Expectations! The photo on Hotels.com web site implies a calm, rural area with trees. When I got to the top of the hill, I saw huge buildings and a big parking lot full of cars. I soon found out there was a casino with lots of outdoor music and people coming and going. I ask someone if this was the Prescott Resort and she said Oh yes, the hotel is back there behind the casino. My wife doesn't walk well but we did get to the hotel. The staff are great and the room is good. No problems. The check in rep was careful to tell me I got an upgrade and a $12 off on food or beverage. But, it didn't work in the coffee shop. I will not stay here again because of the longer walking required for my wife. But younger folks might really like the atmosphere.

Hair dryers are something our room needed. The bed frame was broken. The rest was good. Could have used a microwave but not for the 10$ fee.

The hotel was really pretty and the staff very nice. It was very rainy during my stay so I didn’t get to enjoy all the spaces but they looked awesome! Pool and hot tube area were very nice. Breakfast was great too.

Make sure to request a scent-free room if you have ANY allergies. All their disinfectants are VERY strong. Beyond that, the pool was great, and the hot, included free breakfast was very good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby once you get into the rooms everything changes. We were assigned one room keys didn’t unlock the door, staff had to bring different keys up 3 separate times while we stood in the hallway waiting for a total of 30 mins. Never could access the room so they gave us another room, the toilet didn’t flush in that room. Shower was gross, all the caulking was fraying off and black. Most of the electrical plug ins didn’t work at all, could not charge cell phones. Staff kept saying they were in process of remodeling (didn’t see any signs of that). Noticed multiple guests having problem with key cards to their rooms as well. Staff said you just have to keep sticking in and out several times and usually you can get in. First review I have ever left in my life for anything.
