The hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the lake. The room we got had a balcony that faced the roof of the inner courtyard. The room was spacious, and lacked electrical outlets for charging phones. The hotel has free parking and free internet. Breakfast is mostly served at the table by order from the menu.

Excellent service, beautiful spa, good location clean room. If they would add a fan, mosquito net on the patio door, to enjoy the breeze without getting bit, and a water kettle to boil water, in every room, i would give them a perfect 10

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description on Hotels.com. We booked a family room, but it looked nothing like the modern rooms shown in the listing. Instead, it was outdated, with old wooden furniture and a completely different style.      The overall experience did not justify the high price we paid. We expected a modern 4-star hotel, but instead felt that the hotel was misleadingly presented online. The photos and description created expectations that the actual room simply did not meet. We also experienced several issues: - The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the floor was sticky. The toilet smelled of pee and it was not cleaned. - No bathrobes or slippers in the room upon arrival. - No designer toiletries, only a basic all-in-one soap dispenser. - No Nespresso machine, even though this is highlighted in the hotel description. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it at this price point.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean, and we appreciated being given a one-hour late check-out. A few things were disappointing, though. The gym concept is unusual: there are only cardio machines, and using weights requires booking a personal trainer session. This wasn’t clearly explained and felt unnecessarily restrictive. The hotel was also very quiet during our stay, so it was surprising that using the pool for just one extra hour after check-out required an additional fee. A little flexibility would have made a big difference. Breakfast felt quite expensive, and we missed having a refrigerator in the room, especially as there is no air conditioning. A practical note: avoid room 302 (and possibly the rooms on the same side). There is a designated bee habitat nearby, and many bees came into the room whenever the balcony door was open. The spa concept also felt somewhat disconnected. There seemed to be many treatments available, but there was very little information about them, making the wellness area feel less accessible than it could be. Overall, a good stay with nice facilities, but better communication and a bit more flexibility would improve the experience significantly.
