Great older hotel of a bygone era Room was large but had no conveniences bathroom was large but had the smallest possible shower jammed in one corner Pool was wonderful and well kept But huge missed opportunity as there was no bar or food service. A drink on the balcony would have been fabulous as would some food options To me an opportunity missed, which could turn it into a much better experience

Would certainly be our first choice in the area again. Excellent quality lunch provided even though we arrived when this has officially closed, reception was very helpful. Breakfast similarly excellent, including the best salami I’ve had in a hotel. Really extensive grounds including a pool. Not a small hotel but it also had a charm which I haven’t seen in a hotel for decades.

Beautiful grounds, very clean room which was cleaned daily. Shower was on the small side and the hairdryer was prehistoric! Good service during meal times, waiting staff were very accommodating. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was ok, offered the same things each day. Lunch menu offering a good amount of options. Pool area was quite small for the size of the hotel and there wasn’t any parasols available which was a shame because it was very hot. Overall a good location and a lovely stay had by all.

Gli aspetti positivi sono stati: la camera comoda e ben riscaldata con utile cabina-armadiio, la vicinanza al centro storico (10 minuti a piedi) e la colazione dolce. Gli aspetti negativi: all'arrivo si accede alla struttura dall'area parcheggio che francamente andrebbe migliorata. In pratica il primo impatto visuale è negativo; il secondo giorno di permanenza siamo rientrati in camera alle 14,30, trovando il pavimento e i sanitari bagnati (segno che era stata rifatta poco prima). Abbiamo dovuto aprire il balcone per fare asciugare il pavimento per evitare di scivolare. Il bagno della nostra camera era senza finestra e con il sistema di aspirazione non funzionante; dopo averlo fatto presente alla reception ci è stato riferito che sarebbe passato un manutentore, ma il problema non è stato risolto.

Great location close to the city center but that's the only advantage. Don't be fooled by the view of the gardens and pool; very basic rooms. Smallest bathroom. Shower that even the smallest and thinnest person can't get into. Lukewarm water in the shower and no hot water at all! Breakfast is very basic. Cold omelette, cold coffee, no vegetables, just small, tasteless tomatoes. The simplest cornflakes. Dry cakes. Service that barely clears the tables. The hotel could easily be a 5-star hotel if they focused on repairs and attention. Too bad. Look for another hotel, it's not a 4-star hotel at all

Hotel a 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato con mia moglie. Centralissimo sia per una passeggiata a piedi a Martina Franco che per spostarsi nei paesi vicini.
