Elements Resort Zell am See

Really nice stay. Nice room, well equipped kitchen, nice wellness area with outdoor heated pool and saunas.

My partner and I loved this hotel. From check in to check out, the staff were extremely friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had very good pressure. The room had good lighting. The room was a little warm, but it was ok with the door open (except for the huge mosquitos). Very good sized room/bed/bathroom. We were on the ground floor (room 5). The patio area was nice, we sat there and looked at the stars. Free mini bar on first day was unexpected (water/coke), and free water on checkout was unexpected as well (will definitely be recommending this place!) The laundry facilities! Out of 25 hotels we've been to in Europe on our trip, its the first to have self-service laundry, that works (Miele appliances) and is free (2 euro for detergent or BYO). Dryers took twice as long as "express" time said though. The spa facilities were great (saunas/quiet areas/pool). It would have been good if the sauna was heated up by opening time but it's summer, I guess not many people use it. Very relaxing. Would love to come here in winter. The breakfast was nice, omelettes/scrambled eggs were tasty, good selection of pastries, fruit, juices, coffee. The free car parking was very useful too. We received a summer card to use at check in, which gave us free access to a lot of things! The buses, cable cars, Kitzsteinhorn (panoramabahn, saved $$ not doing the 3k-konnection car), panoramic ferry in town, was great! Thank you! I hope to come back!

do not ever come to this hotel!!!!!!!! . the hotel is in an industrial place and we did not like it at all.the beds are the worst ever.the gym had 50 degrees with no AC and no water.we aksed to shorten our stay from 4 nights to 2 but the hotek manager refused and kept us in the hotel feeling like we are in prison.we had a few more people screaming on the front desk and we hope that people who read this will avoid this terrible hotel

Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations.

Personal sehr nett. Empfang und allgemein fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Frühstück alles da, Abendessen 4 Gänge super, alternativ immer Pizza möglich (falls mal nichts dabei ist beim Hauptgericht oder für Kinder). Wellnessbereich gut, Saunaaufgüsse stehen zur freien Verfügung bereit, Außenpool angenehm warm. Lautstärke etwas hoch, Pool ist nicht vom Entspannungsbereich getrennt. Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Breakfast was good, with multiple options, but as the place itself is not so big, neither are the eating options. Parking outside was good (did not see the garage), lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, well connected (as wellas a small touristy area can be) and worst case is a 45 minute walk to Zell am see center. We enjoyed out stay and would come back for another visit

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and had good facilities. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, hot food cooked to order and of good quality. Wir waren als Familie das erste mal in Österreich und haben mit dem Elements Resort die beste Wahl getroffen. Aber absolut mega gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer ( eher kleine Wohnung) einfach top von der Einrichtung. Der Stil ein Traum. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, von Geschirrspüler über Kaffeemaschine. Und das Highlight eine Saune am Bad dran. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer alle absolut freundlich. Das Frühstück besser geht es nicht. Der Pool auch absolut Top. Wir würden das Hotel immer weiter empfehlen und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen ! Danke für diese tolle Woche

We stayed at elements for three nights and were upgraded to a terrace apartment when we arrived. A lovely surprise room and facilities was superb especially the spa area and the outdoor pool. Great breakfast as well and fantastic bar man who my partner befriended on the trip. We decided at last minute to extend our stay in Zell am See after falling in love with the place and thought we would try another hotel but it we stayed in the grand and it did not compare to elements. By far the best hotel in Zell am see

housekeeping and cleaning was not good . only done once during a week had to empty bins ourselves s

One night stop over in Austria. Big nice up-to date room and quite clean. Only some small dust under the beds. The hotell kitchen were not far from the room and some food-smell were able to reach the hotelroom.

A stunning hotel, modern, well appointed rooms. Very clean and the restaurant dining was superb. The staff are the stand out, so, so helpful. Complimentary overnight parking in secure underground car park. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. It’sa must.

Beautiful hotel, lovely views. Great place for a summer holiday. Lots to do in the mountains and a very bustling lively little town. Plenty for adults and kids entertainment wise. Rooms very modern, really clean. Lovely pool. Really nice food. Would definitely return.

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich toll. Frühstück, das gebuchte Zimmer alles wirklich sehr gut, bis auf die sehr unbequemen, weichen Betten.

Wir waren zu 3. in einer Suite und im ersten Blick sah alles toll aus, war es auch. Aber das Bett war leider unbequem, zu weich/ sehr weich. Die Äpfel aufm Tisch haben einen nicht so angelacht. Es gab eine Wasserflasche aufs Haus. Das Badezimmer war echt top und gut ausgestattet. Was absolut ein No Go ist, wir haben das Jahr 2024 und der Fernseher ist eine Katastrophe. Kein Smart Tv, keine Hdmi kabel, kein Screensharing. Nicht zu gebrauchen. Spa / Pool und Saune waren auch top. Frühstück war bis auf den Kaffee auch sehr gut.

Lækkert fint og moderne hotel, vi havde et stort værelse/lejlighed til 4 personer (fam med to teenagere). Det ene sæt senge var en sovesofa, størrelsen var fin ( 180x200) men den var nu noget hård. Ellers var alt meget lækkert! God morgenmad, pool, parkering, og generelt bare en super beliggenhed til ture rund omkring. Vi fik Summer Card udleveret, dét var super, og er fx adgangsgivende til stort set alt off. transport og liftsystemer i området. Klar anbefaling herfra!

Everything was excellent, but the restaurant staff need training in ethics to know how to deal with customers and the style of speech.

The hotel is an immaculate boutique style resort (but with spacious rooms). The breakfast is great and we had dinner in the hotel one night and it was delicious. Lovely spa and close to the ski lift, but what made the hotel was the staff, so friendly and helpful. Loved this hotel and would recommend it.

Excellent service with top quality from arrival ti departure. The MD & team made the stay 5 star feeling. Our dog was welcom and the team out a dogbed in the room. If we ever go to Zell am See again this hotel is the only hotel we Will chipsen.

Service und check in Mitarbeiter leider nicht besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks sind in dieser Preis klasse leider unter den Erwartungen bzw. Standards. Der Wellness Bereich ist zwar neu, aber leider eine laute Durchzugsstraße zum Pool

Fantastic accommodation. Not in the centre of town but the free train and bus via the Summer card made travel around the area easy.

Dss Hotel ist sehr schön insgesamt und die Zimmer großzügig geschnitten (Familien suite gebucht). Man muss wissen dass die anderen Gästen teilweise dinge deutlich anders machen wegen der Kultur und es ist nicht zu erwarten dass sie beispielsweise wissen wie mann mit eine sauna umgeht. Tur wird offen gelassen, kinder rein und raus, unterhose als sauna und bade Bekleidung benutzt usw. Positiv für menschen die gerne wandern und mit kindern unterwegs sind ist die nahe zum Areit express Gondel was im sommer karte inkludiert ist. Oben kann man den schönen "feuertaufe" pfad ablaufen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein echtes Highlight: lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit einer großen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist modern, stilvoll und sehr einladend. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der kleine, aber feine Spa-Bereich mit dem beheizten Outdoor-Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Zudem haben wir uns über ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade gefreut, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
