The layout of this property around their saltwater lagoons was excellent. The ability to slip into the lagoon and enjoy a swim from your own private deck was awesome. The evening view over the lagoons was delightful too. Every activity was easy to access (archery, shooting, billiards, bikes). Spa and massage services were excellent. Food selections at the various restaurants and room service was delicious. Every staff member was exceptionally polite and gracious to us. Will definitely return for future stays in Cebu.

11月18日から妻と2人で4泊しましたが、雨季と言う事で天気を心配しましたが結局昼間はずっと晴れててラッキーでした。また閑散期なのか宿泊者も少なく、ゆったり過ごせました。 施設ですがプライベートビーチは狭くてイマイチでしたが、広いラグーンやプールが沢山あってそれで充分楽しめました。しかもラグーン脇の部屋へ滞在したのでラグーンへ階段でそのまま降りて入れて良かったです。 部屋はキングベット1台あってもまだスペースがあり2人なら必要十分な広さで、清掃も行き届いてて毎日クリーンナップしてくれます。浴室はシャワーとバスタブが分かれて良かったですが、バスタブがちょっと狭いですかね。 スタッフはとてもよく教育されてるようで、皆明るく挨拶しキビキビ動いててとても気持ちの良い対応でした。 食事はホテル近辺に気軽に行ける所が無いので、ホテル内のレストラン4軒で食べましたがイタリアンのカニのラビオリと、ルート66のハンバーガーが特におススメです。 SMシーサイドモールへのシャトルバスが出てたので行って来ました。 行きは空港着が23時頃、帰りはホテル発6時だったので、往復ともホテルのプライベート送迎1台700ペソを予約しましたが時間指定も出来て良かったです。 プライベートビーチがイマイチだったので星4つですが、全体的には満足できる滞在でした。

Fantastic hotel with an incredible lush setting around a lagoon. Walking distance to a small beach with great snorkeling. Room was clean, spacious and really comfortable. Service was amazing. Shuttle around the property for luggage delivery and to access all of the restaurants and amenities. Spa was beautiful and relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again.

Resort was very clean, and the spa was amazing. We visited during the off season, so they seemed to be somewhat short staffed, and many amenities were closed. The lagoon and pools were great but there is very little beach access, and the beach is not the best for relaxing.

일단 리조트 내에서 모든 것을 할 수가 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 외부로 나가는데 어느 정도 시간이 있으며, 접근성이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 수영장과 그에 어울리는 풍경 등이 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들의 서비스도 만족스러웠고 청소도 만족스러웠습니다.

2025年6月、雨季ですが、たまに雨が降るが比較的すぐにやみます。 ホテルは、客室の目の前はラグーン、隣の海にすぐ入れます。ホテル内は1周約700-800mで徒歩移動orバギーが走っているので乗って移動できます。 ○サービス：困っていたらすぐに声をかけてくれるので、助かります。日本語が話せるスタッフが１名はいました。 ○場所：空港から距離がある。ホテル専用バスは１人片道200ペソ。約40分。 ○良い点 ・到着後にウェルカムドリンク１杯あり。 ・朝８時前に到着したが、部屋が空いていたらアーリーチェックインさせてくれる（無料）。 ・ラグーン（プール）は入り放題。滑り台や飛び込み台は時間制限あり。→定期的にイベントあり。私は45分間くらい水中エクササイズに参加しました。 ・有料アクティビティが充実。私は、ゲームセンター、射撃、パラセーリングをやりました。 ・食事もホテル内でOK→夕食２食。 ・SMシーサイド行きバス：１人片道100ペソ（10時ホテル発→14時SMシーサイド発/１日１便）。 ・以上で、追加料金は15700ペソ＝約40,500円。 ・ホテル入り口で検問があり、セキュリティ対策はバッチリ。 ・街中からホテルへの帰路はgrabを利用できる。 ○課題点 ・食事には困らないが、少々高額である。街中だと１名１食500円ほどで満腹になる。 ・コンビニ・お土産屋もあるが高額である。街中のスーパーで買うことをおすすめします。 ・蚊が多い。虫除け対策必須。 ・ホテルから街中へ向かう際、grabが来ないエリアであるため、ホテル推奨のタクシーを利用する必要がある。 →白タクシーが安いがぼったくりされること多いので、メーターを回しているかちゃんと確認する必要あり。 →黒タクシーは安全だがやや高額である。 全体的には素晴らしい施設で、また行きたいです！

