Best Western Inn at the Rochester Airport

Parking was ok. The parking spaces are very close together, so it’s very hard getting luggage out without hitting a car next to you. Staff at check in didn’t really talk at all. Just asked for my name and gave me my key. At breakfast they had a bread box with 4 pieces of rye bread, 4 pieces of white and blueberry muffins. They had a few pieces of bacon, eggs and cereal. I went to go get coffee and it was empty. I heard another guest ask an employee for more coffee to be made. And got no response. Mind you there was still another hour of breakfast. I don’t know if it’s some kind of cleaner or deodorizer that they use, but the whole building smells like men’s cologne. It’s so overpowering, I couldn’t stop coughing whenever entering the halls. The rooms were dated, which is fine. But could be cleaned better. There was black hair inside the sheets on both beds. The comforters were stained. The tissue holder had some kind of gue or something sticky on it. We were only there for a quick overnight, but I expected a little nicer for $200 a night.

Very easy to find. Staff was great. And a special shout out to Kris the shuttle driver! He was amazing to us both drop off and pick up. He’s amazing !! Will always stay at BW when we fly out of Rochester

Rooms are always clean and the s5aff is courteous and helpful

Room was clean, staff was friendly... Continental breakfast was not the greatest...the juice machine was not working.

The staff was very helpful and the location was across from the airport
