This hotel is in need of an update in the worst way. Everything is. Old!! The supposed “handicapped “ room is a joke plus the closest entrance to the handicapped room has a 4” difference in height making it impossible to navigate a wheelchair through that entrance. Had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke smell. Second room had dirty sheets. Plus there is no coffee maker!!’ The bed is on a metal platform that sounds like you are in a tin can with each movement. Find another hotel.

I didnt travel with a pet. I booked this hotel because it had a pool for my grandson. The pool was closed and we had no heads up.

Rooms did not look as advertised in the pictures... clean but had a musty smell. Staff was friendly.

The room did not have a coffee maker,ice bucket or cups, the lobby did not have coffee/tea/hot water and no full hot breakfast all were listed as available on the website. Pool was "temporarily closed" looked more like permanently closed also listed on the website. The property seriously needs to update their website to reflect the TRUE amenities. The front desk person complainted to me about needing to use the rest room, but couldn't because her "boss was watching me". During my wait to check in a nervous lady was sitting off to the side, as soon as the patron in front of me completed her transaction the lady jumped up and handed the front desk clerk a $20 bill. What was up with that? VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will not be using your service in the future. I'm unhappy with the type of facilities you are representing. There are several other hotel reservation services to choose from, I will be using them from now on.
