Villa Fenaroli Palace Hotel

The place is beautiful. Definitely a palace. Very big rooms. Sparkling clean. But it is geared at event hosting more than as a hotel. No lobby. No bar. If there is an event - no restaurant and no room service. No cofee maker or kettle in the room. No coffe available at the hotel except for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was good, but waited 7 minutes in line for the only coffee machine.

Un séjour reposant entre la ravissante ville de Brescia et le Lac de Garde. Pas de piscine ni de spa mais un cadre royal dans une demeure historique. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables, le petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits acceptables. Le personnel est affable et avenant.

Flot og komfortabelt. Imponerende værelse, omgivelser og morgenmad. Ladere. Til el BMW virkede dog ikke og Tesla opladeren tillod ikke en BMW selvom vi havde betalt for en Tesla app.

l’italie comme ont l’aime authentique belle deumeure lit confortable petit déjeuner sur la terrasse très bien rien à dire ont reviendra le bar fermé à 23 h le serveur nous a très bien accueilli à 22h50 pour un très bon apérol bon emplacement au calme et pas loin de l’autoroute ont recommandé ont y retournera sans problème

Mi è stata assegnata una camera per portatori di handicap senza preavviso ed il bagno era veramente scomodo, privo di box doccia e bidet........non funzionava la climatizzazione.....e vabbè!! Ma ad una certo punto ho visto un insetto uscire da sotto le lenzuola così ho alzato la biancheria e non sto qui a dirvi le condizioni del materasso e del coprimaterasso!! Ero già stato al Fenaroli e mi ero trovato benissimo proprio per questo ho deciso di tornarvi..... ovviamente, per l'ultima volta!

Beautiful setting and hotel, with excellent greeting and service from all staff. Our rooms were perfectly presented, clean, very comfortable and spacious with good views from window. Excellent selection of breakfast items. I booked 2 rooms for my family of 4 for one night as part of our touring holiday around Italy. We very much appreciated the air conditioned rooms and the plentiful secure parking within the hotel grounds. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very impressive restoration of a large palace. Nice and clean large rooms and baths. Comfortable king bed. Very good breakfast buffet. Best stay we’ve had on our trip so far. Would gladly stay there again.

Stort sett grei service, harde senger, vanskelig å få god søvn på grunn av sengene. Frokost, så som så litt lite utvalg på frokostmenyen. Renhold var veldig bra, noe av betjeningen var veldi hyggelige og hjelpsomme, noen få var det ikke. Dette hotellet bør du ha bil når du bor på, vanskelig med kollektiv kommunikasjon.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. La facade de cette hôtel est le seul élément qui fait rêver. Dans la chambre nous avons retrouvé plusieurs insectes vivant (7 mouches et 1 punaise). Des mouches ont d'ailleurs volé la nuit. La toilette a coulé toute la nuit ce qui nous a empêché de dormir. Le déjeuner était simple et décevant. Il n y avait pas de couverture mais juste un drap sur le lit. L'hôtel fait plusieurs événements en plus d'accueillir pour hébergement ! Attention a vous, car on a pas été avertis de notre côté de ce genre de soirée. Le lendemain une brocante avait également lieu dans l'accueil de l'hôtel (ce que nous avons trouver très étrange). On avait réserver pour 2 nuits et nous avons décidé de partir après 1 nuit, ce fut suffisant pour nous. Évidemment aucun remboursement de l'hôtel même après notre mécontentement partagé et les insectes montrés

Super spacious and comfortable rooms. Very well decorated. Only issue is the noise in the back of the hotel in case your room face the road. Windows could have a better sealing.

Beautiful old palace, but they let people smoke. I couldn’t sleep due to the overwhelming smell of smoke. The furniture is shabby. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. I was exhausted after staying there.

Villa magnifique à l'échelle d'un palais. Notre chambre à l'arrière du palais étais bruyante car donnant sur une rue passante. Pour tout le reste le cadre de l'hôtel est somptueux.

Infissi privi di insonorizzazione, difficile poter dormire, continuo passaggio di auto dalla strada adiacente. La manutenzione potrebbe esser migliore, l’ asciuga capelli era danneggiato, la tavolozza del wc usurata e la bilancia pesa persone rotta.

Buonasera, personale molto gentile e disponibili Ci hanno consentito di rimanere in struttura nelle aree comuni anche dopo il check out consentendo a mio figlio di prepararsi per la scuola in attesa che arrivasse il momento degli impegni personali.

The reception was quick and inviting.

