In the morning the pool was not warm at all. There was a great seating area for families and other to spend time together. Did not like that it didn’t have at least a Continental Breakfast included . The staff was very friendly!

i loved the quietness of the property how it was safe and we could get out and walk around. my least favorite was the dining options was so high that i felt we needed to go elsewhere to get food. And the pool was so small that not many could swim at a time

Had a great stay. Pool is a little small but it worked. Cafe was closed one morning which was a little disappointing because I didn’t have a vehicle. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but the ice bucket still had water in it from previous patrons. Cage was open for dinner one evening and the grilled cheese and fries amazing. Overall I would stay here again.

Only stayed one night, but everyone was very kind and helpful. Only complaint is the breakfast bistro. There was only one person there working, and he absolutely couldn’t keep up. Took 40 minutes to get coffee and oatmeal, after I ordered it. Others were just turned away and told too busy. I get it, from his perspective, but there were no other options for breakfast and coffee. Otherwise, great stay.

Room was nice. There was someones red hair left behind by the vacuum. Mold under the soap dish in the tub. The Bistro was high on prices and understaffed. But overall it was pleasant. Desk staff were great.

Very impressed - 3 people servicing us when we were given a room not ready. The room m wasn’t ready because hotel was being deep cleaned. The whole place smell like cleaning supplies when I walked in. They are really taking care of this property

The furniture, wall coverings, carpets, sofa, etc. were obviously old and dated. The fixtures in the bathroom were pitted and corroded. The bathroom floors could definitely use some deep cleaning and sanitizing. As hotels go, the room was definitely only 2.5 stars. The swimming pool did not appear to be very clean. This was not a $154.00 per night hotel room.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me promptly. The hotel was very clean and inviting. Fresh coffee and later some popcorn in the lobby were excellent. The other guests were enjoying their stays as well and there was a great vibe going on in the Courtyard! I will choose this hotel again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay on the fourth floor! We had a great suite with a lot of room and everything we needed. We traveled from North Alabama with our 10 year old son to compete in the National Archery Tournament. Several families from our school stayed there as well. There was no free breakfast; that would be a nice addition. NEED SMART TV in every room for streaming! Those would have made it 5 Star for me. Otherwise, good location. Appeared clean, comfortable bed, and quiet.

The only reason why we are giving a lower rating is the fact that after being gone all day, we got back to our room being left open. We are assuming someone from housekeeping did it as they used the door lock latch to keep it open. No one cleaned our room that day though, so it is a mystery. Thankfully nothing was stolen, and all was fine.

Great service. We arrived late, and the night desk lady was friendly and got us checked in quickly, and brought up extra pillows to us. We were up early, before the cafe opened and she made my husband an americano coffee.

I chose this hotel for its convenience to Nortons Brownsboro, we had to be there very early in the morning for surgery. Check in was smooth and everything looked nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Like that the hotel is close off the highway and within walkable distances of conveniences. The only negative was that we were disappointed in the pool. We were looking forward to doing some lengths for exercise after a long drive but it was so small we didn’t end up using it.

Great area. More of a hotel that businessmen would stay at. So very quiet and safe feeling area. Place was clean but on the verge of not being clean if that makes sense. Our room the trash had not been taken out. Pizza boxes on top of a full trash can. Bathroom was clean and the rest of the room appeared clean. My in laws room was fine. I’d stay there again. Breakfast is expensive so that stinks.

This hotel was a welcome retreat after a long day of travel. The lobby area is so nice and welcoming, with many different areas around a bar/Starbucks cafe to hang out comfortably with privacy. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

We stayed here 1 night as we drove home from Nashville to Chicago. We were not looking for a downtown hotel. We just wanted something to get a good night's rest. This hotel excelled in our expectations. Great staff, clean room, good bathroom with good shower pressure, and delicious breakfast options (for a fee).

Room was damp and smelled musty, one of the doors to back patio didn’t work when card was put on, window screen turn, hallway wallpaper buckled. Small things that add up. Would have liked complimentary coffee in the lobby. Bar was closed Friday night and Saturday night also
