Stayed one night and left car there while on trip to Las Vegas. Shuttle to airport and back was very prompt. Desk clerk was very friendly and informative. Will stay again if flying out of Louisville.

Great location, very close to airport. Clean, comfortable. Check in person was very polite, professional. Very bad experience with airport shuttle! We had early morning flight and waited for a long time for the shuttle . Kept getting.. he will be here momentarily. When the guy arrived, he made a leisurely trip to rest room, chatted in lobby etc. He was rude, resentful and when we said that we were running late, his reply was “ you should have taken an Uber”

No airport noise which considering it is 5 minutes to the gate by the free shuttle was amazing. We had an early flite and was but breakfast didnt start til 6 which cut us close. Shuttle from call to gate was literally 15 minutes or less. Hard to go wrong for the price!

Free parking nice. Room looked recently updated and was a little above average. Tub had odd slope to it and was not easy to stand in. Property under construction/renovation so had construction noise. Lobby and checkin area not inviting.

I shuttled from this hotel 5 days earlier. Upon my return to Louisville, around midnight in 40 degree weather, I requested a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Front desk staff provided no instructions, did not ask for my name or phone number. The driver and I missed each other. After 20 minutes, I called the hotel to see if the driver was on the way or if I missed him. Front desk staff seemed upset I missed the shuttle with no offer to send the driver back. I asked if I needed to get a taxi to get back to my car. Staff stated 3 times he would send the driver back but ONLY because he had another guest who needed a ride to the airport. I continued to wait. Eventually took a taxi to the hotel, got my car and did not stay at the hotel as I had planned. Will not be back.

There was only one working elevator and half the time that didn’t work. We were told by the front desk that you just have to keep hitting the button and eventually it will light up and come to the floor you were on. This morning when we were leaving to check out we were stuck on our floor. Floor 3. Pressing the button multiple times and the elevator never came. So we took the stairs with all our luggage and signs everywhere saying do not enter because of wet paint. We had no choice but to enter since there was no working elevator. We walked all three flights of stairs with children and luggage overflowing from our arms because we were already packed up and left the keys in the room. Making it inconvenient to even go back in. This also made us late to the tumbling competition in town that we were in Louisville for. Very frustrating. We also never had the cleaning crew in our room to grab trash. We had to set it outside the door hoping they would come grab it.

You’re in the middle of a renovation so parking was very limited due to all the machinery around and I room had horrible orange red carpet and curtains and very little hot water

The room could’ve been way cleaner. Floor was dirty and only 4 lumpy pillows. Only 2 towels for 3 people. The pool was the best part oh and the free breakfast was fantastic very good. Just overall cleanliness could have been much better.

Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Room and hotel were clean. The pool felt great and was also kept very clean. Would stay again. Being next to the airport as well, the sound of the planes did not keep us up at night.

The area around the hotel was sketchy. Hotel towels had hair on them. I spilled water on the bathroom floor, & went to go wipe it up. After wiping up the water, the towel I had used had turned black. It appears the tile floors don’t get mopped. Makes you wonder what else isn’t being cleaned properly?

We had mold on the bathroom ceiling and stuff on the blinds. We also called down for xtra towels and was told we had to come get them due to no staff. We went down to get towels and a drink and was told to go the the hotel next door to get snacks

Nice hotel with a good hot/cold breakfast. We never had an issue parking and restaurants are about 10-15 minutes. We picked this hotel for its direct location to the expo center. Staff was nice, although there was one when we checked who wasn't the friendliness. The pillows were okay, go flat fast, and the bed was comfortable. They clean your room every other day. To me, it looked like changing trash and vacuum. The beds are made but the sheets don't appear to be changed. Our shower also wasn't cleaned. Overall, still a good stay.

The staff and cleanliness were top notch. However, there needs to be a shelf in the bathroom to place your items. There was only a 20'x4" shelf above the sink. No vanity. And there wasn't much sound proofing between rooms or even from the outside. We were on the third floor but could hear people on the ground outside talking... and altho they quieted down early, the next door guests could be heard quite easily. It would also be nice to have been able to have hotter water than we got.

We have stayed at this Hampton several times. It is a very convenient distance to the KY State Fairgrounds/Expo Center. This time there were a few things that I think could be improved upon. We had to make 3 trips to the front desk to get key cards that worked properly and were ultimately moved to a different room. The WiFi was “down for maintenance” during at least half of our 4 night stay. The breakfast area staff on the weekend: one day were basically cleaning around me as I got my food, even moving my plate while I was waiting for my waffle. (There was over an hour left for breakfast, so it wasn’t like they were waiting on me to get done). The last morning, the two workers were sitting at the tables, one on her phone and the other had her head laid down on the table like she was napping. During this time, several things were low including coffee. All in all it’s a comfortable stay, clean room and a decent price.

Was in town for a competitive cheer competition & stayed at location for 1 night. Regular room & it was appeared clean. The mini fridge didnt get cold so our beverage were cool. The tub is small / tight so showering was akward. Sink did look like it may be modling a little bit.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel from the time we got off the airplane in the shuttle picked us up. Barry was very knowledgeable of the area when we checked in. The gentleman was super super nice was catering to us. Housekeeping was great highly highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We kept having our flights delayed and didn’t get in until 3 am and the staff was very understanding and willing to help! Great location with free 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport and a 10-15 minute Uber ride from downtown Louisville.

I didn’t like how quiet time after a certain hour in the evening was not required. We had someone next door who were very loud up until 3/4 AM and front desk just offered new room without addressing issue with the other guest. Even after switching rooms since we were closer to the lobby it was still loud outside our room at night

The staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptional.. going through a little remodel but no big deal…the staff was the best I have seen.. if all Hampton inn could follow their example then I would never stay anywhere else.. too bad you can only give a 10.. thank you so much… tommy bragg

I was just very surprised. The property is under major construction and I was not told this ahead of time. It was so clustered down in the breakfast area and there were construction workers working while trying to walk through and they gave zero care that there were paying customers needing to get through. Early morning and when people are trying to check out on a Saturday is probably not an ok time to have a large crew working out in that area.

This is a great Hampton from checking in - thank you desk personnel, you were wonderful. Breakfast way above others including other Hamptons. The breakfast staff were always working and helping. Food well prepared, many selections, and always refilled. Coffee same way. We have stayed here before and will again. I believe you were better this year than last.

Everything about the rooms and staff were very good. I do have to say it is nice to get a breakfast bag when you have to head out early, however I was disappointed to find both bagels in the two bags received had mold and had to be discarded.

I liked this hotel better than the Crowne Plaza, where we’ve stayed the past few years for our convention. Hampton Inn was quiet and clean, and I appreciated the room layout and furniture (open closet with shoe rack was especially nice!). My mom and I also enjoyed the included breakfast, which DIDN’T have varying hours for weekend/weekday service. Convenient and easier to remember!
