All was Ok. 2 doors keypads letting people into hotel did not work most of the time leaving you stranded outside the hotel and having to walk to the opposite side of the facility to get back in. Reported to the front desk and the attendant merely said it’s been broke for a long time and he’s had a work order in to get it fixed and nobody will fix it. Seems like they do not want to upgrade the hotel.

My family and I loved that the property offered complimentary breakfast in the morning! We enjoyed waffles, cereal, yogurt, and breakfast muffins — it was a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the pool and the kids got to use some new water toys at the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay.

Elevator was broken and I was on the 2nd floor not a big deal but the ice machine was broken as well on 2nd floor so I had to walk to 1st floor to get ice. No discount was offered for the inconvenience, Room key also had to be reprogramed everyday, must be old tec.

Afrer checking in we went to our room and it smelled horrible. It gave me an instant headache. Someone had smoked something in that room even though it was supposedly non smoking. I told the front desk and they immediately put an ozone machine in the room and gave us a new room. But in the new room the comforters on the beds had stains and the carpet was stained. This room smelled like mildew, but it was better than the other one. The next day the elevator broke and was stil not working when we left, so we had to haul luggage down the stairs. One of the nights we came back to the hotel and there was a couple sitting in the parking lot on lawn chairs smoking weed and had a stereo playing some weird hippie music. We were a little concerned about leaving our car parked there. It was nothing like the pictures on the internet. We definitely won't be staying there again.

First of all the gentleman who checked us in was lovely. Super kind and helpful. The ROOM however was disgusting. I literally never ever leave negative reviews but when we walked into our room it had such a strong pungent smell that literally took your breath away. It's hard to even describe. It was like a mix of heavy cigarette smoke (non smoking room) mixed with chemical smell and mildew almost moldy smell. It didn't seem healthy to breathe in all night and we definitely were gagging and affected by it. Having our 6 year old with us my husband asked to switch rooms. Again the attendee that helped us was great. We got a new room and while it wasn't nearly as bad as the first one, it was mildew smelling and there was popcorn underneath the beds srull from who knows when , the headboards had smear marks all over them of I don't even know what or want to know. Overall cleanliness was just not great. That being said, again while staff both check in and check out were wonderful, the hotel stay in itself was not good. Again I never write negative reviews. We will most definitely be staying elsewhere next trip.

The bathroom stunk of mold and urine. As a nurse who graduated from Yavapia College in 2016 I am more than embarirued to revisit my history only to find less than the anticipated norm. Shame on you for not checking each room.

I was highly impressed with this hotel. Both front desk employees I interacted with were friendly, professional and helpful with providing me with information about the hotel, navigating it and breakfast. The morning person kindly took my two Easter cards and placed them in the outgoing mail. I appreciated that because I already had to locate the UPS store for an Amazon return (conveniently close by) and I'd not seen a post office during my two days in town. The room was nice and exceptionally clean. I was very comfortable during my stay. I observed housekeeping interactions with other guest, and they were equally helpful and kind. Breakfast was a typical expectation, but the waffle batter was delicious and there was real butter available. They yogurt was one of my favorites, Activa, with three flavors. The fruits, apple and banana, were fresh. The machines and area were clean. There were different types of juice or water. I noticed a variety of muffins, too. Although I elected to do laundry the day before my stay, I took a look and there was one of each machine. The hotel was mostly quiet during the evening, night and morning. I will be in Prescott again in December and plan to stay here again.

Upon check in I was great by a barking dog behind the counter. Our room had a bad odor and we ended up asking housekeeping if they could spray it with air freshener or Lysol, which they did and it helped a little. Being tired the first evening, we didn’t notice the stain on the comforter until the following night, which we then tossed to the floor and just used the sheet. Room had some dust and the bathroom had a cotton swab left on the floor from previous visitor. So it is apparent the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. As for breakfast, it is barely continental. Nothing with protein, very limited options aside from cereal, yogurt, and waffles. I would not recommend this hotel unless there are no other options.

We had to have an early check-in because our dog was severely anxious with a car trip. And, check-in clerk was happy to accommodate us with our needs. She was very polite and helpful to us and our pet. The facility was extremely nice and clean!!

While the staff was great and kind, the hotel is subpar. For the price you get don’t get what you paid for. Bathroom is old and outdated and very tin and hasn’t been scrubbed since built. Looks like grime since the 80’s is built up on the tile. Beds are super uncomfortable and pillows are tiny. The worst part was the breakfast. They had some sugary cereals oatmeal and bread options not one protein option available.

This is a very outdated hotel. It had a weird smell and the check in was awful. One person with a long line and she had no awareness to how slow she was. I sincerely think the Motel 6 next door would have been nicer than this. Considering how much i paid, it was absolutely not worth it and i will not be back.

The manager was friendly and nice and the lobby and hallways were nicely decorated, but the beds had very, very hard mattresses with pillow top covers. My hips hurts after a while. It was also extremely noisy due to its close proximity to the merger of HYWs 89 and 69.The rooms have paper thin common walls, so we heard everything in the room is next to us. Our devices kept falling off the internet .Our stay was due to our electricity being off at home due to construction, so we packed up and left preferring a dark, chilly house to this place.

The people were all really friendly and did their best to be helpful. The bathroom was clean, but everything else felt a little grimy. The bed and bedding was not at all comfortable--could feel the individual springs. The enclosed dog run was kept clean and was a convenient place for my dog to run and play.

Wi-fi is only for 1 devise. I had to call Albright so they could reset the modem for our internet connection would work. The key to get into the room took several tries before the door would open. Other than that, it was okay.

You get what you pay for. Our shower didn’t drain, and the walls were dirty. Breakfast was meh with no eggs or meat just waffles and cereal basically. Wouldn’t recommend staying here with a service animal because I was denied access to breakfast by the attendant. Extremely frustrating. However the maintenance guy, the front desk girl at check in and the male manager were all very kind.

Beautiful rooms and awesome staff! Lady at the front desk when we checked in was great and very helpful. We were in town to move my som into his college dorm and he needed a few things printed out and she was able to help! I wish I got her name. Thank you!

Hotel is understaffed. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned at 4:30pm. Our king size room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. Ice machine was broken. Full hot breakfast was non existent. They had waffles and muffins.

They were very accommodating. I arrived earlier than I anticipated (before normal check in) and they had a room available. I was very thankful for that. HOWEVER, using the outer doors was very difficult. You would have to "play" with it in the lock and it only worked half the time. Then it would demagnetize the key so it wouldn't work on my room door. I had to have the frnt desk reprogram it 3 X's.

We were a family of 6. Towels for four we had to ask for additional. Which happened the last time we stayed. That time they gave us pool towels. So we had to wait she had to go look to see if they had any clean ones. While at the counter a man asked a question after he left they laughed at him. I got down the hall I heard them laughing i wouldn’t be surprised if they were laughing at me. Later we were going to set u the sofa bed , no bedding, again had to ask for something that should have already been the room. We usually go to the hotel doe the street but they were booked. Very disappointed
