Während das Zimmer ein tolles visuelles Design aufweist, hat das funktionale Design deutliche Schwächen. Der Zugang zur Toilette erfolgt durch die Dusche, die Schiebetür zwischen Dusche und Toilette ist nur oben geführt und knallt unten beim Öffnen gegen eine Kante. Beim Duschen läuft Wasser ins Zimmer. Die Glastür zwischen Dusche und Zimmer in unserem Zimmer war schräg montiert, so dass sie unten am Türrahmen streifte. Die optisch schicken Lamellen sowie der Zwischenraum zwischen Lamellen und der transparenten Wand zur Toilette lässt sich schwer sauber halten. Das OKKO hat leider keine eigene Tiefgarage, was die Anreise mit PKW und Gepäck erschweren kann. Es gibt zwar zwei Plätze mit Parkverbot zum Be- und Entladen (Lieferanten) vor dem Hotel. Bei unserer Anreise wurden die Plätze aber als Dauerparkplätze genutzt, so dass es keine legale Möglichkeit zum Be- und Entladen gab. Die Tiefgarage schräg gegenüber vom Hotel, mit der das OKKO zusammenarbeitet, ist sehr eng, so dass man sehr vorsichtig rangieren muss, um Fahrzeug und Garageneinrichtung nicht zu beschädigen. Der Empfang und das Auschecken an der Rezeption war freundlich und einwandfrei. Auch das Club-Konzept mit Kaffee und Saft sowie Snacks fand ich gut.

Situé face à un centre commercial et un parc. Les services offerts sont excellents. Bel espace de rassemblement/dîner et terrasse.

2nd time staying for business in Okko Grenoble. The service & friendliness is exceptional. Breakfast quality is real good. The hotel encounter water supplies issues and they have to re-assign a neighboring hotel for me to pull through for 2 nights. and able to move back for the third night. The crisis management was excellent. Will return for sure.

The staff are friendly, helpfuo and professional. Club room is a great advantage and a lovrpy relaxing social space. Rooms are design led, compact but all the features you need, temperature, bed and light all great!

Excellent stay! Stayed for 4 nights. The 24-hour lounge is a very nice amenity and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again when I'm in Grenoble. Merci beaucoup for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Bella struttura, pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata, con open access all'area snack. Stanze spaziose. Possibilità di fare sauna, tapis roulant e cyclette. Presenza di un terrazzo e possibilità di parcheggiare in un parcheggio convenzionato. Receptionist cortesi.

Hôtel moderne, petite salle de sport et sauna accesssible sur de large horaire. Personnel très aimable, une excellente adresse.

Voyage professionnel, contente de la chambre spacieuse permettant de faire mon yoga matinal facilement, et de travailler au pc . Petit déjeuner nickel . Personnel aimable. Parking public fermé de l’autre côté de la rue . Salle de sports . Terrasse. Bémol sur isolation phonique des fenêtres , bruit de la Clim et taies d’oreillers qui grattaient.

Just wonderful! The staff, the large room (not the basic), the hotel location, the club, the breakfast. No onsite parking, but there's public parking nearby (special rates via the hotel). Highly recommended.

Fint rom, veldig deilige puter og dyner, slet litt med aircondition. Det var rent i selve rommet og badet, men fra badet kunne man se at det var ikke rengjort i de veggspilene… det la det litt gammel grums dessverre. Men all over fint opphold.

Très bien calme et propre

La chambre n’était pas très propre. Beaucoup de poussière et le sol taché. La salle de bain est un calvaire. On ne peut pas se doucher sans tout inonder.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. First couple nights were so cold and the heater was not working in the room. It was so cold in the room and we couldn't sleep becasue of cold, then the person who was trying to repair the heater brought us a space heater.We use it following nights. The room was was spacious but very poorly designed. There were no cabinets or drawers. Half of the room was empty. We had to keep everything in our luggages and that was not easy. The room was not properly cleaned, especially the floors were not properly vacuumed. There was left over dirt and trash on the floor from the previous guest, coke lids, hair, paper/napkin pieces. Those things were never cleaned up during our stay. The most annoying part was ,although we paid extra for breakfast to be included everyday, on the day we were leaving at 7:30am for the train, the staff didn't let us to take a banana and cup of coffee along with us. I think that was the most bothering part of the overall stay.

