PP pro Tag 9 Euro ohne jede Gewähr ob es einen freien Platz hat oder nicht, sehr kleiner Pp im Vergleich zu Anzahl Wohnungen. Betten hätten unserer Meinung nach für diese Preis vorbereitet sein können! Platzverhältnisse für 4 Personen möglich bereits für 3 Personen sehr eng. Wandbett müsste jeden Morgen hochgeklappt werden, damit man problemlos vorbeilaufen könnte, direkt daneben steht ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen an dem man so nur knapp vorbei kommt. Kühlschrank öffnet nach vorne kann somit auch nicht problemlos bedient werden, da Tisch direkt daneben steht. Herdplatte hatt funktioniert, jedoch einen ziemlichen Sprung. Balkon angenehm, jedoch nur 3 Stühle vorhanden. Empfang war nicht gerade herzlich, viel mehr als ein wiederwilliges Bonjour gab es nicht. Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht, Strand sehr schön, alles Sand und mit Kindern sehr toll da man weit raus stehen kann.

Buona e cordiale l'accoglienza, l'alloggio non era particolarmente pulito ed era privo di biancheria ,problema rimediato dal personale. I copri materasso non erano stati cambiati. Buona la posizione rispetto ai centri di interesse e comodo il parcheggio di fronte al residence. Non c'era la piscina che invece viene pubblicizzata.

Comfortable holiday in reasonable accommodation. Residences are at the top of a hill making it a stiff walk back from town and shops especially for older people and not so fit. Small swimming pool and deep with no shallows.

Très bien situé entre deux plages, côté Antibes 8' à pied ou Juan 12' Appartement 6p confortable et propre, rénové récemment. Bonne literie. Kitchenette fonctionnelle, il manque juste un vrai four pour réchauffer une pizza car le micro-ondes grill est peu efficace Vaste terrasse avec vue sur mer magnifique, tables et chaises Une ou deux chiliennes seraient top ainsi qu'un rideau occultant pour la petite fenêtre de l'entrée ! Si vous venez avec votre voiture reservez impérativement un parking dans la résidence car il est quasiment IMPOSSIBLE de se garer autour

Mauvaise insonorisation ; on entend les voisins du dessus et d à côté. Confort ?? Banquette convertible en lit qui prend toute la place pour une fermeté discutable. Pour un studio 4 personnes, même seule ce n’est pas intéressant. L’absence de rideau de douche ou pare baignoire, oblige à se recroqueviller: c’était pas du tout agréable. De devoir nettoyer l’appartement au détail près tout en descendant toutes les poubelles et celle du tri: c’est contraignant mais pour être sure de récupérer la caution il le faut. Début Octobre, et la piscine microscopique était déjà fermée à Juan les Pins! Il n’y a pas non plus de local à vélo, j’ai dû à chaque fois le monter dans la chambre qui déjà était petite. Logement vieillot, terasse triste à souhait, et avec tout ce que j’ai écrit plus haut: non, je ne recommanderai pas cet endroit à un ami. J’avais jamais essayé un Pierre et vacances, bah je suis vraiment déçue. Absence de convivialité. A l’accueil même pas le journal, ni de quoi se restaurer. Obliger d’aller faire ses courses soi même.

Rom ok, bra med utstyr på kjøkken, rikeleg med håndkle. Men 1 toiletrull, so må ein kjøpe meir sjølv. Burde vore tilstrekkeleg til oppholdet (10dg) Basseng stengt utan at nokon i resepsjon visste årsaka. Litt for langt til strand, butikkar, restauranter. Men stille og roleg, stort pluss.

Was a lovely room however could have done with more than just one toilet roll for staying a week. Could have pre warned there was no room service to clean the rooms, change the bins. Also was disappointed the pool wasn’t like the pictures there wasn’t no water in it. However the hotel was very clean and quiet. I would stay again if the pool was open.

I totally recommend this property for your stay, it has everything you can possibly need. It is small tho, it’s tight for two people . Super safe, super clean ! Third floor , gated community. Sous le matelas une cuillère et des bourrés ! Le ménage n’est pas niquel ! L’accueil est très sale odeur désagréable dans les parties communes. Logement correct dans l’ensemble même s’il a fallu insister pour obtenir un sac poubelle absent dans la cuisine il et un deuxième rouleau de papier wc au cours du séjour ! Scandaleux de devoir insister au prix que l’on paye !

Avevo già soggiornato in questa struttura e mi ero trovato bene. Purtroppo questa volta non è stata all’altezza: pavimenti non spolverati bene, lenzuola macchiate e con capelli trovati tra le pieghe, vicini rumorosi, posto auto strettissimo che mi costringeva ogni volta a numerose manovre (c’erano spesso ingombranti furgoni parcheggiati), poche stoviglie considerando che era un appartamento per 6 persone (non c’erano insalatiera, ciotole, tazzine, altre pentole). Un peccato perché il posto è comodo per i soggiorni al mare ma serve più attenzione ai clienti.

Had bed bugs, Pee on blanket, towels were not cleaned from prior guests, You stay in a completely different building to where you check in at. Unless your willing to pay for parking its non existent. Definitely worth paying more for better which we did after one night.

