Stayed 1 night

We stay for one night and room was spacious and clean. The staff was very busy and helpful but they maintain professional. No problem parking the car but I would suggest that parking lot should’ve been repaired/repaved due to it has large potholes and some you can’t see it until you drove over it. Overall great sleep, quiet hallway and will stay there again.

Arrived late in evening. Staff was rude. I got to my home and heat was blasting at 85 degrees. Changed setting to cool room, but AC never worked. Morning formed staff and they said it would be looked at. Arrived later evening and nothing fixed or even a note.

The first thing that you should know about this place is that you shouldn’t drive there. I did but it seems their main business model is renting parking spaces to people who don’t want to pay for airport parking. As a result, they’ve got a huge parking lot. I spent 15 minutes looking and finally found a parking space literally 1/4 mile away. I know that because I measured. The next thing that you should know is that if you arrive late, they assume that you’re not coming even though you guaranteed the room and would be charged for it X number of days in advance. However, in the past, I’ve had employees stay there who showed up late, and they told that were no rooms for them because the hotel had sold them to somebody else (even though they were guaranteed and paid for). So I called the hotel around 6:30 PM last night and advised them that two employees and I would be arriving near midnight and please make sure we have our three rooms. The lady who answered was very nice and said she would “save“ the reservations. Why would she need to save the reservations? One more thing is that the rooms, while nice, do not have a coffee maker setup, which is almost unheard of for a Marriott property. Lastly, I stayed there five months ago and I remember this pothole in the parking lot very near to the hotel itself that was probably 10 foot wide and as much as 6 inches deep. On my walk back to the hotel, with my bags from my parking spot, I saw that that pothole was still there. I’m done.
