This was a good hotel. The only complaints were that the pool seemed VERY chlorinated. It was clean but the chemicals ended up irritating me as well as my girlfriend's eyes and throat. Also the breakfast could use more diversity and higher quality.

Pet friendly with nice back doors to take dogs out without having to go through main hotel. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The staff and front desk were very nice and professional the rooms were clean and comfortable the pnly downside of this hotel is tge pool . There was toilet paper or diaper pieces everywhere in the pool as well as hair balls and just dirty on the bottom of the pool very disappointing when you have kids tgat want to swimn and the pool is not maintain.

Great hotel ! Clean and economical ! The staff was friendly & helpful ! Bed comfy ! I liked the 1st floor acess to my car out our hotel room door ! The room had 2 exits ! Breakfast was just so so. The pool was faily warm and easy to get used to. The pool rules confused us. I will add the photo stating maximum 5??? 5 people in that big pool ? Some families are more than 5. If hubby & I had approached 4 other people in the pool we can't go in ? There's a $100 fine. If you have a large family you might want to call for clarification on that ! We had the pool to oursekves so no problem !

The gym was closed

There was ample parking which was import because I was pulling a 28 foot trailer. The rooms were nice. The floors were a little dirty. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast was much more than expected Our room was conveniently located just down the hall from the breakfast and coffee area There was a secure door to the outside and parking in our room Price quoted was reasonable, but the $100 deposit against incidents was unnerving since housekeeping was the judge after checkout. There was no way to know if they judged there were no 'incidents' until it was refunded or debited. Suggestions Door seals were worn or non existing so light an sound could come in frm outside the room. Cold air came in through the outside door. No floor rug was provided for the outside entry so dirt was tracked in when we used that door. TV didn't seem to have much availability unless you chose to stream from a personal dev.

Everything was great except heated pool was not very heated, treadmill in gym didn't work, and shower didn't have much pressure

Stay and hotel were fine. BIG ISSUE HOWEVER. Went down for breakfast looked like 2 homeless men sleeping on the sofas in the lobby. Brushed it off. Went to the hotel gym like 8am. Literally woke up a homeless man sleeping on one of the yoga mats in the gym. NOT OKAY

They had a wonderful inside pool for the grandchildren !!!

Nice hotel, clean, towels and wash cloths good quality. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds!

Would never stay at this place again. Loud all hours of night, dirty and terrible service

There were roaches in my bathroom

Work up to BED BUGS. Desk clerk said the general manager would refund, but she never contacted me. I suggest no one book there!!!

It was okay overall, but a little ran down and needing updates. There was a cockroach in our room. Kids running up and down the halls at midnight. Pool smelled of strong chlorine, meaning it was not clean/sanitary. With it being run down and not in great condition, we didn't even bother checking out the breakfast because we didn't expect it to be much. Cracker barrel right next door. Wouldn't choose this property again.

Bed was comfortable. Room smelled musty and the AC had to be turned down very low to cool the room off. After showering I walked around room barefoot. What a mistake !! The floor was disgustingly dirty. I had to put feet back in shower before I put my shoes on. Location was great ! Quite a few restaurants including Waffle House !

The rugs in the hallway look like they have not been vacuumed for years. The room and bathroom in the room were clean; however, while I was out of the room for the day, someone entered my room and messed up both beds. I returned at night to find the blankets and sheets untucked, the mattress askew, and the pillows all out of place)! The front desk staff had no idea who entered my room or how!

The rooms had a strange, bad smelling odor on the top floor. We changed rooms multiple times to try to escape the smell but it was in each room.

Given an accessible room, didn't book one. Floor was dirty, toilet leaked at the floor, shower head popped off when adjusted, breakfast area dirty, food extra average.

Bed bugs, hair between mattresses, hair on the floor, room smelled like perfume as soon as we walked in. The staff was rude.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk clerk took time to find room away from guests with kids. Room was nice, but it had 2 exits (wasn't informed). Bathtub had poor paint job. Dried drips of paint. The floor of the tub felt gritty from the paint. No water pressure. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

Noisy neighbors that appear to be living here.. Bed was very uncomfortable . Room condition was run down ..

The hotel was actually really nice and I was very impressed with the room in the space. I really was glad that they had the shower in toilet area to itself with a door and then a huge counter space with the sink for someone to get ready instead of everything being in one room. The only thing I didn’t like is the bed was not very comfortable. But overall, it was a very nice hotel.

There was a hole in the shower floor and the door to the exterior parking lot needs a seal. I can see daylight all the way around. I only saw one roach...

At first we got a room that smelled of smoke, but the staff was very helpful in changing our room to one that was fine.

Love that there was two different ways to get in the room one from the hotel and one from the outside and that we could park by the door. That was a great thing when unloading. The rooms had lots of space. It was great for three adult adults and one child.

