The pool and lake area were great the bed was very hard and i feel like for the price of a room there should b more space the room was very crammed together and breakfast could have been better didnt even see anything but oatmeal cereal fruit yogurt and waffles

I thought this was a grest property! I really liked the outdoor areas, tables, pool, swings, and fireplace were very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in process was quick and easy. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.

The young lady that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful. The room we were assigned had a very strong perfume odder and totally irritated my wife's throat. She personally took us to another room that was much better and assured we were comfortable! I'd recommend her for a raise and accolades.

I arrived at the property to be informed that the hotel was massively overbooked. Staff member said he would “upgrade” my 2 queen beds to a King, pull out couch, and rollaway bed. He assured me that rollaways are “exactly like a regular bed” just on wheels. When informed that 2 beds were a necessity, he miraculously found a room with 2 beds that was “still an upgrade” for my inconvenience. My upgraded room was smaller and cheaper than the room I originally booked. I understand overbooking happens. I was completely fine with the downgraded room, but please don’t give me the used car salesman pitch and ignore Expedia when they call to inquire about the situation.

Upon arrival check in was easy and even was able to check in a lil earlier being a Hilton Honors member too. Jessica was so friendly and helpful during my stay. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Hampton Inn Northeast.

I have mentioned this before, and I did hear this from other guests. The breakfast serving area is very tight. Guests are crowding each other in that area and this is making the experience uncomfortable. Besides the need to introduce other options for the breakfast menu.

The hotel was very clean when first walking in. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was AMAZING. They had all kinds of options along with a waffle bar. It was nice having a noon checkout so we didnt have to rush in the morning.

The hotel is always great it's a very peaceful relaxing place to stay but they charged me a 100$ smoking fee I spent very little time at the hotel we came to visit friends and family and when I did smoke there I was in the parking lot we stay there yearly usually 5 days or so and never had any issues but probly won't stay there next time I had a few housekeeping things I could have complained about to but didn't
