Well, this probably is the worst front desk service I have ever received. Check-in counter a pregnant woman who really didn’t want to be there, barely acknowledging me and such an unfriendly demeanor that I was concerned speaking English was not allowed at this establishment. No greeting, no welcome, no information offered if I didn’t ask and when I did she looked irritated. Stayed a night; parking cost me 60USD. Could have stayed right down the road, with free parking, much friendlier people where part of my family stayed. There seemed to have been no one from management for me to address the issue in person. Anyhow, although Hilton Newark will never be on to stay at place, I would suggest the necessary guest service training is required. I totally understand we don’t always feel like being at work especially being that pregnant but it is neither be the concern staying guests, nor should it be a reason to be so unwelcoming to the very people help pay your salary. During checkout, I spoke to an African American woman that was a bit more pleasant, who greeted me when I got closer to the desk. I made sure to wait till she was free to approach the desk. Newark Hilton will never be for my family or for a business stay.

Since was only one nigth, they give a room with poor air conditioning well its was not a nice experience. I could not sleep well and pluss if i take my time to make a complaint about it I will be less time for me to get some sleep to catch a flight that morning
