No TV remote; got one from desk but it did not work with the room's TV. Only one hand towel. Have stayed at this motel for many years. Condition has slipped some but still OK. Bed was comfortable. A good no frills lower cost alternative. Good area and convenient highway access.

People going drugs in the parking lot. Room smelled like smoke. Stains on comforter. Lobby closed after hours. Had to pay through a bullet proof glass lol. Surprised it was so sketchy in such a nice area of town

Not a bad place toom was nice parking was very tight. I have a truck and trailer so it was very limited on where i could park. Place is well lite and security cameras all over if something did happen

It was good for just a one night stay. The room definitely needs an upgrade but bedding was clean and comfy. No elevator so if you get a second floor, you've got a flight to climb.

Very pet friendly - no fee. Plenty of options for meals. No breakfast but we bought pastries at Kroger when we were out. There was an odd noise I think was from neighboring room plumbing ..but it was very frequent. Staff was nice had to leave car there due to engine problems, to be towed. No problems

The white bed spread had a huge stain right on top which they covered with another blanket. There were no washcloths in the room at all & the two towels were dingy and stained as well. Many different hairs on each wall of the shower. No soap. I didn’t even touch the microwave to see what that looked like.

Unlike even expensive motels, this red roof was an excellent condition, without dust on the floor, or mold, or musty smelling. The staff is courteous, and really care about the motel.

Not the cleanest place outside and curb appeal is lacking. Our room was showing wear and tear on the furntiure where it shouldve been replaced long ago. The bed sheet appear to have some staining and the bathroom door knob didnt fit properly. The hole for the knob was showing at the top and wouldn't close without extra pressure. The bathroom was so small that the door swings within 1-2" from the toilet, making it difficult to step in and use the restroom or take a shower. The app isnt allowing tovadd photos to show these experiences.

They had bed bugs and when i told the front desk all they could say was oh ill have my cleaners look. Didnt offer refund or anything. Its smelt bad. Would not recommend

Bed was comfortable and room was decent size and clean. Bathroom is small. Room is equipped with iPhone fast chargers in the walls by the bed. Ceil stucco was peeling off. Overall a nice place to stay. I would recommend it and stay here again.

The furnishings were dated but the room was clean. It was noisy compared to other places I've stayed at. Some noise came from the mechanicals inside and other noise from cars. The parking is right outside the door and the streets nearby are busy.

The bed was a little short for someone like me who is tall and I had some items that needed to be refrigerated and had to rent it for an extra $15 per night. Most of the places I have stayed at in the last decade or more include a refrigerator in the room. Also the bathroom was tight, really tight and hard to get in with the poor room design. Other than that it was okay. You get what you pay for.

We asked the property manager to come fix our AC that was making terrible noise. After showing up only after my husband physically went to front desk to get him; he stated there was nothing he could do. At first he offered to switch us to another property but then stated since this was our second night and we didn’t complain the first night he couldn’t switch us. We asked to be moved to another room and he claimed that they were completely booked. We tried lowering the temp on AC so it wouldn’t continuously run with the noise but it was very hot outside and ran most of time anyway. We ended up leaving a day early because of room conditions.

Physical plant a bit worn. Shower curtain wouldnt stay closed due to it sagging and tub drain must have been clogged as it took forever to drain after shower. Was a little surprised about $50 damage deposit. Usually they just take your credit card info for that, not actually charge it and keep it that long.

The door didn't shut tight. You can see the parking lot from the crack. The sheets felt like there was sand on them. All in all, it was a good deal at the right time. The staff were great.

The staff here were decent, and for what this is, a dated, budget motel, it’s reasonable value for money. Really convenient location with good restaurants nearby and very quick Interstate access. While some of the surfaces in the room needed maintenance -damaged walls, fist-sized hole in bathroom door, worn old seat in corner - the cleaning crew are first rate. Zero complaints on cleanliness. The beds weren’t bad, but the noise levels were well-beyond frustrating. Asking the drunk guys sitting on the hood of my car to please, kindly, get off and stop yelling into their mobile phones at 2 AM was just part of it, but the traffic noise was surprisingly loud given the buffer the buildings between the interstate and the motel might suggest Don’t accept a downstairs unit unless you need an accessible room. The noise from above was significant. I’d planned on staying here on the return leg of our trip. That reservation has been canceled.

Desk clerk took forever and did not know how to work their system. Could not get ground floor room even though there were obviously a number unoccupied. TV did not work. Coffee pot did not work and there was only one cup if it had worked. Desk not attended to inform them of problems. Condition has been deteriorating for a few years now. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

Okay if there is a deposit but to have a policy that it will take up to 14 business days to get it back is ridiculous since most charges are usually on credit cards. Always take video of the room on check in and check out to ensure there are no fraudulent charges people! This policy is sus.

My wife and I stayed two nights at this Red Roof. The room and property were clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and polite, and check-in/out was quick and easy. It was conveniently located right off I-64 and was near several dining and shopping locations. Overall it was a good value for the price. Two things we did not like were the additional $50 deposit required at check in, and that our key cards were deactivated each day after 11 am. We arrived the second night around midnight, ready to shower and go to bed, only to find we couldn't get into our room and had to go to the front desk to get our key reactivated. There were several other guests waiting at the desk with the same problem. The issue was quickly resolved by the staff, but was unnecessary and very inconvenient. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would return.

It was going until the front desk agent had so many rules at the last day of our stay which we did call and try to confirm before arriving, and the night of arrival we were only ask to sign basic paper but on our last day of stay it was horrible would not stop disturbing did not appreciate that at all , while we were already following all the rules.

I was charged a pet deposit despite not traveling with an animal. We repeatedly told the front desk that we did not have a dog, and they said they needed to charge us the $80 deposit since we were staying in a pet designated room (????). We were assured that we would receive the deposit back. We didn’t. We received $50 back from the $80. Considering that upon check in, the front desk clerk made it a point to say “I own this hotel so you can’t even contact corporate about me” , even though we never said anything to warrant such a statement. After that was said, we kinda figured we’d be ripped off, so it was no surprise when we were. Oh well. The city was nice, the location of the property is choice (you’re about 15-20 minute from everything!) All in all, spend an extra $10 and stay across the street.

The staff was very pleasant on both check-in and check-out. The room was clean and neat and warm. I arrived after the major winter storm of December 2022 and parts of some sidewalks were snow and ice covered. This was a bit treacherous, as it was only way to get from my car to the room. Overall, pleasant and convenient to I-64.

Outside property is dated, in safe area of town but felt a little sketchy. Inside room the furniture is old, the chair in room was ripped and old. Room was very clean, smelled clean and I didn’t feel dirty.

Check in was fast and personable - they upgraded us to a better room for free. This is an older facility that has been spiffed up and is clean, well maintained, and pleasant. The beds are new and comfortable. The motel is part of a row of motels and is right next to an upper middle class housing area with a country club just to the west. There's plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. We stay here several times a year and can't beat the price.

The staff was really great! The king room we booked through the hotel was really nice and spacious. When we booked through a third party it wasn't nearly as nice but still great for the price. Great location! No breakfast though.

Very nice stay at this hotel. I was only there for 1 night, but desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. Nice, clean room with comfortable bed. The only problem I experienced was that my in room coffee maker did not work. However, I was able to get coffee in the front office in the morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
