Our room stench with weed. Breakfast was so-so, on our last day we were met with a sign "No breakfast today" on the door with no alternative offer for a togo option. Small swimming pool, it was so crowded all the time we didnt get to enjoy it.

Place and area was nice. Rental was spaceous with a nice kitchen. Beds werent the most comfortable and laundry was closed. Otherwise everything else was fine. Would come back

I'll definitely be back if I need a place to stay- The staff - Chris, Michelle, James, Nick, Juan, & 1 more I couldn't remember his him, I had them all wrote down, plus even the the house keepers. Definitely pet friendly! Anything you needed they we're more than willing to help out. I've never met such a friendlier staff than these people here. The rooms were very clean, I had a place I could cook my own food. I never saw one bug the whole time. Which was a relief & pleasing at the same time. They had breakfast every morning with variety of foods to your pleasing. I have an ESA animal & he was never bothered once, he even felt like home, he was comfortable and not a bit scared of where he was & that was big for me. I always vacuumed every 2 days cause I know how pet hair can bother others, so I took that into consideration, thus being said they would let me borrow their vacuum to do so just to keep up any kind of pet hair. Any how, if I ever come back through I'll be coming back here 100%. I hated leaving, but had to go, though like I said, out of any other places, this beats them all & if you're ever in the area I would suggest you stay here, if you are or going to stay in the area. To the persons name I forgot please forgive me, you were the first person I met, there & the last I saw & I can only hope you are awarded 5 stars for your CS. You work after 3pm & you showed me the room when I came to look at it. My apologies for losing my paper with names and forgetting yours.

I was a little disappointed that the kids was not able to use the pool the first couple of days, since that was one of the main reasons we chose that site. The breakfast selection was a 10 +++

Was disappointed to find out pool was seasonal, that was not in the listing. Also disappointed that the breakfast was upstairs, made it hard fornus to get breakfast quickly when we needs to get in and get to where we going early in morning.. The fees and costs were explained differently as well when arrived. I was not aware there was a $10 daily fee for parking! This is ridiculous as where else am I going to park when I am staying at the hotel!

Zach at check-in was extremely polite and made pleasant conversation. I appreciate being asked if I preferred upstairs or downstairs. Property is a bit dated, but they have maintained it quite well. Room (1213) was relatively clean (few carpet stains, etc) and was quiet and comfortable. Bedding was decent and TV was somewhat small but i appreciate the installed Internet apps on TV (i.e. YouTube). USB chargers are nice and they worked well. Easy access to plugs at bedside for laptop. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Pool was small but very clean and temperature was perfect. Breakfast is above average for this class of property, with hot protein options (eggs) and turkey sausage, and the biscuits and gravy were exceptional. Oatmeal, waffles, cereal selections, and fresh fruit. I would stay here again. The property could use an upgrade, but they nursing it along pretty well.

I was here for work the place is really nice has full kitchen which is nice. Didnt know there was a parking fee so thay was a surprise at the end of my stay

Kitchen faucet dropped constantly. Room reeked of mold. Probably a great place to stay years ago when it was built

It was in a good spot. The check in staff was really helpful and very good at what they were doing. Our first room had an odor in it so I asked to be moved and they were very cordial and happy to acomodate me. I appreciated that. We checked in late so the only room they could acomodate us with was a handicapped room which was fine for us. There were 2 bugs we killed in the room, one in the pullout bed and the bathroom under toilet lid had not been cleaned. For this reason I probably wouldn't recommend this property.

Clean room courteous staff stayed for a week having a kitchen really made it a great experience

The toilet was non functional when I arrived. I alerted the staff and the repairman came the next day. Replaced a part and left and it still wouldn’t work. I politely complained with no real results. In a Marriott I should hope that the toilet works.

Everything was very nice, clean and well-stocked. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. My room did smell like cigarette smoke when I first arrived. The waffle maker was also broken but the rest of breakfast was great.

