The manager was amazing. Great price. Hotel itself was mediocre. Laundry room was disgusting and dryers did not work. The jacuzzi tub was the best part. The indoor pool was ok but the tenants dirtied it up too much to enjoy.

It had a pool that was open our first day there, the water was all foggy and there wasnt stuff on the ground in the pool. Next day the pool was closed. Saw a cockroach. A bunch of homeless fellas were next door just hanging out and sometimes walking around the hotels parking lot. While in the pool 2 people tried to get us to let them in cause they could see through the window. Only good thing is jetted tub and convenient location in louisville

As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, there was 3 cop cars and a girl sitting on the sidewalk. Not a good start. Front desk person was nice. Go to the room and it's not what was presented on Expedia. The room smelled like a pack of Newports. In the picture, there were 2 tables, there was only one table and an open space. Both myself and my husband required desks because we needed to work. Husband got creative and had to use the iron board for workstation. The shower head was terrible, it had Zero pressure and temperature was impossible. Everything in the bathroom is outdated including the room. The carpets are filthy. The positives-the pool is nice, breakfast is decent and the bed is comfortable. The proximity to Kentucky Expo is perfect but the area is sketchy. As the front desk informed us, there is lots of homeless in the area. Proceed with caution. I would not recommend this place.

Jeremy is excellent hotel staff. Breakfast staff and food excellent. Gym is non functional, broken equipment and broken glass. Gym needs a camera for safety. Outside is unkept and dirty. Service technician work is dirty. Handicapped parking often used by staff with out placard. Overall it needs proactive care so residents also take care of property. An abandoned suv with flat tire left on property for two weeks.

Not very good elevator was out and people were getting stuck. The phone in the room was dead so couldn't call front desk,remote to tv didn't work. So for 300$ a night was kinda of a rip off.

The room had roaches. Plumbing fixture in tub broken,pool closed, no available house keeping to get more towels and supplies. Had to haul my dirty towels to front desk to get more. On our last day couldn't get more towels. Was told housekeeper would deliver. Never came. Had to go down to desk again with my dirty towels and finally got them. Not staying here again!

We got a room with a jetted tub in it and the bathroom was disgusting as far as the jetted tub and the surround are lamp in our bedroom was smashed other than that everything was okay breakfast was good I did like the fact that dining is on the third floor they had a very nice pool they had a gym only the treadmaster work though the weights not sure what's wrong with him looks like they're missing a pen so I guess overall I would give them a six

Good things first- very nice staff. Everyone was super friendly. Great water pressure. Clean sheets. Seemed fairly quiet except when someone loudly slammed into our door at 3AM. But… the floors in the halls and elevators were dirty, the doors in the elevator looked like someone spilled something sticky on them ages ago and it was still there. Our room had no blanket, no comforter at all. We asked for one and the lovely man at the desk tried to help but could only find a stiff ancient looking stained blanket. Everything is really old and looks like someone tried to fix things themselves. Which is fine if you do it right. 1/2 of the cabinets in our kitchenette wouldn’t open or were really hard to open because someone had painted them poop brown. Didn’t matter anyway as there was not even a cup or silverware to be found in any of the cabinets. Don’t understand why they even keep the kitchenette. The tub was a gigantic VERY old jacuzzi type tub. Shower gel for some reason was attached to the wall by the sink, nowhere near the shower. Sofa in the room was covered in stains. Mattress sunk down in the middle and looked quite old. Sheets were very cheap polyester type. The area is very industrial. Nowhere close by to eat. The hall smells VERY strongly of weed. And another guest told us none of the vending machines were working. As we were leaving I noticed the sprinkler in our room was wrapped in plastic as if to protect it from paint splatter. That is a safety issue. Room 309.

Property doesn’t look like the pictures, pool was not open, the outside looked creepy and the hotel lobby smells weird.

Getting stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes. Then after we got out it was out of service for hours. Lots of noise from slamming doors. Other wise the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpfull.

The room was filthy. What looked like blood splattered on the wall. The ceiling leaked in the bathroom from the room above.

roaches in room crawling around, also one dead in the bathroom sink next to the bug fogger spray they left in, very dirty, questionable stains, very bad smells, rough area with sketchy people and homeless, not much to eat around, just bad will never stay here or in this area again

This hotel was disgusting. We requested to change rooms 2 times! The entire floor reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The shower was moldy and dirty. The bed linens were covered in stains.

