Felt like a Prison room was so dirty pipes busted and broken bathroom filled with black mold tv broken floors dirty they have absolutely no housekeeping the owner that takes payments at the front seat IS THE HOUSEKEEPER just to save on money and sometimes she’s rude OVERALL these people do not care about anything other than making money and I feel like this motel could get shutdown seeing these conditions AND THE DOOR WOULDNT LOCK YOU COULD OPEN IT BY PRESSING THE LOCK the lock was outside the door meaning that you could put your fingers and gently press and it would open I would not recommend staying here at all

First of all I’m handicapped and none of the rooms were handicap assessable I’d have to walk upstairs to get to a room which I cannot do. I looked at one of the rooms that was filthy. The parking lot is unsafe and there is a dispensary for drugs and needles right on the parking lot. The owner manager said I could walk up the stairs which I can’t do and refused to cancel my reservation so it took me six hours on the phone trying to get through to someone to cancel this reservation before I wish so I would not be charged for for three days stay , unbelievable that Expedia would put on their website to recommend it. The sign out front mirrors on the ceiling are available.

absolutely horrible place, they have reconverted an old building into a motel with 0 facilities and ameneties, there are insects and trash everywhere

I have stayed in hotels, motels, and Airb&Bs all over the world (including 3rd world countries where I stayed in remote areas), and I have slept in the field for weeks and in Army barracks- the worse of those places was like living in luxury compared to this cesspool. The try to exhort 40 dollars in cash from me during check in. The steps to the 2nd floor and the balcony rails are so rusty you are better off not touching them. The whole room was so dirty that my feet were black just from walking to the bathroom- which is about 6 steps from the bed. The bed pillows everything was dirty and smelly. If I hadn't arrived at midnight after 14 hours of work and had to be on the road by 7 AM I would gone somewhere else. But I stayed. Worse decision ever. I slept over a camping blanket I had in my car. At 4:30 AM a pimp and two women started screaming. I thought it was a fight. They were just so high that their "fun" conversation, and loud music woke everyone up. You could hear other guests screaming at them to shut up. This lasted until they passed out around 5:15 The place is a hellhole and a very unsafe place. I'm a US Army vet and I know how to handle a tough crowd, and I was worried I would have to fight my way out of that rathole. Block them from your site. As a matter of fact, I'm reporting this place to the police and health department.

What a hole. Dirty walls, carpets, and sheets. the Bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and mold everywhere. the rooms are no bigger than a walk in closet. the queen bed took up the ENTIRE room and could only sidestep around the entire room and bed. the neighborhood is dilapidated and the motel is right off the highway with prostitutes and drug deals taking place right outside .

This was AWFUL!!! The person at the desk spoke not an ounce of English. Police tape was everywhere and the stairs were so rusted that I thought I was going to fall through numerous times. Not to mention, there was dried blood on the ceiling and some random person walked into the room at 1am scaring me so I was unable to go back to sleep after that. Never again. AWFUL

This was an absolutely horrible experience , to the bugs , nobody at the desk , dirty sheets , no tv , stunk , bed bug spray sitting on the ground , noisy , big rats just hanging outside . Very disgusting .

Old outdated moldy atmosphere with intense odor of smoke. Burn holes in bed cover&pillow cases, hair in bathtub, broken uneven floor tiles, shower knob easily fell off, tvs still not working as mentioned in previous guest reviews.

There was dead roaches in the bathroom, the room was tiny, the bed squeaked, no shower curtain in the bathroom, and the sheets were filthy!!! Never staying there again, I actually left after 30 minutes being there

They only gave a pillow when they asked for two, they told me they were remodeling, and so the cheap price, the sheets were dirty, the duvet was burned by cigarettes, the tub was full of mold, a single towel and dirt. It's a thought that EXPEDIA HAVE THIS 0-star hotels.

It was a three night stay. Room super small. TV not working. Dirty towels, only two towels exactly. Room smelled really bad. Bed not comfortable.

There was no mirrors, room felt like a closet and bathroom was like a closet inside a closet. Tv had no reception then randomly turned on and flipped through channels. It would not turn off so I had to unplug the tv. It’s next to a very busy street so it’s very noisy. There was like a 1 inch gap under the door so nose from outside was heard loudly. Initially comment was very alarming to be asked for a $40 cash deposit. The room I received for my $100 was small, and resembled a prison cell. The paint was peeling and there were points in the room that suggested cleaning was half-assed at best. Looking at this room, I could not decide if I wanted to sleep in the bed and risk getting bed bugs or just prop myself up against the wall.

Horrible! Booked one type of room, get in there and the door is broken. Did not lock from in or outside. Go to the front desk. Man comes up to the room and keeps trying to play with the lock that is clearly broken. Finally, I asked for a new room to which the man replied, “This is the best room in the motel.” He then proceeded to move me to another room which looked like it was a closet. Two twin beds, a bathroom with no toilet paper or sink. The door didn’t even have proper locked and could’ve just been pulled open. I didn’t sleep all night. It was just an overall terrible stay. 0/10, would NEVER recommend.

The room I was given had cockroaches in it, it was right next to a busy road, and the staff was helpful but always felt like I was inconveniencing them by even showing up. The wifi connection in this place is extremely slow BUT there are fast food places nearby and some bodegas where you can do necessary shopping, get food and get good wifi.

The first room I was in the door did not work. Meaning it never locked and anyone could get inside if they wanted to. Then the next room they put me in was very dirty from the last person who stayed there. There was still food in the fridge, flies and roaches everywhere, the bed was not made, the TV didn't work, and clearly there was unfinished renovations to the whole room (especially kitchen and bathroom area). I probably won't be staying here again.

The workers are great.

Was unable to even get access to my room there was never an attendant! The outside was dirty with random disheveled people walking around! Then unable to get a refund ruined my entire vacation

I do not recommend anyone to go here, the rooms are completely different from the pictures. The people at the front desk are rude to you, the rooms were not detailed and clean, the TV did not work, the bathroom and towels were dirty, there was hair on the bed and the floor, the air conditioning did not work, there was a bad smell in the room, a complete disappointment

The worst customer service ever. I booked online and got there and the television , WiFi or the remote didn’t work. I walked back to the front desk and explained that I would have never book here if I knew the conditions and circumstances beforehand. The front desk lady laughed and said I’m sorry and pointed to the no refund sign. The room and the bathroom was dirty. I was not given a towel, or wash cloth and there was no soap in bathroom at all not even a little complimentary soap. There was no trash can in room.

Property ended up sending us to another property Motel 6 Elizabeth and that one was horrible. Dirty and full of roaches. Reported to the front desk and they cancelled my reservation.

Shower was too dirty to use. Rooms below me on the first floor smoked pot all night long. The smell was relieved from my vehicle parked right outside their room about two days after the property is located right on a main strip outside of a stoplight. I felt like I was in New York City.

The stay was very much terrible and the location also is too risky to stay where the hotel owner doesn't care about the travellers and i am not satisfied with that stay where they are not refunding the money back as well.

Trap house. I’ve never stayed in a worse room/motel/location! I checked in @ 1pm, showered & left before 4pm.

Only stay here if you can't afford to stay anywhere else. I didn't want to touch anything, the toilet wouldn't flush at all, the traffic noise was unreal. The guy who checked me in was nice and that's the only good thing I have to say.