프라이빗 비치가 있고 방도 예쁘고 방에서 바라보는 수영장이 기가 막힙니다. 오직 사진만을 위한 여행이라면 이 리조트는 너무 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다. 다만 방에 바닥이 너무 너무 더럽습니다 절대 맨발로 다닐 수 없구요. 1번 수건으로 닦아 봤는데, 지저분한 게 너무 많이 닦아 나와서 비위생적이고 불편했습니다 방에서 계속 신발을 신고 생활 했습니다, 심지어 신을 신발이 없다면 100페소 의 판매하고 있었는데, 그냥 바닥을 닦아 주는 게 좋지 않을까 싶습니다. 사진만을 위한 거라면 강추합니다. 조식은 별로였 습니다

Staff at Plantation Resort were excellent. We were very well looked after during our recent 3 night stay. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a beach front room. After check in, we headed out for lunch to one of the many restaurants. When we returned to the room, we had a basket of drinks to fill our fridge and baked goods from the onsite bakery. Room was clean and facilities were excellent. My only criticism is the time for the arrival of food and the small portion sizes for the price. At all the restaurants, it seemed to take a long time (40-60min each time) from ordering. By that point, we were starving and were served very small portions of each dish. We started ordering a side of rice or something extra once we realised this. The resort is very self contained with not much close by for tourists so you will likely no need to leave until check out.

I highly recommend use of the spa facilities as the treatments are relaxing and the staff is great. A bit more ease in transportation would be great, more shuttle time options. Stay was a great experience but cleanliness of the lagoon/pool was below par as slime was very much noticeable at the time. However, the hotel is still undergoong massive repairs during my very brief stay in fairness to the management. I commend the staff’s very attentive and courteous behavior that exceeded my expectation. Food at the buffet was mediocre.

I was very impressed with the lush tropical vegetation, the beautiful salt water lagoon that anchors the property. Love the attentive staff. There were a couple things not working properly in my room one of which was the AC unit but they took care to fix it right away.

This property is very well laid out around the central saltwater lagoons. Our room had a deck with stairs right into the lagoon for swimming and relaxing after hours. The "Shower Tower" was phenomenal. Probably the best you will ever experience in a resort or hotel. Restaurant and activity options were abundant and enjoyable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat on future trips. And will be returning for a 2nd stay later in the week.

Great hotel with great facilities and excellent food options and restaurants. We also did the massages which were great. Loved the pools and the different activities around the resort. The only thing that kept me from giving this a 5 star review is the beds. They were quite uncomfortable and not very big for a family. Considering the price and the resort being 5 star resort they should be providing premium bedding

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. Many Pros to be said about the staff and the resort. The resort was comfortable and clean. All the staff was respectful, helpful, and inviting as well as professional. Keith, Margarie, and Jose were absolutely amazing. They offered awesome service and made our stay extra memorable. the only down side for us (which is personal preference to be fair) was that the beds in our room weren't not comfortable and we lacked getting good sleep but overall I still give 5 stars and will be back again soon.

Check in was smooth and staff seemed very friendly. However we had some issues: 1. One of us wasn’t feeling too well and only wanted soup for breakfast that one of us will bring to her in her room since soup was not in the room service menu. The staff at the restaurant told us that for them to make that provision, their nurse had to assess our companion first. Just to order soup. They eventually relented and prepared when we told the restaurant supervisor/manager that 4 of our groups were doctors and didn’t that was necessary. Otherwise our friend would have been charged for the soup and the medical assessment. 2. During our first day I was told the the complimentary drinks in the fridge were refillable, then took that back when asked for refills on our 2nd day. 3. I understand that they want a ‘quiet area’ for the entire resort, but to actually confiscate my cellphone when I tried to bring it inside the gym when I forgot to bring my EarPods think was too much 4. They charge 50Php for a small bag of ice cubes when it’s free in almost all hotels I’ve been to. 5. Because we were a large party, we were told that we need to personally go to the restaurant to reserve, pre-order, and pay. It’s not enough that you call to reserve or order by phone. You have to go to the facility. I’m not sure why they can’t charge the meal to the room.