This is a budget property so we weren't expecting luxury. However, the cleanliness of the hallway and the lift left a bit to be desired. The room itself was clean and this is helped by the fact that it's all hard surfaces. However, when we examined the mattress and mattress pad we found stains of a dubious origins. We were looking for bedbugs. We didn't find any, but the mattress and pad clearly weren't clean in our view. I don't t hink it would take a lot for them to address this issue. We ended up getting a different hotel and were not offered a refund or any sort of acknowledgement of what we found.

Hébergement propre mais il très vieux et. Propre, rien à dire. Le problème est de trouver la réception. Ce n’est pas bien marqué sur le site. J’avais l’appartement au rdc juste à côté de le sortie et de la petite piscine( résidence Lavande). Accueil est dans l’autre résidence Mimosa.

L’emplacement est top, entre Antibes et son ancienne ville et Juan les pins et sa plage. Vue du 4eme étage sur la mer parfait. Les moins, l’ascenseur en panne et l’isolation du bâtiment qui est vieillissante. Volet de la baie vitrée HS plus fenêtre peu isolante = réveil matinal par le bruit de la rue et la lumière. on sent bien l’air en mi saison idem avec le jour sous la porte. Mais l’appartement a été refait interieurement et la literie est bonne. Extérieurs à entretenir

Camera confortevole e abbastanza pulita soprattutto zona cottura. Presente anche lavastoviglie con kit per igiene. Manca però l'asciugacapelli. Accoglienza ottima la ragazza alla reception parlava anche italiano. Si arriva al mare con circa 10 min di cammino sia per Antibes che per Juan les Pins. Mauvaise insonorisation ; on entend les voisins du dessus et d à côté. Confort ?? Banquette convertible en lit qui prend toute la place pour une fermeté discutable. Pour un studio 4 personnes, même seule ce n’est pas intéressant. L’absence de rideau de douche ou pare baignoire, oblige à se recroqueviller: c’était pas du tout agréable. De devoir nettoyer l’appartement au détail près tout en descendant toutes les poubelles et celle du tri: c’est contraignant mais pour être sure de récupérer la caution il le faut. Début Octobre, et la piscine microscopique était déjà fermée à Juan les Pins! Il n’y a pas non plus de local à vélo, j’ai dû à chaque fois le monter dans la chambre qui déjà était petite. The property is good with good amenities and a nice swimming pool. But the Wifi in the room did not work from the time of check in till the time of check out. We reported to the reception multiple times. The wifi connection never improved. The wifi worked fine at the reception though.. Wifi is one of the amenities mentioned on their page in Expedia.. Is it a minor scam? Decide for yourselves...

Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return.

Appartamento piccolo ma ben organizzato e accessoriato. Bellissima la posizione che permette di raggiungere sia Antibes sia Juan les pins a piedi. Non è stato facilissimo trovare l'edificio giusto e una volta arrivati non c'era nessuno alla reception ma un numero da chiamare affisso alla porta di ingresso. Sarebbe stato utile avere già questo contatto in anticpo così da chiamare per avere indicazzioni piuttosto che chiedere ai passanti alle 10 di sera.

Hotell som passer dårlig for barnefamilier. Vanskelig å finne frem og sjekke inn, dårlig veibeskrivelse og skilting og uklar kommunikasjon fra hotellet. Rommet var rent, men manglet sengetøy. Det verste var likevel støy og bråk fra andre gjester. Det var høylytt festing og slossing som holdt oss våkne hele natten. Mangel på døgnåpen resepsjon eller noen form for vakthold kombinert med veldig utrivelig oppførsel fra andre gjester gjorde at vi følte oss veldig utrygge. Vil overhodet ikke anbefale dette stedet for andre barnefamilier.

Es gab leider einiges an der Unterkunft, was mich verärgert hat. Um vorab die Anreise abzuklären, war es sehr schwierig, die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren, da diese nur zu sehr eingeschränkten Zeiten erreichbar war. Auch eine Mailadresse war nirgends zu finden, über welche man die Unterkunft hätte kontaktieren können. Nachts hat sich ein fremder Gast in mein Zimmer verirrt. Ich hatte meine Tür abgeschlossen...was soviel heisst, dass scheinbar mehrere Schlüssel zu einem Zimmer passen. :-( Zu guter Letzt, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, sein Gepäck nicht im Gepäckstauraum vorübergehend zu lassen. Die Tür ist zwar mit einem Zugangscode versehen, jedoch hat das Personal und jeder Gast mit Staugepäck diesen Code. Mir wurden leider sehr wertvolle Kleider aus meinem Koffer in diesem Raum gestohlen. Es ist zwar meine Verantwortung, den Koffer ohne Kofferschloss hinein zu stellen...aber es hätte somit auch sein können, dass das Gepäck komplett entwendet wird. Es ist schade, wie die Menschheit drauf ist. :-( Die Unterkunft ist in meinen Augen nicht vertrauenswürdig und ich würde es somit nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in Ordnung. Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer mit Meerblick war auch ganz nett. Das ist leider das einzig gute, was ich berichten werde.