La déco, le confort, la literie et le petit déjeuner au top, un bémol pour le ménage juste correct, il ne faut pas regarder les recoins!

Points négatifs : - Salle de bain pas très propre, le nettoyage n'est pas en cause, mais l'évacuation semble mal conçue et les joints sont en train de rendre l'âme, et des odeurs de canalisation sont parfois assez fortes, étant que la salle de bain n'est pas vraiment fermé (bulle de verre dans la chambre) les odeurs sont rapidement présentes dans la chambre elle-même. - Originalité architecturale, vous devez enjamber le carré douche mouillé pour accéder au reste de la salle de bain, - Ascenseurs ne fonctionnent pas bien (vous font monter quand vous voulez descendre, et inversement) et sont très bruyants (si votre chambre donne face à l'ascenseur, le bruit devient vite gênant pendant la nuit) - Assez bruyant (tant coté jardin que coté rue), même au 5ème étage Points positifs : Très bon petit déjeuner, accès a l'espace "club" (grande pièce avec table et coins salon et des snacks à disposition). L'accès à l'espace "club" ne justifie pas le prix général, mais si les quelques personnes qui l'occupent en même temps que vous sont respectueuses du niveau sonore, ça peut être un endroit agréable pour travailler quelques heures). Si le cout de la nuit ne dépassait pas les 90 euros, tout ça serait acceptable, mais le double n'est pas du tout justifié.

Habitación pequeña. Baño incomodo. Tienes primero la ducha y luego la sala de baño. Si usas la ducha, ya no puedes entrar al baño. Al menos no con seguridad (resbalón seguro)

A very strange room design. You have to walk through the shower to use toilet or sink so unable to not tread in wet after a shower. Toilet is on view for rest of room especially for someone still in bed so no privacy. Room is very very small. Hard mattress. Could hear traffic all night and local skateboard park. Main reception area is large and friendly staff. Can help yourself to coffee etc. Parking is a short walk to public car park. It is ok for 1 night but anyone who has marked as 10/10 can't have stayed in anything other than a hostel before.

The toilets are in a glass box inside the bedroom with a few louvre slats. You have to pass through a shower to reach the toilet/sink. You can use the toilet while maintaining eye contact with your friends in the main room. Even better, turning the light on in the toilet at night is like appearing on stage and floods the bed with light. This is a hotel for single people / designed by an idiot.

El personal muy atento y agradable. La cama muy bien pero el baño era muy pequeño y además con paredes de cristal que, aunque recubiertas por unas lamas de plástico, dejaban pasar la luz del baño a la habitación, lo cual es muy molesto si tienes que usar el baño por la noche.

Es ist ein schickes modernes Hotel in guter Lage zur Innenstadt aber leider ist das Zimmer nur sehr winzig. Der Weg zur Toilette und zum Waschbecken führt durch das Duschbecken und einen Kleiderschrank gibt es aus Platzgründen gar nicht.

I selected the Mountain View again and the scenery is lovely in the day and night. The common lounge and restaurant area are welcoming