Staff at Plantation Resort were excellent. We were very well looked after during our recent 3 night stay. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a beach front room. After check in, we headed out for lunch to one of the many restaurants. When we returned to the room, we had a basket of drinks to fill our fridge and baked goods from the onsite bakery. Room was clean and facilities were excellent. My only criticism is the time for the arrival of food and the small portion sizes for the price. At all the restaurants, it seemed to take a long time (40-60min each time) from ordering. By that point, we were starving and were served very small portions of each dish. We started ordering a side of rice or something extra once we realised this. The resort is very self contained with not much close by for tourists so you will likely no need to leave until check out.

All the staff in the accommodation were very, very friendly and sweet. In particular, the attitude of the receptacle at check-in is important enough to determine the first impression of the hotel, and the first impression of this hotel was good. We stayed here for a family vacay last Jan. family of 5 with 2 small children. When we first walked-in, no one acknowledged us, nobody greeted us and nobody offered help with our luggages. We just arrived from the airport direct flight from LAX. Everyone is tired and I just wanted a smooth check-in. But the lady in the front desk, not so friendly, not even smiling, gave me a hard time, fill-out more forms, more paper work, etc, which I assumed I already did since I booked through Expedia. Since there’s 5 of us with 2 minors, they wanted me get extra room. They strictly only allow 4 person/per room! They don’t take any exceptions! Now I have to book another room just because we have exceeded their limit per room. To make a long story short, even if I asked to speak with the manager and explain our situation, if they can make an exception because I have little kids, no manager was available to speak with us and no one accommodated us. No good customer service, no one helped us with our luggages and not handicapped friendly! No wheelchair accessible and ramps for us to use. We have to put our wheelchair back in the car. Not good! Place looks old but our family wanted to give it a try but this is how they treated us! No Thanks!

開放的で広いプールはすごかったです。レストランも多く、ビリヤードや卓球が無料で時間が余ったときには時間つぶしができました。難点があるとすれば、ホテル周辺にはなにもないので、ホテル内の施設以外を使おうとすると、タクシーか200mほと歩いたところからトライスクルに乗ることになります。

11月18日から妻と2人で4泊しましたが、雨季と言う事で天気を心配しましたが結局昼間はずっと晴れててラッキーでした。また閑散期なのか宿泊者も少なく、ゆったり過ごせました。 施設ですがプライベートビーチは狭くてイマイチでしたが、広いラグーンやプールが沢山あってそれで充分楽しめました。しかもラグーン脇の部屋へ滞在したのでラグーンへ階段でそのまま降りて入れて良かったです。 部屋はキングベット1台あってもまだスペースがあり2人なら必要十分な広さで、清掃も行き届いてて毎日クリーンナップしてくれます。浴室はシャワーとバスタブが分かれて良かったですが、バスタブがちょっと狭いですかね。 スタッフはとてもよく教育されてるようで、皆明るく挨拶しキビキビ動いててとても気持ちの良い対応でした。 食事はホテル近辺に気軽に行ける所が無いので、ホテル内のレストラン4軒で食べましたがイタリアンのカニのラビオリと、ルート66のハンバーガーが特におススメです。 SMシーサイドモールへのシャトルバスが出てたので行って来ました。 行きは空港着が23時頃、帰りはホテル発6時だったので、往復ともホテルのプライベート送迎1台700ペソを予約しましたが時間指定も出来て良かったです。 プライベートビーチがイマイチだったので星4つですが、全体的には満足できる滞在でした。

此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。

일단 리조트 내에서 모든 것을 할 수가 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 외부로 나가는데 어느 정도 시간이 있으며, 접근성이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 수영장과 그에 어울리는 풍경 등이 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들의 서비스도 만족스러웠고 청소도 만족스러웠습니다.

This was an amazing stay experience. ABSOLUTELY beautiful place, many and diverse amenities and activities. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Amazing spa facilites. Only downside is that it is located away from Cebu City itself with it's airport and ferry terminals. That location adds 1 to 2 hours travel time (and costs) to those locations as well as other "day-trip" excursions off-property.

Staff at Plantation Resort were excellent. We were very well looked after during our recent 3 night stay. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a beach front room. After check in, we headed out for lunch to one of the many restaurants. When we returned to the room, we had a basket of drinks to fill our fridge and baked goods from the onsite bakery. Room was clean and facilities were excellent. My only criticism is the time for the arrival of food and the small portion sizes for the price. At all the restaurants, it seemed to take a long time (40-60min each time) from ordering. By that point, we were starving and were served very small portions of each dish. We started ordering a side of rice or something extra once we realised this. The resort is very self contained with not much close by for tourists so you will likely no need to leave until check out.