Although we were aware of location, issues with public transport meant I would hire a car next time. Beautiful building with wide corridors. We had booked a Junior suite with walk in shower due to my wife's mobility issues but on arrival we were allocated room 206 which was, in my opinion, a family room with no walk in shower. It had 1 king size bed and 2 made up single beds and no sofa/chairs. Took us a while to find the room as they had recently changed some of the room numbers but not changed the direction signs on the walls!!! My wife went down to query the room and was informed, the room was their biggest room. Their only room with a walk in shower was already occupied. My wife returned to the room not happy, we were there for 3 nights. I then went down to reception with your booking confirmation to show the manager and was given the same speech as my wife had received but I persevered and eventually was given the keys to room 111 to check. It was exactly what we booked, complete with sofa/chairs and more importantly, a walk in shower. Problem sorted but I get the impression we weren't the first people that had had this experience. Food in the restaurant was a little pricey but it was beautiful and staff were very attentive. I would recommend booking a table in advance as we saw people turned away on 2 nights. It will also depend out what other activities the hotel are hosting at the same time ie weddings, corporate events etc. Breakfast on the balcony was great

Un posto fantastico, con il personale di una gentilezza rara - tutti gentilissimi, ma in particolare l'accoglienza alle 23.30, il signore ha velocemente trovato il modo per scaldare il latte per mia figlia in camera mentre gestiva altri check-in alla reception. Grazie ed alla prossima!

We only stayed one night, however we were able to observe the professionalism and courtesy of the employees. The hotel, the room, the meals were beyond our expectations for the price.

Die Anlage des Hotel ist grandios. Schon die Anfahrt ist beeindruckend! Das Zimmer sauber, gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Blick in den Innenhof ist wirklich toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet super. Auch die Bedienung beim Frühstück, sowie auch an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das einzige, dass uns etwas enttäuscht hat, war das Restaurant. Das Essen geht soweit in Ordnung, aber die Bedienung entsprach nicht dem Niveau des restlichen Personals. (Beispiel: kein Nachfragen, ob das Essen in Ordnung war oder nach dem Weisswein, den Rotwein in das selbe Glas) Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne hier übernachten, jedoch ausserhalb des Anwesens am Abend essen.

The property was excellent, we enjoyed everything except the diner. The restaurant interior is boring, the service was bad and very slow (possibly because they were having two weddings that night), the menu was very limited and the food was not cooked well. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and everyone was disappointed. The breakfast is good, it gets crowded around 9am. I’d visit again without dining there.

Great location for this hotel and looks stunning. Room was very big and well appointed. Breakfast pretty decent, too. So far so good. But, I cancelled my second night. Why? It’s a wedding venue and the noise was indescribable until the small hours, even though my room was at the other side of the hotel! The bar utterly lacks atmosphere, draft beer and there’s a very limited food offer. There’s nowhere comfortable to sit. My room had a thin sheet on the bed, no duvet and it was cold. It’s as though they’ve a lovely building but no idea of how to run a hotel. Reception staff spoke very good English and were helpful. The barman was surly and disinterested, however.

Wat een prachtige locatie, een paleis om in te verblijven. Mooie grote kamers met alles erop en eraan. Locatie heeft een prachtige oprijlaan , helaas tijdens ons verblijf in onderhoud. Villa heeft zelf ook een restaurant maar in de omgeving ook voldoende restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Plats simples, sans renouvellement, bon rapport qualité prix, mais pas en correspondance avec l'hotel. Pas vraiment de restaurant à proximité. Néanmoins hotel à recommander.

Utrolig flot hotel med kæmpe gange. Meget vedligeholdt sted. Hotellet ligger dog ikke i et særligt hyggeligt område så der er ikke meget at lave udenfor stedet. Vi havde bare en enkelt overnatning og det var passende.

Location incantevole, da sottolineare l'attento recupero dell'edificio storico.Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel iniziando la vacanza verso il Trentino, posizione comoda per raggiungere i laghi, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la colazione impeccabile su una splendida terrazza 😊😊

- Expedia get directions gets you no-where. Then had to put the property address in Google Maps to get there. - Such a nice hotel, hope they had proper road to get it. Had to wash the car after the stay. - Breakfast was fantastic and nice terrace with view.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cette demeure historique pleine de charme. Les grandes chambres bien qu’un peu vieillottes participent au charme de l’edifice. Point de départ idéal pour visiter les lacs de Garde et Iseo, ainsi que Bergame, B rescia et Verone. On s'est pris pour des châtelains l’espace de quelques nuits. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est un grand moment de bonheur.

Dès la longue allée pour nous rendre à l\'hôtel nous retournons dans le temps. "Palace" est bien le mot. Tout simplement magnifique, autant l\'extérieur, les aires communes que la chambre. Le bain très confortable est un beau plus. Toutefois, le séchoir est un peu désuet et un petit coup de peinture serait bien. Le déjeuner est bien et présente une belle variété. Le rapport qualité/ prix est excellent. Seul bémol pour cet hôtel est l\'emplacement; très peu d\'attraits touristiques à proximité (outre le Lac de Garde à environ 30-45 minutes de voiture) et peu de restaurants.

Great breakfast

Very nice old-fashioned hotel with a lot of character. Clean and nice and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices (the best we have had in Italy ever). The only downside was the dinner we had, a 3 course + a 2-course dinner with dessert. The food was very average and the service personnel didn’t even know how to place cutlery in a proper way.