I wish that I could share pictures. the door to the room looked like it had been opened by the fire department recently enough that the hotel hadn't even pained over the destruction left behind on the door. it was scraped and bent above and below the deadbolt. the hinges to the door were a different color of white and the dead bold latch was loose - only screwed into the door. not bolted. again, i wish that i could post pictures. The hotel seemed to have had painted the bathroom while it was still humid, the paint was bubbling and peeling. The tub was lined with 2 totally different floor tiles caulked together. my toilet paper dispenser was splintered and shattered and not working. there were exposed wires under the sink. there looked to be a brown dried liquid on the wall and shower curtain - thought it was blood. i couldn't get an extra pillow because they were out. the hallways were unkempt and littered with trash. not joking at all. i paid $1400 for 4 nights and when i went to check the price for a room for just one night it was $77. don't stay here. I got ripped off and really want most of my money back. The clock was unplugged, One lamp was unplugged and the switch was broken, there was no phone to call the front desk, the chairs looked as if they came from the sidewalk. very used and ripped and faded. well used. the mattress was dirty and seemed to be unchanged. the surfaces were stick from some cleaning product and the floor was not shampooed.

Older building next to street hotel. Poor cleaning definitely will look better if cleaning service actually will do some work. Laundry room complete disaster.

Floors in our room were so dirty our towels and feet were black, bugs on the floor phone didn't work alarm clock didn't work dirt came out of the tub jets no milk at breakfast our room wreaked of cigarette smoke and we had a child with us. soda machines didn't work and when asked about it staff told guests it was a 3rd party problem and they couldn't help. Definitely wasn't worth the $300.00 we spent.

This hotel was dirty. The elevator had plastic bags and chips all over the floor which was not cleaned up for approximately 11 hours. Even when it was cleaned, it was still full of pieces of chips. The room was nice except for the lamp shade was covered in, what I assumed was juice. It looked like blood at first glance so there was no way the cleaners did not notice this. There was piles of plaster from what looked like a maintenance repair on the outside of the building. The front of hotel had lots of garbage scattered around and looked very untidy. I canceled a future booking for 10 days later and booked somewhere else.

This place is falling apart. And there is no way the room was cleaned before we arrived. Poop in the toilet, hair in the bed, trash in the garbage can and the floor was covered in debris. Use any steps instead of the elevator....smells like a weed farm. (Which, was the best part about this property)

Bathroom was gross. Took a video of a bug in the bathtub. No chairs at the business work station in the room. Would have left if it hadn’t been prepaid.

I never request refund but who do i need to talk to about requesting a refund for my 2 rooms?!?! This stay was horrible. Tub jets were FILTHY in both rooms, crumbs were on the floor in 1 room, goldfish and what looked like a blood stain were in the carpet of the other room,some hairs on the toilet seat, as well as a bunch of disgusting looking white stains in the couch cushion so luckily we didnt even utilize the sofa bed. We didnt even notice these things until this morning, as we got in to our rooms very late in the night and were exhausted so we just laid down and went to sleep.

Couple places to eat around there was good. It was ok to sleep there. It was convenient to get to places.

We stayed in this place for a basketball tournament and I would not recommend… beds were awful! The tub was dirty I had to clean it before we got in! Very badly needs updated the entire place! Pool area was the only thing I would recommend to people the pool area was very nice and warm!

For the price this was a very pleasant hotel. Being right beside the interstate I expected a noisy room. We were lucky to get a room on facing the back and it was quiet. The breakfast was a standard fare of eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuits. It was warm and bland as expected but a little salt and pepper made it good. Never got to try the pool but there were others that did frequently. The room was very roomy, to the point I was looking for a couch to be missing from it. The shower had good pressure and was hot. I will be looking to book this on my future trips to Louisville.

Super convenient for access to the University of Louisville. Facility in need of remodel, noisy, close to the interstate. Breakfast was fine and overall met our purposes.

This hotel is old and pretty outdated. The rooms are adequate but our non smoking room smelled strong like smoke. The double beds are very small and just average regarding comfort. The temperature of the room is very difficult to manage, as it was always too hot or too cold. It was also incredibly noisey all through the night and we were awakened several times late into the night by noisey guests. For the price, I definitely would not stay here again.

The carpet was wet. Internet doesn't stay connected.

