Positive: table and 2 comfortable chairs, large room Negative: internet, room phone and ice machine were not working. Ceiling is low in the bathroom; I am 5'3" and could reach the ceiling when I was in the shower; anyone over 6' would hit their head. Front lobby is locked, and guests need to talk to a clerk who has a heavy accent through a portal that distorts speech. On my next trip, I'll stay at another hotel in NLR.

The bedding had stains and the facecloths were dirty. These should be changed out. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and only worked sometimes. They should get this issue fixed with new modems. The price was cheap, but this hotel could do better. Also there is no lobby access. Simply a window behind glass so it felt very uninviting. It was a cheap one night stay.

The property is ok for the price the main issue i had is they require a 30 dollar cash deposit and you can't get your deposit back before 9am. We tried checking out at 730 but had to hang around till 9 to get the cash back.

Parking was good. Heating was excellent

Only significant complaint that I have is that I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke and had an ashtray in it. Another small issue is that they ask for a $30 cash deposit in advance that they hold until the next day for potential damages. Although that is not much money, most people don't carry cash nowadays, and they should allow a small hold of $30 on a debit card.

Are surrounding property is quite run down. Check in through a glass window from the vestibule. Lobby locked out - no access.

When we checked in, the clerk (who, by the way, was very hard to understand) told us that there is a $30 CASH deposit due. He said it was for damages and would be refunded after the room was inspected. He wouldn’t take a CC for this deposit. We checked in at 9PM and didn’t have $30 cash with us! It was very frustrating. He finally allowed us to go to our room without paying the deposit. Keep this in mind if you stay here- they don’t advertise this on the website, but there is a sign at the check in window. Other than that, the room was fine. The A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable , and the shower was hot!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff (the one guy at the reception desk) was helpful and courteous. We were stopping for one night on a long drive from Texas to Kentucky, and it was a perfect place for that.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the environment was unwelcoming. The check-in process was difficult as we had to communicate through a thick glass partition in a cramped space. The area felt unsafe, and when we returned to our room, there were homeless individuals near our door, which made us feel very scared. It took the receptionist around 20 minutes to address the situation, and we were eventually moved to another room. However, the new room was dirty, with stained towels and insects present. Despite the reasonable cost, I don't recommend staying here. Paying a little more for a safer and cleaner place would be worth it.

Pleasantly surprised. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but for the price. Definitely worth it. Very clean.

The amenities in the room were good.linens on the bed were a little worn. It was noisy at times.

It's a decent place, no breakfast but the room was comfortable! I slept very well here. It's right by the expressway and very convenient to drive around. Not too far from downtown.

That was terrible, the manager is rude and not customers friendly. Ac is not working, heater is not working either. Worst place ever!

The room looked and smell clean, and it had basic amenities like a microwave, a mini fridge and a TV. The bed seemed to be uneven in some parts, the comforter had some holes thats seemed to be from cigarette burns and some of the towels looked stained. I’m not super picky so this things didn’t bother me since I paid less than $60 for a night. Overall, I had a nice stay and would stay again.

The floor is sticky; it's carpet. My Krom, how does carpet become sticky? Just how dirty is it? The walls here are paper thin. Luckily the air conditioner is loud enough to drown out the sound of my neighbor's TV, which is been on since at least 1:30 this morning and it's now 8:30. When I checked in there were at least two signs in the lobby cubicle stating that there was no breakfast (with more exclamation points than a 14 year old's love letter) even though this motel was listed as having free breakfast on Expedia.com. Their pet policy of this pet friendly motel was also not on Expedia.com. Luckily my dog was under 30 lb. I will say this though: it was reasonably priced. Unfortunately I got exactly what I paid for (maybe) and nothing else. I'm coming back this way in a week, and I am definitely finding a better place.

Pictures look better than place, actually is. Place rents by the week.... no breakfast because of Covid? Outdated. Comforters look like they came out of the 70s. Beds old. TV is about 25 inches. Only one for both beds. Room smelled. But what do you expect for 50 bucks.

I arrived @ 9 pm and check on went ok. The AC was off so it took about 3 hrs to cool down. .

I thought I was going to throw up from the cigarette smell.It was missing light bulbs and the iron.There was a little trash on the floor. There was an iron burn on the carpet.

This is a budget hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient. A good value for what the nightly rate is.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any hotel. I overlooked the cash deposit required on the website, which in hundreds of hotel stays i've never had to pay a cash deposit, but whatever. Told him I didn't see it and I didnt have cash on me and he said, "This must be the day for people who don't pay attention", so obvious I wasn't the first patron who had this issue. I went to an ATM and came back then, the owner insisted on trying to show me on his phone where it says cash deposit is required. I told him, "Dude, its fine, i dont care, just check me in" and refused to look at his phone. He copped even more attitude and told me to go somewhere else. We then had words and he proceeded to insult my 15 year old son and the clothes he was wearing. Once i walked out, he came out the side door recording us, insulting me, my son and my vehicle trying to bait me into a physical altercation. The owner was the most arrogant, rude, condescending person I've ever dealt with in a customer service position. Since his rooms are non-refundable booking and then a cash deposit, he's running a heckuva scam. Definitely do not recommend staying at his place. Cheap rates for just a quick stay, which is why we booked, but its in terrible area of town and as you can see, the customer service is lacking to say the least. Book with this place at your own risk.

The property was sketch. I did not feel safe and the sheets had hair in them. We did not stay because we felt unsafe. We drove home at midnight!!

If you are on a long drive and needed a place to sleep overnight, this is conveniently located off the highway. The room is clean, comfy and has the basic amenities you will need. Some reviews say the area doesn't feel safe, it may feel sketchy but the attendant assured me it is a safe space to stay. And it is true.

Although it appears that the property is in a bad area it was actually safe. The other tenants were respectful and didn't bother me.

Owner is very friendly and accommodating! The bar soap they give is great, as random as that may be, it made my day since I did not bring my own! Would stay again. Added bonus, there is a Taco Bell in walking distance.
