My husband and our dog loved our stay. The location couldn’t be any better if you want to be near the beach. Great area for leisurely biking and running. The hosts were very friendly and let us use the beach chairs and umbrella! Very enjoyable place to vacation.

Great property! Our second visit. Would definitely come again. One of cleanest places I’ve visited. Very friendly property manager and neighbors. Very welcoming. Appreciated that they had beach equipment even though we had brought our own.

There was very little kitchen supplies like trash bags, Saran Wrap, cooking supplies,. Also the oven is very antiquated. Would have preferred a more updated kitchen. There were also 3 cats at our door every morning begging for food. It was very disturbing. I felt bad for them although I am not a cat lover.

Great location, friendly neighborhood, neighbors & property manager. Perfect little porch for morning coffee. We parked the car and walked everywhere for the long weekend. Highly recommend this perfect getaway for anyone looking for a sweet escape!

Was a peaceful little home to come back to after a day in the busy town of Wildwoods. Kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking basic meals and there was plenty of linen provided. The hosts of the property were very generous with providing beach equipment/gear for the stay. Kiwis Cottage was the perfect home away from home for my family.

We had such a great time at Kiwi cottage! Checking in with Denise was super easy and the fact that parking was included was a huge help. Denise went above and beyond by lending us a beach cart so we could carry all our things down to the beach, beach towels, and even a tupperware container so we could bring fruit to the beach. The location of the cottage was perfect. It’s only a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. We met a couple of the neighbors who were all friendly and helpful. When we came back from the beach after having checked out, they even let us rinse the sand off with the hose in the driveway before we started our drive home. Overall a great visit and would love to come back!

Very accommodating with beach toys, chairs, awnings and carts. Property was very clean, well furnished and decorated. Located very close to great restaurants, beach entrance and boardwalk entrance. All one block away. Highly recommend for a small family.

This house was just perfect, immaculate & comfortable, and a very short walk took you to the ocean and boardwalk. Everything necessary was provided to make your stay as stress free as possible. The front porch was heaven! We sat there every morning and evening and in-between when we could. And having a driveway to park in made it so easy to go out and know you had a place to park when you returned. This has to be one of the best places I've stayed at and would return without question.

The Kiwi's cottage was ADORABLE, clean, and very affordable. Especially for being so close to the boardwalk! Denise was extremely friendly and responsive! We would absolutely stay here again! This was our 1.5 year old's first vacation and first time sleeping away from home, so we were very anxious about how he would do at night. The back bedroom with the fan running on the AC on low, and door closed for him worked out perfect! He slept great, and my husband and I were still able to stay up late and watch TV without waking him up!

It was a little small for 5 adults. I would recommend 4 adults max. There were neighbors that stay in the room right next to this one. They stay there for 7 weeks every year and made it clear that they are superior, so that was disappointing, but it didn't affect our vacation. Other than that, the location was great, the property was clean. We felt safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly, which was amazing.

The location was great, both to the boardwalk and the great ice cream place less than 2 blocks away. The house suited our needs. It is basically a bungalow so would not select if more than 4 people. And it is on the older, vintage side of things. So no modern amenities. The property manager lives next door and was very pleasant.

My husband and our dog loved our stay. The location couldn’t be any better if you want to be near the beach. Great area for leisurely biking and running. The hosts were very friendly and let us use the beach chairs and umbrella! Very enjoyable place to vacation.

Great location, friendly neighborhood, neighbors & property manager. Perfect little porch for morning coffee. We parked the car and walked everywhere for the long weekend. Highly recommend this perfect getaway for anyone looking for a sweet escape!

Impressed right from the start. Property manager greeted us at the door and was very helpful and polite throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Very accommodating with beach toys, chairs, awnings and carts. Property was very clean, well furnished and decorated. Located very close to great restaurants, beach entrance and boardwalk entrance. All one block away. Highly recommend for a small family.

Kiwi's Cottage was cute, clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Perfectly located near beach and boardwalk. Denise and her husband were super friendly, very quick to respond, and helpful. Highly recommend it for families, with or without pets!

The Kiwi's cottage was ADORABLE, clean, and very affordable. Especially for being so close to the boardwalk! Denise was extremely friendly and responsive! We would absolutely stay here again! This was our 1.5 year old's first vacation and first time sleeping away from home, so we were very anxious about how he would do at night. The back bedroom with the fan running on the AC on low, and door closed for him worked out perfect! He slept great, and my husband and I were still able to stay up late and watch TV without waking him up!
