My daughter was in the bedroom pics or there would be some but the pics on site are accurate. Staff was nice and room key worked. Coffee and breakfast were good as well. Pool was a little small and definitely not heated but was clean, no hot tub. Pillows were not great and thermostat seemed to run colder than whatever temperature I picked but the area was clean and seemed safe with chain restaurants and a Sam's Club nearby. Would stay there again.

Toilet wobbly and not secure. Staff wasn’t nice when asked for things. Acted like it was an inconvenience. Snow storm I get it but no salt plow nothing. Couldn’t park in parking lot. Had to park down the road and walk. Everything closed and wasn’t helpful with food for kids.

The stay in the room and common areas was great. The only trouble spot was the outside door on the back parking lot. The door wasn’t locked at any point during our three night stay, even at night. It was reported to the front desk personnel on three occasions.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Easy check-in and even though I didn’t have time for breakfast it looked great. Room was clean and up to date. Being a solo female traveler for work, safety is important to me. I felt this hotel was extremely safe. Multiple cameras inside/out. Doors were all locked and only accessible with key card except by the front. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Good location off I64 on our cross country drive. Nice area with good services. Cleanliness was excellent . Room comfortable and spacious. Appreciated it being pet friendly although dog fee was higher than (75$) other hotels experienced.

Our stay was wonderful. Room was clean, breakfast was excellent(lots of choices!), front desk & housekeeping were friendly. There was, however, a small infestation of Asian ladybeetles in our room by the windows. There were several dead ones and we saw several live ones during our 3 night stay.

We had been there since the 11th of June. Sunday the 15th we took the do not disturb sign off the door and put all of the clutter away and requested maid service. She didn't change the sheets on either bed, clean the tub or clean the toilet. She barely cleaned the sink. We did call her back to change the sheets. I let her slide because she was working on fathers day and ended up cleaning the bathroom myself.

I always have a nice stay when I stay at Hapton Inn, and this was no exception. This was the third night of my vacation and I had stayed at inferior hotels the previous two nights. I always read reviews and look at ratings before I book a room. Things started shakey with the lady at the desk because I asked her if there was a Dollar General in the area and she acted like it was a Jeopardy question I told her to forget it and I would google it. I asked her if there was someplace that would deliver pizza and she gave me two menus but when I called from the room both places were too far away for delivery. There had been two severe storms that day and the television wasn't working no wifi when I called the desk, she told me the wifi was down which I accepted and decided to go look for pizza. When I was leaving I noticed that there was no problem with the wifi in the lobby. After finding a Dominoes pizza about a mile away I came back and my wifi was still down. Once again I was told it was the wifi when I challenged her answer she told me that only some of the rooms had functional wifi I asked her to let me switch to a room with wifi and she did. At the end of the day the room was great and breakfast was super like it always is. I feel like the desk clerk could have been a little more genuine, but with the poor weather I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.

Room was like new and spacious. Smart TV in the room. We logged in with our Netflix account and enjoyed. Breakfast was one of the nicer events shared by a hotel. Only negative was some noisy neighbor's kids but that is not the hotel's fault.

Hampton Inn is my go to if I’m not familiar with an area. Super comfy beds. Slept 12 hours (on accident) because the bed was so comfy. Good and safe location. Breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of options.

The only thing I was unhappy with was that the air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly. We had it turned down to 64 so that it was cold when we slept, but it only got down to 69 and kept kicking itself off.

Gentleman that check ed us in late the evening of check in was not very polite. And we were unable to get extra pillows as he said they had none. We got a room with a sofa bed so our sons could sleep on that bed but luckily they brought pillows because otherwise they wouldn’t have had any. Pack n play was in our room as requested. That was nice. The room clean and had nice touches like hand cleansing wipes and Hershey kisses. But was extremely loud. Because of location near desk many luggage carts loudly rolling by on tiled floor early in morning. Could hear housekeeping vacuuming the room next to us at 800a. Had to wipe our own dirty tables at breakfast because no one was keeping up with cleaning the empty tables. Coffee bar was nice and always available.

This was a very nice room! Plenty of space and pretty comfortable beds! Loved it, that it had a kitchenette, and a sofa! Loved the personalized welcome on the TV. All around great experience!

This property overall was great. The location to restaurants and amenities was fantastic. Our biggest complaint was that the walls in the building are so thin. We could hear everyone walking down the hall plus conversations. As well as the fact that we were placed near the elevator and it might as well have been in our room. Not happy. Thank god for ear plugs and sleeping pills.

I had booked this room 3 weeks prior to my arrival date. The check in time was 3:00pm. We arrived around 3:20 & the desk rep said the room was not ready & was being cleaned. It would be ready in 10 minutes. She was very nice. At 3:35, I asked again, she said they were still cleaning the room. At 3:50, I wanted to know what was going on. At this point another staff person ( whom I believe to be management) has come out & stated they had several people check out & not enough staff. I told her I wasn’t a walk in & I had a prior reservation. Also during my waiting period a family had been given a room & our friends were given a room. I ask her could I have the key & we would not need to come back downstairs again as we were now waiting in the hallway. She stated no, as the room was not ready. At this point it’s after 4:00, I ask her could she at least bring the room key to us. She stated yes. We were finally let into our hotel room at 4:16, one hour & 16 minutes after we were told it would be ready. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my experience, especially with it being in the Hilton family.

Everything about my stay was top-notch. Check in was smooth and super quick. I was given cookies and bottled water for my room. I decided last minute to bring my dogs, and they easily accommodated that. The room was very clean and quiet - everything seemed new and very well maintained. Check out was super easy and I was given a to-go bag with snacks for the car. It really couldn't have been any better and I'll definitely stay at Hampton Inn again!

I’ve stayed a multiple Hampton Inns in the Louisville area and never once had an issue with having my dogs there. I wish I could’ve said the same about this property. I was allowed to have them with me but my wife and I were given so much grief about having them there. Our dogs are good dogs that are house broken and well trained. Another issue the staff was rude. We ended up staying an extra day in Louisville but we went to a different Hampton Inn. Honestly myself along with my family will never stay there again.

Overall, our stay was fine. However, when my partner checked in to the room, they sent him to a room that had already been clearly used. When he went back down to tell them, no apology was offered and they just sent him to a different room, which seemed strange. That was the only incident and the rest of our stay was fine. Still, he was exhausted from travel and had been looking forward to just lying down to rest, but had to go through going back down to sort it out. A bit of a bummer.

my only problem was finding the site. The map provided by the hotel showed the main road in the area was Highway 913, south of US 64. But on US 64 heading east, there was no 'Highway 913'; it was labelled by another name. So we drove around a while till we found a Hampton, and it turned out to be the correct one.

This was a great hotel in a convenient place. They were so accommodating, especially when we had an early flight and needed to check out at 6am. They had breakfast out 20 minutes early so we could eat before we left! The beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious and I loved that we could log into our Netflix account to watch movies if we wanted. We loved the breakfast selection and everyone was super nice. Loved this place and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Everything was great except for the breakfast - there were no gluten free/vegan options Other than that, the folks who worked there were awesome, friendly, helpful even though we couldn't get into our room because the internet was down! Loved that the breakfast was ready at 6 am. We were in town for tournaments and that was perfect for us to eat before leaving. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All staff we interacted with were very nice. Will stay again if in the area.

Room was clean and very welcoming, and the staff really nice and respectful. Breakfast gravy was over salted… I love my salt but the gravy was too salty and the potatoes were sweet. Potatoes tasted as if sugar had been added.
