The staff are great, we love the hotel and have stayed there multiple times. However, on this occasion we noticed that the room was not so clean. There was a lot of dust on the floor near the window area so one day I dropped a used bath towel on the floor in that area so that the cleaners will see the dust when they pick up the towel…they made up the room but left the used towel (and dust) on the floor! Other than that it was a good stay, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and we will be booking a stay again next time!
