No elevator

Light everywhere in parking lot. Clean properly. Customer service was great.

Im military and disabled this property had everything but pool and spa.

It was ok they put me on the second floor no elevator and I’m 71 and had luggage ! No Kleenex in the room wasn’t the clean !

Nice hotel. Had all the necessities. Room-darkening blinds were nice since I had to go to bed early. The man at check-in was extremely nice. They do not have an elevator, but he carried my luggage up to my 2nd floor room.

The room was quiet, and clean. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was well lit, clean, and easy to park for large vehicles. Will stay again.

No elevator, just lots of steep stairs. Lobby entrance unsafe for disabled people. Room was directly below hotel laundry room and very noisy. Carpet was hideously ugly orange.

There were no elevators. Only stairs nd the ice machines and vending were on the basement floor.

Clean inside and out, well taken care of. Check-in was quick and easy. The layout is interesting and wouldn’t be suited for those with difficulty getting around (stairs to get out of the lobby).

My stay was very enjoyable. Room was excellent. Fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, loveseat, clean room and bathroom. The staff was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended!

Room smelled and sheets were rough

Our rooms were not cleaned during our 3 night stay. No towel changes or any service at hotel other than check in:out. Beds and pillows are mediocre at best. No breakfast.

Staff was nice, the room was nice and the bathroom was spotless. Quietist hotel I have ever stayed in Louisville!

Staff nice. Bathroom and bed were clean. Maybe I got a room that hasn't been fully remodeled but this room was bad. Carpet gross. Walls dirty. Smelled of something, maybe smoke. Windows filthy, locked shut- couldn't open. Door lock seemed inadequate. Seemed like a partial remodel and the work wasn't finished. I realize this is a budget hotel but it was so bad I forfeited my second night and went somewhere else.

I was there for 5 nights and my room never got cleaned. That's pretty disgusting.

Location and room were quiet. Room was very spacious. the stay in Louisville was unexpected, and the booking was last-minute. Accommodated well by a friendly staff member.

Spacious room. Large mini-fridge with a separate freezer which was very convenient. Very comfortable stay. Only negative was the penitentiary grey color of the room doors. Please add some color to brighten up the hall way for your guests. Otherwise, great value and I would stay here again.

Very noisy! Beds squeaked, thin walls, very dated and first floor was extremely loud with visitors coming and going at all hours, hard to get a good night’s sleep. Stayed here before about a year ago and highly recommend not staying on first floor and bring some WD40 for the squeaky beds. Not recommended until it is updated/renovated. Won’t stay here again

Noise from room above (footsteps and muffled language)

The room was clean and worked for our needs. But, it would have been nice to know a couple things. One, there are no elevators (at least we could not find one). And second the pillows are about half the size of a standard pillow. Other than that it was nice

It is in a quiet location and the staff are friendly when you check in. The bed was very uncomfortable and the layout of the room was weird. No reading lamps or places to charge your phone by the bed.

Quirky layout, but seems like they are in the process of remodeling. ( Rooms are mostly updated, hallways need carpet, was not dusty or stuffy.) Also a bit convoluted to get there at night - try to arrive with some daylight. Convient to major roads. Would definitely stay there again. Windows did not open in our ground level room.

Desk clerk was unfriendly and cocky. The area was just ok. No bottled waters in noticeably overpriced vending machines. Very hard towels that hurt rubbed against your skin. Inconvenient holding deposit in very small font. Will not return.

This is my general first time ever doing something like this and they were very nice to help me with everything and explain everything to me. They were very nice if you were first time ever going to a hotel of the age of 21 this is the place to go. They are super easy and super nice. It’s not confusing. It’s it’s a there go experience

As always the staff is friendly and helpful and the stay is quiet and comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.... made a reservation, weeks in advance, via phone, as we had specific questions about the parking facilities. We received a confirmation number for the 3 nights stay we wanted. We were told nothing more than our reservation was confirmed and they would see us the evening of our reservation. When we arrived, they told us our reservation was CANCELLED because it was not confirmed. I had a confirmation number, which they said was valid, but we were supposed to confirm by phone by 3:00 pm that day or lose the reservation ?!?!?! We were graciously (haha) given the first night stay at the rate we were promised, but then told we needed to make another reservation for the next two nights. I said that was fine, let's do that.... but as I stood there talking to the attendant at the front desk, he said they were unable to make a reservation for us (even though the computer was right front of him) and that we needed to go through Expedia or some other online account to make the reservation ?!?!?! We made the reservation, and no surprise, the room rate was almost over $75 dollars more than the initial confirmed reservation. I tried on several occasions to talk to the manager about the situation, hoping for some compensation for the difference in the room, but for 3 days, the manager was never available ! DO NOT STAY HERE, THE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

It was very nice, clean, plus they were very helpful and friendly. Exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely stay there again. Thank you for my awesome experience with Du Pont suite. ❤️

The manager, Mike was incredibly unfair and unreasonable. We would never stay at the Dupont Inn again or patronize their business

Asked for more pillows and was told to go buy my own . Had a king size bed with 3 standard size pillow. The lady I spoke with that I asked for more pillows was very rude . The bathroom was very clean so I was satisfied with that . The guy that checked us in was very friendly.

In a very quiet area near hospitals & just off of 264. Lots of restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy. Room is large & clean. (There aren't any bedside lights, just FYI.) It's not fancy, but it's a good value.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Towels were a bit thin, which made it difficult to dry my hair. Was a bit difficult to find via Google Maps. Convention Center was easy to get to from there.

Shower had incredibly weak water pressure (water miser I’m sure), but temp was good. Quiet area with food options nearby.

Got the job done. Good Location. $100 deposit not $50. No breakfast but the coffee was great. I can tell by the list of rules that this hotel may have once been a hot spot for unfavorable activity… but I felt safe-ish. The safely latch up top looked like it had at one time been kicked in. When I opened the door before releasing it…it stopped nothing.