The Clarion worked well for our trip with four adults in the room. We had an enough space to add a few chairs. Beds were comfortable. We were in a connecting room. The doors between were thin and the walls seemed thin too. Our neighbors had little ones so it was loud. We made do but if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors which was odd because the hotel itself was very clean. My feet were filthy and this was the Morning after a shower! Breakfast was standard but fine. The best part of the stay was the staff. Everyone was very friendly annd helpful across the board.

Check in was a night mare I guess because we booked thru Expedia. Front counter staff is greatly lacking in customer service, very rude & short! Rooms were nice & area was nice but I've been in customer service all my life & wouldn't stay here again just because of the rude staff!

The staff went absolutely above and beyond for us. We were traveling for a funeral at short notice and needed a much later arrival time. So accomodating and very welcoming and understanding.

Frank at the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond in the short time we interacted but he is what made the property stand out. We stayed only for a few hours passing through but would definitely stay again because of Frank.

Staff ended up over charging me. When asked about the over charge was told it was Expedia's vault. Talked to staff again at check out they confirmed they messed up. Staff seems new to their systems which cost me money with them providing no clear path forward.

Very friendly and helpful staff

They surprise you with the $100 deposit, which is not mentioned when booking. The staff, which conveniently don’t wear name tags, seem fairly incapable of performing duties for whatever reason. Locks on first floor are faulty, so you can get locked out of your room and blamed for it while you wait for hours for a capable employee to arrive and finally open the door to your room. No sense of urgency if this is the case, even if you have timely medications locked in your room. They are aware of the faulty locks. DO NOT TRUST EXTERIOR DOOR TO YOUR ROOM. Manager isn’t present on weekends and doesn’t take calls. Staff seem afraid of manager. Manager will not issue refunds, even to patrons who arrive not knowing about the $100 incidental charge and are unable to pay. I saw a woman get turned away, her $79 for her room never to be refunded, because she was unable to pay the incidental fee she was not expecting. Apparently this is common practice at this location. I understand incidental charges are common practice, but not being up front about them (misleading? False advertising?) and not providing an option for unwitting patrons to then back out of a room they suddenly can’t afford… this seems like a dirty way to profit off those who are financially struggling and leave them with nothing.

Everything about the place was good. We arrived around 8:45ish and had kids ready to go to the pool (closed at 10). I stood in line waiting to check in for half an hour. I have NEVER had to wait that long to check in. There were only 2 guests in front of me. I don’t know if the lady at the front desk wasn’t trained well, but she definitely took her time, and was in no hurry at all. She was very nice when it was finally my turn though. The kids were upset because they only ended up being able to swim for a little bit before the pool closed. Other than that, a pleasant experience overall.

Upon check in we asked to be checked in early and the girl said we could for an additional $25 fee. Which we paid. Got room keys and went to the room but could not gain entry. Walked back to front desk and it was a different employee due to shift change and she proceeded to ask me if I was aware that check out was at 11am that same day. I said no we just checked in n wont be checking out til next day at 11am. Long story short the manager initially said we had to check out same day at 11 otherwise we have to pay for another nite. No if ands or buts about it basically. Regardless that it was their employee who made the decision to let us check in early but why did we have to pay an early check in fee then? So the manager said she’d give us our $25 back if we left at 11am. So in between time the 4 hours we did spend in the room were rudely interrupted not 1 not 2 or 3 times but 4 different times house keeping just walked in our room without knocking! Even after verbally speaking to us and knowing the room was occupied. No knock at the door or even a shout through the door was made. Just opened the door as if they were staying there and walked right on in. After making the front desk aware of what’s happened their response back was for me to place my “do not disturb” sign outside my door to prevent that from happening anymore! Unbelievable if you ask me. Im like whether you know someone is in the roomor not you should ALWAYS knock on a door before entering it if not your own door

Clean, quiet and decently located.

Able to walk to some places which was nice. Lobby and rooms were clean and very nice. Staff was very helpful.

Despite its proximity to the highway (convenient) it was tucked away in such a manner as to be peaceful.

Easy location, nice staff, check in went well. Lots of food choices. Clean property.

Although it's right off freeway it was a quiet location and close to many amenities.

Breakfast was decent. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Waffles to make and your normal breakfast items.

It was a good visit. The sheets and bed were super comfortable. The breakfast was okay, not the best not the worst.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was very limited and they served eggs every day but a couple of the days there was no bread, toast, biscuit etc. the breakfast area was not staffed the entire time so it got messy. The floor are LVP. They were sticky from whatever they used to wash them with. We could only get full clean once during our four night stay; but we did have every day dump trash, clean towels and bed made.

Breakfast was the same thing both days we was there. Ran out of things and never refilled.

It was quiet but during breakfast the staff turned the juicer off early and breakfast was not many choices
