Stay was overall good just didn’t know of the broken pool at time of booking which would of been nice.

Easiest processand stay that I have had in a very long time. I have stayed there twice in the past minth just to get away from our house to swim.

The bathtub filled up with water when I took a shower the unsanitary water went over my ankles. I went in the indoor pool and it was colder than I would believe an outdoor pool would've been that day. The carpets were dirty in the hallway.

Easy parking. Front fills fast

Nice room. Pool smelled like plaque covered with chlorine, had to wash my hair three times to get the smell out!

Staff up front was great, room was clean, pool was kinda of gross, no towels and super slippery like skinny not wet.

The hotel was clean, front desk peiple were uper helpful. Our heat didnt work in our room, she came in to try and help. When it still didnt warm up, she moved us to another room very quickly. Only complaint is the pool was NOT open. A bummer when you have kids with you!! We should have been notified of it prior to booking, be ause it was one of the reasons i picked this hotel over others

Pool was closed, in which it didn’t mention anything about it online. They charged me more than what it said at check in when I made the reservation online. The lady at the front desk was rude and just acted like she hated her job. Rooms were very basic. Wasn’t impressed what so ever.

This property had ants in the bed and crawling along the walls. The floors were filthy and black. The pool was out of service and cloudy. The manager would not even come out and talk to me or email me back. There were several people wanting to talk to the manager and the front desk girl continued to say he was in a meeting but she continued to go back behind the wall and talk with him. Terrible experience!!!!

The pool water was brown. If it wasnt for that i would have given it a 4 star rating.

Rooms need a good cleaning. Many stains on the couch and floor. Overall the stay was acceptable for the price and location.

I was excited to stay at this facility because I have enjoyed my stays at other like-branded properties. Unfortunately, that all changed when I found stained couch cushions (both sides) in my room. I then discovered stains on the floor, a mystery press on nail and a slow draining tub. The caulk on the tub was cracking and the walls were not super clean. The waffle machines were also out of order. Probably the worst part of my stay was finding diaper pellets on my body after using a towel I got from the front counter. If you don’t know what these are, they are what comes out when a diaper gets washed with laundry. Disgusting! Probably the worst stay that I have had in years. It’s really disappointing to see this from such a great brand. Hopefully, someone will reach out and try to make things right and hopefully they can correct the issues we had in room 220.

I had a major infestation of ants in my room.

Seems run down, not well cared for. Not thoroughly cleaned. Toilet seat was dirty. Pillows smelled musty. Shower head only sprayed from the middle in a weird way. Cheap, low quality toiletries. Door to adjoining room was not insulated at all, so we heard every noise from our neighbors at 1am! A/C unit was very loud. We stayed at a Holiday Inn the following night and it was slightly better than this place. We expect better from a Springhill Suites, which we stay at often. This one was very disappointing.

The room was clean; however it smelled musty and damp, with hints of a dirty diaper. After one day, our clothes even smelled. The staff told us we needed to be running the air continuously. They also said they could spray air freshener to hide the smell. The pool was closed when we arrived and the Internet was down on the morning of our departure. Housekeeping changed the sheets while we were gone at a tournament all day, which I so appreciate, however my daughter’s childhood blanket was on the bed. It inadvertently got taken with the sheets. I notified the staff that evening and the next day and it still had not been found. The staff reminded me there are signs posted throughout the facility that they are not responsible for stolen items. I didn’t think that applied to items in my room. We had to leave without the blanket. It was sad for both of us. I called a week after the trip and it still had not been located. We got disconnected right after I gave them my phone number, and I did not hear from them again.

There was short curly hair all on the shower walls, mold in the bathroom above the shower, the couch had white crusted spots on it, and the refrigerator was dirty, also has blue goo in freezer what im guessing was ice cream at some point...the lady at check in was very nice and quick to get us checked in.room was a great size!

The property was fine, you could just tell it was an older Springfield Suites. There was an older smell to the bedrooms, and you could see some mildew (maybe mold) growth in the bathroom.

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The staff I came in contact with was very personable and professional.