Je séjourne régulièrement dans les hôtels OKKO lors de mes déplacements professionnels et j’y ai toujours trouvé confort, services de qualité et une équipe à l’écoute. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, l’expérience a été décevante. Tout a commencé dès 7h, quand je me suis levée pour ma séance de sport : aucun appareil ne fonctionnait. Le réceptionniste n’a montré aucune volonté de résoudre le problème, ce qui a été encore plus frustrant que le souci technique en lui-même. Un peu d’écoute et de réactivité auraient suffi à apaiser la situation. Quant à Ilona, sa réponse désinvolte me proposant d’utiliser un vélo non branché m’a laissée sans voix. Peu après, les femmes de chambre sont entrées dans ma chambre sans vraiment attendre ma réponse après avoir frappé, alors que j’étais en train de me préparer — un moment gênant et clairement évitable. Enfin, avant de quitter l’hôtel, j’ai eu un rapide point de quelques minutes avec une collègue dans l’espace avec table. Nous avons simplement pris place, sans consommer, mais on nous a réclamé 5€ pour “le club”. Ce n’est pas le montant qui pose problème, mais le principe : après une matinée où tout semblait aller de travers, ce détail a sonné comme une ultime maladresse. J’avais passé la nuit sur place, nous avions dîné la veille au restaurant de l’hôtel… nous n’avons privé personne de cet espace. Je reste fidèle à la chaîne, mais j’éviterai cette adresse à l’avenir.

L’hôtel est sympa avec le service club, la chambre est plutôt propre. Par contre, gros point négatif : le service de chambre qui frappe et ouvre la porte avant l’heure du check-out (12h). On a l’impression qu’ils mettent la pression pour libérer la chambre… Impossible de faire une grasse matinée et de profiter des dernières minutes de repos : ils sont venus deux fois, et en plus la femme de chambre a râlé parce que je n’avais pas encore quitté la chambre. Elle m’on mis de mauvais humeur dès le matin aucun respect pour la clientèle .

Le personnel j’ai appelé car j’avais des resas qui se suivaient on m’a dit pas de soucis je suis arrivée personne était au u courant bref .. pas pro

A fantastically nice hotel with a fantastic service-oriented staff, with one important exception. Unfortunately, the breakfast service lowers the overall rating considerably. You pay extra for breakfast. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00. We arrived at the breakfast room at 08:15. By then the bacon and scrambled eggs were already gone. The breakfast staff apologized and said unfortunately there were no more. At 08:30 the small plastic jars of yogurt were gone and at 08:45 the croissants were gone, as well as most of the bread. We waited for refills for more than 15 minutes but nothing came. There was chatter and laughter from the kitchen as we left. There was too little of everything, refills were too slow or absent altogether and the breakfast staff were disinterested in their work and provided no service. It pissed me off and I left in a bad mood. Not a great way to start your day!!

Refus remboursement suite erreur de saisie de date. Pas commercant ni meme proposition de report ou changement de date. J ao perdu la totalite du prix de la chambre... c est franchement pas correct.

Le personnel n'est pas vraiment FRIENDLY (sauf le réceptionniste). Des Boissons et des snacks sont très limitées par rapport à la dernière fois. (C'était ma deuxième fois dans cet hôtel. la première fois, tout était mieux que cette fois-ci.

Well located, comfortable, friendly hotel in Grenoble

Très bien situé. Stationnement facile à proximité. Accès facile à pied pour la zone touristique.

Dejligt stay over i Grenoble på vej til Antibes. Hotellet er centralt beliggende med nem adgang til centrum.

Service, facilities and location was excellent. Easy walking to restaurants and sights. Parking was conviently located.

Hotel moderno, muy bien situado, frente a la Universidad de Grenoble y a menos de 10 minutos a pie del casco antiguo. Atentos, serviciales y eficientes.

4 chambres pour la famille et une nuit à Grenoble sur le chemin du retour de Briançon à Paris. Dommage , le restaurant n'était pas opérationnel le soir et nous avons dû diner ailleurs. Au moins, ce serait bien d'alerter et de prévenir avant l'arrivée à l’hôtel

Stannade en natt i Grenoble och bokade detta underbara hotell med mycket bra service. Fräscha rum med spännande inredningsdetaljer. Parkering till specialpris i parkeringshus rakt över gatan. Tillgång till kaffe, juice, kex mm i ”öppet gemensamhetsutrymme” - en del av deras sätt att vara hållbara. Behövdes inga kylskåp på rummen. Bjöd på ”snacktallrik” tidig kväll. Allt detta ingick i rumspriset. Bra frukost.
