eat nearby. I probably would use again if were visiting the area, but definitely would be checking shower pressure when first get into room.

This hotel was everything we needed for our one night in Louisville. The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean, and the space was quiet. We were assigned a room next to the elevator and since I'm a light sleeper, I requested a different room. The clerk moved us a better room on a different floor, far from the elevator. We would stay here again - it was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The only negatives were that the bathroom was VERY small, not like in the pictures. You almost cant even close the door to use the toilet, its that tiny. The tub also had peeling paint or something on the bottom. The beds are also on weird metal frames that make the mattresses slide around and make loud banging noises. But overall we had a nice 3 day stay, very clean, the pool was nice and the included breakfast was also very good. The internet was fast despite how busy they were too.

We made a reservation that was not honored with Expedia. The hotel would not honor the reservation so we had to go somewhere else. The manager said we would be refunded but we were not. We won’t stay at a Best Western again. Will appeal to our credit card company.

This hotel was everything we needed for our one night in Louisville. The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean, and the space was quiet. Our toilet would not flush and the drain in our tub was plugged. Told the front desk person about this three times and asked when it was going to be fixed. Got the same answer every time-“I told the maintenance man.” Neither were ever fixed!

Good location right off the interstate. This was just an overnight stay between home and our destination. Arrived late. Left early. Easy check-in. Clean and comfortable. Didn't partake of breakfast...too crowded. Left early. Would stay here again on a future visit to Louisville or passing through.

We feel very unsafe as there were people loitering around smoking, the lobby doors would not open, and we had to pry them open. They were also homeless people crashed out on the sidewalk entrance to the parking lot and needles everywhere along with garbage.