Coffee maker in the room didnt work. Toilet seat was too small for the comode. We arrived at 8:45 am for breakfast. There was No hot food remaining, no eggs, sausage or hash brown potatoes. There was 1 bagel and 1 english muffin left available. When asked about refilling the breakfast station, the desk clerk stated that were short staffed. We had to leave the hotel to find food for my 5 and 2 year old grandchildren. We were on the elevator with people coming from the pool. They were dripping wet, saying that there were no pool towels in the pool area. They got the elevator and hallway wet: a fall hazard. This property is Certainly not up to Marriott's standards. Terribly disappointed for a $200 night stay!!

The room was spacious.

I like the Springhill suites brand. This hotel was a little louder than others I've stayed at. Doors slam really hard if people don't shut them. Plus the walls seemed thinner than others. Still a decent hotel. Good breakfast. The poor woman trying to keep up with everyone eating and drinking coffee has her hands full. But she was very pleasant and friendly when she could be. Bed was fairly comfortable. We couldn't get the temperature regulated in our room. It wasnt bad enough to have someone come check it. The couch in the room could use an update but I overall it was a nice stay

All was well. Room def needs updates. The bathroom sink would not drain so could not use it. I would have liked to watch TV while I worked at the desk but that was impossible with the room setup. Disappointed.

I was there 2 days to rest and relax. That did not happen. Cleaning ladies yelling and screaming during the day, throughout the day!! Not allowed to sleep in and have breakfast. Next door was construction, drilling, hammers, etc etc....... First time there, no return and you could not pay me to stay at that hotel again. Very noisey room.

Our room was quite spacious with everything we needed and ample space for everything. I loved the very large desk and counter area by the refrigerator and microwave. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the gentleman on duty was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Overall fine for the price. The "double beds" are too small for 2. No dresser to put clothes in. No daily service for room to replenish. Thin walls.

Stay was not our first time there. Hotel is confortable,clean and quiet. I do wish the tv was smart tv so we could stream instead of just boring cable

Drove all day and arrived at 9pm, there was no one at the front desk nor any workers anywhere. We waited for thirty minutes and still no one. We called the number provided on our reservation and it was no longer in service. Finally at 9:45 someone showed up and acted like we were an inconvenience. She stated they ran out of room keys so she had to go find some. Came back 15 minutes later to give us one key and tell us our room we already paid for was sold out so we got down graded (no refund either). We got to the room and it was a small connecter room and the fire detectors had been removed. Overall poor service. Would not recommend

Everything was great, including helping with an Overnight Check-in due to a Delayed Flight! Savanah and Isaiah were GREAT!

When we arrived the front desk associate acted very bothered that we were there. We could barely get down the halls towards our room due to trash bags and cleaning carts. ( this was after 9pm on a Sunday evening) pictures below. Im sorry to say i wont recommed this hotel to frirnds or family

We stayed here the weekend of 12/9. The hotel is older but has been remodeled. Front desk was fine. Our shower and bathroom heater were not working. I can do without the heater, but the shower is a must. I called the front desk and mentioned the issue. They offered to have maintenance come and fix it. Problem is I wasn’t going to be in the room and opted to just use the tub feature. Turns out maintenance went into my room while I was gone! I was not very happy with this because there is not a safe in the room and I left personal and valuable stuff in my room. I felt violated and upset because I specifically asked for maintenance to not go in my room.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel the room size was perfect for me and my two young adults just what we needed, and the comfort was just right. The only hiccup we had was that our toilet backed up and there was no extra person on staff so I had to go down and get a plunger to take care of that myself. And the only other part I was not too happy with was customer service upon coming in to check in and not even being greeted as the young lady just simply said to me your last name she was not friendly not hospital at all and it just made me feel very uncared for. Customer service should greet you with a welcoming hello and even ask how you're doing and putting a smile on your face as if you enjoy your job but this young lady didn't seem to care at all. Especially when I had to call and tell about the bathroom issue and what she offered to change rooms but we had already gotten settled in so because she was only one on staff I had to come all the way back downstairs just to get the plunger and take care of the issue myself which was ridiculous to have to do. Other than that I would definitely stay here again because the whole atmosphere of the hotel and the comfort of the room was where it should be.