Hotel is a bit run down, but has good bones. Got granite countertops and an electric stove. Area of town is super sketchy. Directly off the highway, but not loud in the room. Good stay

Property in severe need of an update although why would one renovate a terrible property location - right off the interstate exit ramp, requiring hard braking on the exit ramp to turn onto street of hotel. Interstate truck noise was bad. Dark brown carpet and drapery = dreary room. Repairs like caulking done very badly. Broken plastic toilet paper rod. One lamp w broken nonexistent switch. No control of AC in the room.

Had everything we needed for our quick overnight stay. Needs some updates though.

The jetted tub did not work

I have stayed in a lot worse. The room was clean. The refrigerator worked even though it was wobbly the microwave worked good. Over all we would stay there again. The service was very good. It is an older building so you get what you pay for., it is close to the airport so yes jets fly over low all night long.the parking lot was clean and i didn't see anyone loitering around.

The property is comfortable, but the reception is poor and front desk staff are often rude.

While on my trip the plans were changed and we needed to do an early checkout. Instead of two days, we only needed the one night stay. I spoke with the clerk when I checked in and she told me to contact Expedia. So I contacted Expedia and they told me they were unable to contact the hotel due to "bad connections." They instructed me to talk to someone at check out and ask for a refund for early check out. The hotel, when I checked out, told me they could not do that, it had to be Expedia contacting them and making that arrangement. So I am now stuck for a night's stay that I did not use.

Only had maid service once and I had to request that. Service at front desk was good. TV was not working but got it fixed.

I have this property 5 ⭐️ because of John the manager and the over night work name Jeremy. These 2 men made my stay more than average. Their customer service was top tier and I appreciate how informative they were and making me and my daughter feel safe. We were in Town from Houston Tx for a tournament. The rooms could be cleaner and updated a bit but it was average.

The propterty was basically clean but very much in need of updating, and replacing furniture in rooms and in lobby. 'The window drapes were torn and in need of replacing. The bed spread had holes burnt into them. The spray on the "kitchen" sink did not work. The place added $100 dollars to the bill for "unspecified" incidentals. Which I view as an unadvertized . upcharge on the room since they adveritzed it for a lower price. They would not make any acceptions to the upcharge accounding to the front desk folks. They only clean the rooms every 3 days, I can live with that, but no coffee refiles for the room machine, I ask up front and they didn't have any to give me.

Not clean at all. We had to clean the room ourselves in order to feel comfortable staying. Didn’t smell good, and had to wear indoor shoes to keep feet clean. The online photos for booking this hotel are misleading. Best part was front desk service. All shifts were nice people.

The staff was very helpful, the front desk made our family feel welcome and even joked with the kids (10&11). Breakfast was a good variety and had healthy vegan options as well. Everything was presented up front and there were no surprises. Quiet even though right by the highway, you could not hear outside until it rained.

I had the absolute worst hotel experience here! The staff was incredibly rude during check-in, and they were unaccommodating regarding our reservation, giving us the wrong room type and attempting to charge extra fees to my card. The rooms were in the worst possible condition: dirty, damaged, smelled horrible, and were generally unacceptable. We canceled our reservation and checked out literally 20 minutes after checking in. The only positive was that the manager contacted me the next day to apologize and confirmed I would receive a full refund. I strongly recommend removing this hotel from your website so no one else has to go through a similar terrible experience.

Not a great place for a family. Nothing against the staff or facility. It just attracted to many homeless people and drug addicts. The facility is next door to a homeless shelter and they are free do anything to they want outside of the hotel.

Hotel was safe and secure, but it is directly off of the interstate ramp ,and across from the hotel there is a homeless camp. In the parking lot while unloading the car we came a crossed a use needle thank God it was capped.

The price was right. The breakfast is great. The area around this hotel is kind of rundown. The freeway is nearby but did not notice the noise from the traffic when in the room.

Saturday night someone tried to bust into my room. Then they rolled around in the hallway screaming for around an hour. This place is not terrible condition, but it is not a safe place to stay.

It was fine. A place to sleep. The room itself was clean I didn’t notice anything. The hotel itself was dirty. There were a lot of homeless people present outside of the hotel, across the street. I saw a man sleeping outside when I first arrived.

Room smelled like it had been smoked in. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 on first day. We had to leave at 6:40 and it was still not open.
