Bed was too soft, definitely worn out and sunk into the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable and when I asked to be moved to another room with a firmer mattress I was told that all mattresses were the same. No elevator to the second floor, stairs only

Right off the bat I was required to put down a C-Note cash deposit because I live a certain distance from the hotel. The parking is tight and there is only one entrance and exit. The room was okay but it was dated.

Room was clean but the tub didn’t drain. The water was up to my ankles during my 10 min. shower. I did not report it because this problem must have existed for some time and was not addressed, so why should I waste my time. As with a lot of lower cost motels, there wasn’t an elevator. I think this should be noted prominently in the listing. While I am not disabled/handicapped, it was most difficult to carry my heavy luggage up stairs one step at a time.

Not enough parking when they were full. Hair drier was rusty and inoperable but left on the wall anyway. Plug was missing from bathtub. Other than that, everything was fine. It’s cheap and clean enough.

The room itself looked nice upon entering, but upon further inspection we noticed several things that made us feel unsure about the level of cleanliness. The side of the toilet had what looked like some kind of dirt all over it. Our sheets had what appeared to be pet hair on them. We ended up further inspecting the linen and found that one of the pillow cases had a yellow stain on it and one of the sheets that was layered underneath the top sheet had a HUGE yellow stain. It definitely made us question how well the staff cleans after each guest. The fridge also did not work. I had put some leftover food from dinner in it and when I got it back out I noticed it was room temp. Overall I guess the moral of the story is you get what you pay for. We chose this place because it was cheap but still looked nice in the pictures. Next time I'll sacrifice the extra money for somewhere a bit nicer/cleaner.

First room had roaches and second room was filthy. There was hair in the bed on shower walls, and trash under the bed headboard had fingerprints and so did the tv. You could tell that they didn’t clean anything, just remade the bed with dirty sheets. The best part I think was the dog hair in and on the bed. They actually got mad and refused to switch us rooms to a clean room and was mad that we asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves. Management was informed the next day and all they said was okay. Did not care at all. I felt like we should received or money back or a discount but neither was offered. I guess this hotel doesn’t comprehend that some of their guests don't live in filth. Completely unacceptable.

The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t care for is I would prefer the shampoo be in a small container and that there be a bar of soap. Other than that I have no complaints. It’s a nice room.

The picture that is included on the listing is not even remotely close to what the room looked like. We had two light switches that were smashed and not working. They were mashed to the point where the switch left a gap between it and the wall plate itself. I didn't notice until morning, but there was an unusual amount of hair left in the shower. Super gross.

To say it was filthy would be an understatement. The bedroom floor was sticky. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Even the desk chair was COVERED in some dried sticky substance. There were crumbs, food, dirt and grime in every part of that room. When I took my morning shower, roaches crawled out from behind the motel-provided hair dryer. STAY AWAY.

The lights inside and outside the building are constantly flickering. The ones on the front door, in the bathroom; the hallways. There are no smoking signs taped to the wall in the lobby and yet the room smelled horrible of cigarettes. It was in the sheets even. The dog across the hall wouldn’t stop barking , fine. But even when it did the the people staying there were slamming doors all through 1-2 am. The place is disgusting. The floors in the bathroom had mold all in the grout/caulk. Room 203 to be exact. Did not feel safe there with me and my child alone. Will not ever go back.

The room was mostly clean and comfortable. It was definitely a smoke free room, which was good. I have a hard time sleeping with people moving overhead, but this time it was all of the lower level foot traffic, slamming of doors and talking loud in the hallway until about 1:30 am. This hotel has a lot of live-in guests, so I guess they just make themselves at home and don't care how much noise they make.

Booked a 2 queen bed room. Got a 1 bed room. They did change me to the correct room. But, that evening the manager came to my room to harass me about the room because they overbooked. Floor was dirty. I don't like having to duck to get under the shower head, and I'm not tall (anyone over 5' tall will need to duck). I heard that there is new management. That may be the discrepancy between some of the good reviews and the conditions i experienced. The new management is NOT an improvement. Seems like they chose to go the cheapest possible route rather than give customers a pleasant experience.

Good stay overall. I was awakened at 3:30am from loud rap music I think from the room next door or possibly a parking lot close by. It went on for about an hour. Extrememly rude people wherever they were. Luckily I got back to sleep.

I would have given them a much better rating had it not been for the bed; it was terrible. I’m a veteran road traveler and the absolute issue for me is the bed quality. I usually stay at hotels in this price point and am disconcerned with esoteric amenities, but the bed has to be right!

I have to say getting someone to call you back was horrible! We had this trip booked and something changed 3 hours after cancellation time. I contacted the Hotel multiple times to see if anything could be done. I was more upset that no one would call back then the fact I had to pay regardless of the stay

The desk person opened our room door with out knocking, had to restrain our dog. The coffee pot didn't work right. They did have a parking space able to park our truck and trailer. The air conditioner in the stair well was broke and the stairwell was uncomfortably hot.

The room didn't have toilet paper when I got into the room. I went to the office and tried to contact the attendant who had stepped away. Ringing the doorbell and calling the phone number didn't avail in contacting the attendant. She finally showed up after 15 to 20 minutes. The room was okay and the tv turned on but there was no network connection so I couldn't watch anything.

I booked through Hotels.com and they did not tell me about the $100 fee when booking. The used a 3rd party to book the room and I didn't know it. They only told me about the fee after booking. The woman at Red Roof told me she would cancel the room and it would be up to the 3rd party to refund me. Now the 3rd party is saying Red Roof is not going to refund me. So someone is lying. She said Red Roof does not issue the refund the 3rd party does. And they say Red Roof issues it. You all are a bad company. People are homeless and needing food and you all want to keep money from someone so they can't eat and find another hotel to sleep. This poor customer service and also poor morals when they make several thousand dollars daily and monthly while we suffer. Shame on you for lying! Shame on you for not issuing refund! Greed will not prevail and God will handle this!

Customer service was the best ever! I left my iPad behind and the hotel staff was able to mail it back to me promptly and didn’t even charge me for shipping. It’s rare these days to have people that cared! Thank you and I highly recommend this hotel.

Loud music blasting, couples screaming at each other over their drug use made for a long night. Smell of weed through the building, and the room smelled like smoke. I ended up moving rooms at 1am because of the arguing and loud music on the first floor, which could be heard at the front desk, but they didn't do anything. Area very sketchy, there are other budget one night hotels, find another place.

The room was dirty, stains on the walls. The floor wasn’t well cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was loose, broken. The website said breakfast was included but on check in I was told that due to “off season “ breakfast wasn’t available. I would not stay here again and would advise my fellow travelers against it. The staff was however friendly and welcoming. It’s time that Red Roof inspect this property.

It was clean except for our air conditioner filters that were black with nasty! I always check those first thing because I have breathing issues and a paralyzed vocal cord that nasty enhances and although advertised free breakfast included, they had only coffee available