The toilet in the room I was gave didn’t flush and when I brought it to the front desk workers attention she said she would make a note I was even told that the manger would give me a call when they came in but I never recovered a call if I didn’t book this on 3rd party I honestly would of wanted a refund

I’d have to say this is one of the oldest Marriotts we have stayed at ..it is very much in need of renovating… very old and tired. I actually couldn’t believe Marriott still has their name on this property. The furniture is old there wasn’t enough dishes in the kitchen. The breakfast was very so so… I would never stay here again.

Really felt quiet and comfortable for my holiday 9 day stay, great staff that valued my business, great price for a full kitchen and such a large, open space. Adjacent campus is great for exercise walks, many amenities nearby. Love the concept, beats any single room hotel by far!

My wife and I were in town for a 4-day music festival and ended up spending five nights. This was a great and affordable place to stay. Quiet, nice part of town, parking was easy and the location was a convenient drive to almost everything one needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The one and only thing I could find where improvement was needed was that the firmness of the bed could have been more plush. So, if you like sleeping on a firm mattress, you're in luck. My wife and I would definitely say here again when we're in the area next.

My family, and I booked the 2 bedroom suite with a pull out couch, and everything was nice, and clean. The unit was very spacious, and comfortable. It featured 2 stories, 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths, a kitchenette and a living area. Breakfast is also included, so that was a plus. You can sleep 5-6 people easily. Definitely recommend.

Great space for my family of 5! Staff was very nice!

This is the second time we stayed there this year, and both times we have had some plumbing issues. Property is fairly worn down, bedding is uncomfortable, blankets are paper thin, and pull out bed is un-sleepable. You have to go to the front to ask for bedding. Our car was opened and contents were rifled through during the night. thankfully no major damage to our vehicle.

The service was great, and in a great location but the room had a few easily fixed problems that should have been taken care of before it was ready to use, found someones thong left under the desk, and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The stay was nice but they didn't hold up to their commitment of room service. This is the second time I've stayed there , it was disappointing.

I stayed here for a business trip which was a week in total. Excellent customer service. The front desk will effectively ensure anything you need is taken care of. The rooms are solid given they have far more resources than the average hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here my next trip to Louisville.

Our weekend stay at Marriott was amazing! We did have a little mishap with one of our tv's not working but, maintenance came right up to fix the issue. The staff were professional and polite. I will definitely be a returning guest in the near future.

Our welcome from Zach was just spectacular. He was welcoming, friendly & very courteous! He made sure we felt comfortable in conversation & in choosing the location of my room. He suggested a nice quiet one based on what i said and his suggestion was perfect for us.

i got a phone call from front office asking if id like room kept up making bed emptying trash etc. also wanted some refreshments replaced like coffee and creamer never got anything !!!!!

This property was a great choice for our stay for vacation! We thought the lay out was very cute and greeting, very welcoming! Parking was convenient, and we walked into a clean room, but we did not receive room service once during our stay, even though I checked the box for every other day! Not a huge deal, but we also had an issue with a mouse in our room! We did have our door open momentarily while we were bringing in luggage, so maybe he made his way in then, but still very shocking to see on our first day, but we never saw the little guy again! Overall, a very comfortable and quiet stay, very easy to get public transportation and taxi services, and lots of places near to eat early and late!

Stayed one night for an event early Saturday. It was clean, close to restaurants and shopping for Friday evening activities.

Great suite. Breakfasts were not good. And why the cheap toilet paper???

No I don't go looking for fancy places when I'm staying at a hotel on a trip. Clean and convenient are important to me and this hotel fits the bill in those areas. Yes some of the Interior is not modern compared to the fancy higher price places but it was clean and nice. Easy to get to, staff were very polite. Only problem I had was the TV was a little bit hard to use, of course my 12-year-old son could figure it out lol. But with the full course breakfast the next morning it's a very reasonable place to take your family.

Limited food options, a bit dated and worn out facilities. Dingy breakfast area, poor choices. One of the least favourite Residence Inn places that I have stayed in.