It was an amazing experience at Plantation Bay and any feedback I have does not reflect a negative view but for awareness. The no tipping policy is great and even without it the service is top notch. Very impressive. The food options feel somewhat limited and I wouldn’t say I would stay for the food. The best aspect of the food was the morning buffet and there are so many options and a theme each day changes. I would have preferred to have some more casual options with lower price points but you do get quality food at a higher cost. There is not a microwave in the rooms so any left overs had to be heated up in the children’s play area.

물놀이 좋아하는 사람들에게 추천! 수영장이 무려 9개나 있다고해서 바로 예약했는데 11월 평일인데도 라군사이드룸 조식 불포함 1박에 30만원이었음. 룸에서 수영장에 바로 뛰어들수있는 워터엣지룸이 유명한데 이 방은 홈페이지로만 예약 가능함. 홈페이지에서는 라군사이드와 8만원 정도 차이 났었는데 체크인할때 문의하니 반값으로 알려주셔서 바로 업그레이드 함. 객실 타입에 따라 건물을 고를 수 있으니 내부 지도 검색해서 미리 원하는 건물/위치를 파악해서 가는 것을 추천. 미니골프장,테니스,배드민턴,암벽,사격정,놀이터,게임장등 부대시설이 많고 이동할 때마다 전동카 불러서 타고 갈수있음. 자전거와 카약은 1시간 무료인데 사진찍기에 좋음. (노잼이고 카약 모서리가 날카로워서 긁혀서 피남 ㅠ) 프라이빗 해변이 있는데 너~무 얕아서 수영장에서만 놀았음. 수영장이 많고 미끄럼틀, 다이빙도 있고 중앙 수영장은 24시간이라 너무 좋은데 너무너무 넓다보니 엄청 깨끗하진 않은 듯(아침마다 소독함). 사실 세부는 밖에서 할게 많고 리조트 주변에 아무것도 없어서 1박이면 충분할듯.. 밥이나 술은 비쌌고 칵테일이 너무 맛없어서 밤에 그랩불러서 나가서 밥&술먹고 왔음. 직원들이 타 리조트 대비 엄청 친절한 편은 아니고 일처리가 느림. 또 수영장을 계속 왔다갔다 해서 방이 물바다가 되는데 객실에 슬리퍼 없는거 엄청 불편함.. 그래도 1박 너무너무 재밌게 잘놀다왔음..!

I have traveled to the Philippines a few times. This was the worst food I ever ate. Absolutely horrible. The bar also had a 3 drink limit. If you like to eat and drink go to the Bahamas. This place is cheap and the food is awful an the pre mixed 3 drink max is stupid, We ordered food out and are looking to stay somewhere else till we leave

Our experience was not good. Despite booking a King size bed we found we were given two double beds. No King size beds available. The restaurants were snack bars and cafes. No bars, evening drinks in the main cafe only. Most of the food items we tried to order ‘were out of stock, Sir’. We tried all the restaurants Kilamanjaro, Fiji Japanese and Route 66 diner. All the food was very average but had 5 star prices. Food just about OK. Breakfast for me was eggs and omelette on toast every morning because the Mexican breakfast, Chinese breakfast then next day Italian breakfast were honestly terrible. Would have been nice for a proper international buffet? All the staff were polite and friendly but they had no authority to make simple decisions….just sorry Sir. We tried to get our late check out that we requested on check in, sadly they told us sorry the hotel is busy we can’t do that? When I spoke with the duty manager he just told me he was very sorry but we could extend for a few extra hours with a Php 3000pesos plus fee? No thanks ..everything seemed too much trouble. I can’t understand why this hotel has a five star rating? When I asked the check out staff they told me it was the owner that gave it that rating. If this was given truthfully an average 3 star rating it would be correct. It wouldn’t ever achieve a 5 star hotel from a International auditor. Don’t waste your holiday or money booking here…try one of the main named 5 star hotels. Check out the other poor reviews?

Mistake booking this hotel. Amenities ok but food not great and waited 30mins in a queue for breakfast despite being advised to arrive at 09:30 to avoid queues. Then food was stopped 20mins after sitting down. It is a holiday park in a hotel for families like butlins in the uk! Awful if you don’t have kids.