I booked a two-night stay (Fri-Sat) for a volleyball tournament with my two daughters. I chose a suite hotel for a specific reason: I needed a separate space with a desk and couch where I could work into the night while the girls slept in the bedroom area. All the rooms pictured show exactly this layout. However, when we arrived, we were assigned a "mobility" (wheelchair accessible) room that did not have two separate spaces--only one big room with everything in it. I asked at the desk and was told, incorrectly, that I had reserved a "mobility" room. I showed the manager my reservation; she then justified her refusal by saying that the hotel was fully booked and that there were no other rooms available (I believe that this was true), and added that if I had booked directly through the hotel website, rather than hotels.com, she "might have been able to help me." A classic bait-and-switch. Another problem: no internet access the second night of our stay due to unexplained "technical problems." There is no way that I would ever stay at this hotel again. It is poorly manged and fundamentally dishonest.

Room was clean and fresh. Staff was courteous. The battery had died on our charter bus and the receptionist was very kind and helpful, even brought a case of water to us so everyone could have water while we waited!

We were assured several times that breakfast was until 10:00 on Monday. It was over at 9:00. We were very unhappy about this.

We love Marriott Hotels and are Bonvoy members, but the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Louisville Hurstbourne has terrible customer service. We stayed there last night, get in at 10:45, exhausted driving through the rain. Get in, there are kids running and screaming down the hallway. Room next to ours has some little boy, 2 or 3, butt naked standing in the hall, the door is propped open. “Hey buddy you should go inside” No, I look mama. So, no parent. Anyway, we reach out to booking agent who calls the staff. Nothing. Kids running wild until after 1:30 am. Kids didn’t sleep, we didn’t sleep. End up leaving at 6:45 am, WONDERFUL with a 5 & 6 yr old, only to be told that manager would be in “…around 10 or 11” I would have to try later. Attendant heard about the ruckus so she knew what was coming. Call later, turns out manager went home early because of flooding.. But a different supervisor will be in around 3 pm Eastern. Call back, “yeah I spoke to my GM and we can give you Bonvoy points but that’s it” I’m afraid points aren’t going to cut it. Now, the facilities and staff up front and on the phone were very helpful, but letting a bunch of kids act a fool AND make a mess of your place is not cool . (Those are chocolate candies strewn about the hall). We also kept getting fliers and trash thrown under our door. Any other hotel would have given a refund for this mess. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were in town for national archery tournament and it seems many also were here. The biggest complaint is lack of management taking care of the very rowdy teenagers in the pool (roughly 10 of them) with no adults to supervise them so they were not being respectful to others as my son got yanked off the ladder by one and also kicked in the face as 3 teenagers jumped in together. Me and another parent who was also in the pool area watching their own child went and spoke to the front desk and neither of the girls working wanted to take care of it. Rules posted were not even enforced by this place, so I had to remove my supervised children from the pool due to unsupervised others. Shouldn't this have been the other way around?

The accommodations were very good for the price. Breakfast was good, and the staff delightful. Hopeful they will update soon, and it is a bit worn down, but would definitely return. Location is very convenient.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, far enough off the busy road. Very clean, modern, and comfortable rooms.

Location was great, McDonalds & a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Just a few minutes away from the highway.

Weird smell in the lobby (kind of smelled like rotten eggs???) but no smell in the room. Comfy bed, lots of parking, close to a really good Mexican restaurant. Would recommend!

Nice area of Louisville. Seems to be a commercial and residential zone, but extremely clean, safe area. Several restaurants near by, but about 15 miles from downtown. Price was fair.

Breakfast not good and the place is crowded

Reception staff were very nice and competent. No breakfast food available. Out of coffee quite often. No staff to keep public areas clean.

While the gentleman at the front desk was great! He gets a 10 . The next morning for breakfast we came down at 915am and nothing. No juice/No food. This was supposed to be included in the nightly price. When i asked they put out BBQ meatballs (we left). Marriott normally higher standards
