Professional, courteous staff, beautiful lobby, and room was excellent. Very clean and abundant amenities.

Only booked so my daughter could swim with her cousins during spring break and the pool was so cold it made her cry even after a warm shower. None of the adults even wanted to swim due to how cold the pool was. It was a complete fail and would’ve chose a heated pool location.

It could use a little maintenance and some communication. The table and one of the large shelves in the dresser/tv stand were broken and unusable. It was a busy weekend but not addressed at all during our stay. The indoor pool, not heated, was absolutely freezing and useless during the week we stayed. Housekeeping came only twice during a multi-day stay. I'm not sure if it's a lack of staffing or a policy but it was fairly inconvenient. They also only change the sheets if you ask. Otherwise, the bed just is remade. Nothing was wiped down or cleaned at all. We'd stashed a couple of extra coffee sugars and cream and they managed to clean that up but never took the dirty plate or restocked the room with towels. Oh they did take trash out once. Otherwise, we were left to our own to ask the front desk for every tiny thing or do it ourselves. If I'd wanted any of that, I'd have chosen an airbnb. Maybe this is normal, but it wasn't my favorite. Next visit, I'll be a little more choosy. I don't think I'd choose to stay at this hotel again.

Nice staff ! Washer/dryer doesn’t work ! View was at another hotel ! My room had to be changed because I was originally place in an adjoining room I didn’t come with anyone so I was moved to a room that was a single room ! The staff will keep knocking on the door even when you haven’t checked out yet and it wasn’t check out time yet !

This is a very comfortable hotel, supporting my needs for a workspace good wifi, options for a hospitable snack and drinks, and suitable breakfast options.

First of all when I went to checkout, the woman at the front desk had informed us of having 2 rooms reserved and paid for under my name. I did not reserve but 1. Upon entering the room the toilet was running continuously which we fixed bc the handle was stuck. Carport looked very worn down all over the hotel, not just our room! The hotel was packed and had loud young children and teenagers there for some kind of competition. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable and the pillows were super lumpy. The top blanket on each bed felt like a scratchy paper towel. I have stayed at several Hilton Garrde s and this was by for the worst one so far!! Very dissatisfied!! Won’t be back and really hope this will help others on deciding where to stay in Louisville ( pick one of the other 2-3 Hilton Gardens in the same town), MUCH BETTER ALL AROUND!! I give this place two stars bc we were warm and dry (oh the shower was horrible and there was no where to hand your towels)

Room was very clean and grounds were too to sit outside with our coffee….Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again when I return…

Never have I stayed in a hotel room that was more broken down than this one. The blinds were broken and they left office paper clips to hold them up. There was a horrible stain from god knows what on the bathroom floor and a hole by one of the electrical outlets. This was a disappointment for a Hilton hotel.

I love staying here and am a repeat customer at this location. The staff is awesome, place is clean, comfortable and safe. I'll stay here again at the endvofvthe month...

Front desk was very courteous and kind. Room was filthy. Cracks in shower. Bed unstable and very squeaky. Mattress was uneven. Expedia rated this motel a 4 star. More like a 1 or 2 star.

Customer service extremely rude, bloody bedding, had to ask for the room to be cleaned 3 times, given hassle for asking for extra towels, advertised pool and spa…there is no spa!

The bed light was out. The Kleenex box was wet. The floor was wet and the fridge was not cold. However, great people service. Check-in was a breeze.

loved our stay here, staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, receptionists really set the tone with hotels stays and the ladies working reception were accommodating, incredibly welcoming and kind and set such a great atmosphere for our stay. restaurant selection around the hotel were wonderful and very close to the hotel with a steakhouse right beside it. during my stay hurricane helene’s remains hit louisville pretty hard, staff at the hotel cleaned up any water that might have been tracked in during the storm and although my personal plans were affected by said storm, staying at the hotel didn’t feel like i wasted my trip. upon check in the room was very clean and spacious. on the desk in the room there were bottles of water and there was a keurig in my room with coffee pods, sweetener, creamer and stirring sticks which is pretty on par with hotel coffee pots, but what was super unique for me is they had pods for tea and travel coffee cups with lids. i am not someone that likes coffee so having the option of tea in the morning was very thoughtful these may seem minor amenities but these are just small things that really improve a hotel stay the little details make a huge difference. i usually never stay at the same hotel twice when i come to louisville as i like seeing different areas but this may just be my forever go to when im in, excellent hotel and excellent service.

We needed an accessible room, which in their opinion is a 5x7 bathroom before you add the tub and vanity. The toilet is in the center …no room for bars and when you open the door it comes within 1 foot of the toilet so you have to squeeze between the toilet and the sink to shut the door…I have photos! One vertical bar in the slick tub

The bed in room 108 needs to be readjusted. It was very noisy.

Only issue was that I was given a room already taken. Luckily another room was available.

My overall experience was good. I stayed for 4 nights. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with great amenities. The front desk was helpful and polite with the exception of one woman at the front desk that was beyond rude. It takes a great deal for me to think someone is rude. I am very easy going and don’t mind overlooking many things. I will not bore you with this details, but this woman was so rude (insinuated that I was lying) that when I return in a few days for a seven night stay, I will not be returning to this hotel. Why, when my overall experience was good? Because when I addressed this with another employee, because the manager was not there, I was told that they get complaints about this employee all of the time. No thank you.

Everything about the stay was average. Our check in was on Friday March 15. I am not sure what her name was, but she did an excellent job. The rest of the stay was average.

Check in with Wendy was very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. I usually stay here on my drive to SC and I have never had such a rude check in. I asked questions and she was super unfriendly and barely answered

I had a awesome stay the room was clean the staff was nice and helpful when I checked in. My checking out didn’t go so nice the older woman working the desk that day gave me the worst checking out.

It is was for a work trip. This hotel was close to the conference area and clean.

Lovely staff, clean and safe facility. Close to everything you n would need including Sams Club for gas (was walking distance if needed) or Walmart for last minutes items. Various eating establishments extremely close by.

It’s close to restaurants, thoroughfares, attractions, gas stations, fast food, etc.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The main issue is that there is no complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is 11.95 for adults and 8.95 children. Not much to choose from for the price. Good thing is that there are plenty of fast foods near by.

My stay at this hotel was very restful and clean my only problem with it is the lady that was hosting the breakfast area tried to pull a fast one on me. So the manager when I checked in noticed that a complimentary breakfast was not included when I made my reservation online so he very graciously gave me two vouchers for free breakfast which was awesome of him. The next morning when I went to breakfast I was unaware that there was going to be a host that took your dishes after you were done eating with that said I did not have any cash on me so I approached this lady and explained to her that I do not carry cash on me and I am sorry for not leaving a tip. With kind of an attitude she said it's no big deal don't worry about it. The next day I check my bank statement and I was charged $39 for breakfast and when I called the hotel the young lady that I spoke to which was not the lady that was hosting the breakfast area told me that I chose to charge breakfast to my room and there was no vouchers present. So when I explained to her that I did not have cash on me to leave her a tip she then threw away my vouchers and charged my room for two full breakfasts

They charged for breakfast. It was there and no way to know you had to pay for it until they brought a bill. Nice staff clean hotel. The hotel next door allowed me to walk there for a free breakfast that looked better anyway.

We paid for the breakfast but the service was poor. Hilton garden provides custom breakfast but there was no one to service the tables on day 2. On the first day, the staff was not very helpful and asked us if we would get the bread ourselves. Further, the coffee machine was broken and there was no effort to fix it during the two days that we stayed there.
