This is a great place to sleep in the town center. It was air conditioned and the bed was comfortable with 4 big pillows. I was visiting friends so this was a perfect place to sleep.

We were pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and the hotel is located perfectly for Grenoble old town. Unfortunately the WIFI is extremely unstable, constantly disconnecting. It was strong when connected but it dropped out every 30mins, sometimes when we were streaming, so this then used our data. Not good enough in 2022.

Prima Appartment, Bad WC getrennt, Küchenzeile zur Selbstversorgung sehr gut, alles sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr gut kontinental. Garage nicht wie ausgeschrieben auch an der Unterkunft, nur Parkhaus, teuer! Aber halt mitten in der Großstadt!

Points positifs : Bon emplacement, hôtel calme. Points négatifs : Odeur de cigarette dans les étages, chambre défraîchie, nos draps étaient sales et tachés (auréole d’urines, tâches rougeâtres). Le frigo était sale également. Par contre la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient propres. Décevant au vue des autres commentaires.

Por lo que respecta al hotel en sí, es correcto en general, teniendo en cuenta el precio. El emplazamiento es inmejorable. Pero la atención en recepción, uno de los empleados, un hombre, fue muy antipàtico. Tuvimos un problema y no lo solucionaron. Poca limpieza. en 5 noches, no nos limpiaron nunca la habitación.

Studio bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer quelques nuits à deux personnes. idéalement situé en plein centre, en revanche le parking n'est pas dans l'établissement mais un peu décalé à 2 minutes à pied. Studio propre dans l'ensemble mais quelques cheveux dans le lit et poils dans la salle de bain, le sol n'a pas du être nettoyé en profondeur non plus . Chauffage limité en température, un peu froid dans la pièce à vivre obligé te laisser la porte de la salle de bain ouverte grâce au chauffage du porte-serviette

Superb placering. I et værelse hvor der er alt det nødvendige og altid virker ! Morgenmaden er rigtig god. Simpel men mega god. Måske kunne de lige skrive at der ikke skiftes håndklæder under et ophold. Vi var der 4 nætter

The room we got was in desperate need of renovation and looked nothing like the pictures. A yellow plastic carpet 22" TV and rock-hard beds is nothing close to what was expected. Luckily we just stayed one night.

This is a basic older place. Everything was clean, and staff was helpful. The location is great. It’s close to a tram stop, restaurants and shopping. The bed was not comfortable.

La chambre très propre, petit déjeuner et services très bien vraiment. Depuis presque 5 ans tout les 15 jours je me rends à Grenoble et je viens toujours à cet hôtel Et je profite pour remercier la directrice de l'établissement qui est vraiment attentionné avec sa clientèle et toute l'équipe aussi, réceptionniste, personnel du restaurant, personnel entretien, ils sont tous vraiment très aimable et très disponible. Merci encore.

La chambre très propre, petit déjeuner et services très bien vraiment. This is a mediocre property with below-average service. It started poorly, with a locked lobby door that required a two-button click to get noticed by the hotel personnel. I did the two clicks sequentially, then simultaneously, but no cigar. So I called the facility, and a guy came out explaining that I did it all wrong because "you need to do it sequentially."! Once in, and I was finally checking in, the rather unpleasant guy was droning on and on about complicated rules and conditions of the stay, penalties for losing keys, etc. I finally get to my room, and the flooring is orange linoleum, and really cheap and old, damaged furniture. Not recommended at all.

Prima Appartment, Bad WC getrennt, Küchenzeile zur Selbstversorgung sehr gut, alles sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr gut kontinental. Garage nicht wie ausgeschrieben auch an der Unterkunft, nur Parkhaus, teuer! Aber halt mitten in der Großstadt!

Buona l’ubicazione, ottima la struttura, pulita e comoda. Un piccolo neo…a colazione mi è stato negato un cucchiaino per girare il caffè (il mio lo avevo usato per spalmare la marmellata) sembra proprio una limitazione, il giorno dopo alle 10.25 sempre per la colazione era chiuso (anziché le 10.30 come indicato).

Great location in quiet and safe side street. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast selection ok. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The carpets in the hallways look already very worn down and stained and Impression could be much improved by changing them. Overall for great value for money!

False advertising. This hotel gave us the dingiest room compared to other rooms in the hotel. When I asked them about it, they said that some rooms are old but it was never mentioned in the website. I had asked for a transfer and was told that i should have done during the check in process. How would I know? I happened to see the other rooms hence I questioned it. We were even asked to clean our room after checking out. First time I have ever heard this from a receptionist. Poor service!!!
